• Mohammed (1/5): My stay was an absolute mess I would never advise anyone to book this place!! - I did not like anything about the property it was a very bad experience and absolutely wrecked mine and my children’s Christmas!! Ant infestation Water was yellow boiler not working Doors was broke so you cannot lock them Pool was cold so heated pool on advert is lies

• Martyn (8/5): Lovely spacious villa with pool located on a private gated golf complex. - Lovely spacious villa with pool located on a private gated golf complex. The villa is spread over two floors with a large garden and private upstairs area to sunbath. The outlook is over the 9-hole golf course. It also has its own private parking bay. Modern and comfortable furniture and beds. The property was very well presented on arrival and even a few welcome gifts supplied, thank you. There is also a small Spar shop on the complex which was very helpful. Communication with the rental agency (Raquel) was superb. As others have said the property could do with some minor updating although they seemed to have fixed some of the comments from other people. A few things we noticed were – • A few of the appliances were broken but did work, clothes dryer (front panel broken off and the water tank was overflowing, guess no one checks this before renting), toaster (melted side panel – should be replaced for safety reasons), coffee pod machine (no platform for the mugs to sit on). • We found the WIFI very poor, we were getting single digit Mbps, where as 5G on my phone was over 20 Mbps. • The pool was very cold, so we could not use it. Only to find out when writing this review and reading other renter’s comments that there is pool heating available at an extra cost, which we would have paid so it was useable. Could find no mention of this on Booking.com or in the villa. • Walls in the master bedroom and hall were crumbling; I guess from a water leak. • A few lights did not work, or we could not find which switch to turn them on. Two of the four outside lights never worked. Probable just bulbs but these things should be in a basic property check. • A pool cleaning company came round one morning whilst having breakfast. Although this was not a problem it would have been nice to of had prior knowledge. • Would have been nice to have some information left out about the area and recommended things to see and do. • Poor selection of some crockery, could only find four miss match mugs for example.
• Charissa (3/5): Voor €200 per nacht hadden we toch echt hogere verwachtingen - Rustig gelegen maar toch dicht bij verschillende bezienswaardigheden. Helaas heeft de woning best wat achterstallig onderhoud. Het zwembad word denken wij geregeld geschilderd, echter niet goed afgewerkt. Daardoor laat de verf los waardoor als je aan de kant zit dit afgeeft op je kleding en wat los laat geeft allemaal kleine scherpe stukjes. Buiten ligt kunstgras, wat fijn is, echter lag dit vol met de scherpe stukjes van de verf van het zwembad, schroeven en zelfs sigaret peuken van waarschijnlijk de vorige huurders ( wat met een peuter die alles in de mond steekt niet echt handig is ), in de douche zit schimmel en de douche slang was kapot, we hebben deze zelf vervangen. Muren brokkelen af en de airco boven lekt water. Daarbij staat dat het zwembad verwarmd zou zijn echter is dit tegen betaling a €20,- per dag extra. Al met al nadat we hadden aangegeven dat dit nergens vermeld stond, zou dit gedurende de rest van ons verblijf alsnog netjes kosteloos opgelost worden, maar hebben we hier dus zeker een week geen gebruik van kunnen maken omdat dit echt te koud was met ons kindje. Er is bij ons in 2 weken tijd slechts 1x iemand geweest qua “schoonmaak” en behalve dat de bedden opgemaakt waren, de handdoeken vervangen waren en de wc naar chloor rook, lagen de kruimels van ons ontbijt nog op de tafel en vloer. We hebben de woning bij aankomst zelf nog extra schoongemaakt, omdat wij best kritisch zijn met een klein kindje, en daarna goed bijgehouden omdat we wisten dat er niemand zou komen. Echter die ochtend dachten wij, we laten het liggen en kijken hoe het na de schoonmaak is… We hebben bij terugkomst de “schoonmaak” zelf maar afgemaakt. Er waren overigens in het huisje geen benodigdheden qua schoonmaakspullen. Het huisje is wel uitgerust met een vaatwasser, wasmachine en droger wat super fijn is. Echter niet met vaatwastabletten of wasmiddel en met maar een paar handdoeken en geen theedoek was dat niet zo handig. Dus een tripje naar de supermarkt voor aankomst is aan te raden!

• JOSE (9/5): Muy bien en general - Una villa muy bien equipada, buena comunicación con la persona encargada de la casa Falta una ducha en la piscina. Muchos mosquitos en cuanto se hace de noche, tienes que cerrarlo todo. Aunque nosotros tuvimos suerte y pudimos salir más tarde, el horario de salida es demasiado pronto,a las 10:00 h. Tuvimos también algún problemilla con las toallas pero se solventó al día siguiente. En general es un buen sitio para descansar con la familia
• maria emilia (4/5): Decepcionante. - Llegamos y el mando no funcionaba.no vinieron a cambiarlo en los 3 días que nos hospedamos. El agua de la piscina estaba verde. La pintura del borde de la piscina se te pegaba a la piel si te sentabas. Hierbas crecidas.plantas secas.una de las cuerdas de metal de la escalera estaba rota. El toldo sucio. Mando de la tv no funcionaba. Tampoco teníamos privacidad ya que los vecinos de arriba pueden ver tu jardín y piscina. La plaza de parking es afuera sin un techo para el coche. Estamos esperando un reembolso por todas estas incidencias, un lugar para ricos pobres.
• Colart (9/5): Nature et calme à proximité des grands axes - Un environnement très naturel et très calme. Il manque un peu de vaisselles : Couverts, tupperware, bol à déjeuner, mug à café pour une famille de 4 adultes.

Excellent property and good communication throughout - The property was very clean and well appointed and finished to a high standard. Excellent facilities both inside and out. Excellent communication with host who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable Possibly more information regarding the villa and surrounding area would be good
• Brian (8/5): Very good - Quiet location Had an issue with keys-they weren’t in the key box when we got there and we were initially unable to operate the barrier from the roadside. The amount of crockery was lacking for 4 guests
