Jean-felix (6/5): the appartment is really ok even no TV is there (even listed) but the parking situation is not clear - Flat is enogh big for two. It's ok just for 2 days. The missing TV which is listed should be replaced - or taken out of the listing of features. The situation with the parking. It's said that a parking is included. But there are at least 2 appartement which are for tourists but just one official parking slot. Not clear if there can be put 2 cars or not. If would say: no. Then a public should be used - but even not clear what happens if not. Then it's not clear how to pay the parking. Also not clear where to park and how to pay. Host told that she would pay. But comlicated. And not clear how it will be handeled if the parking is full when coming back - newly paying - and how. If the offical parking place is used which is about 5 minutes on foot then it becomes really costy. A better decription should be delivered to the guests - a printed "how to park" paper when they arrive.
Geoffrey (9/5): Superb - Blackout curtains did not completely darken the room. Important if one stays in June or July.
Cate (8/5): Small basement apartment with quality fit out, close to ‘old town’. - Ideally located a short walk from Bakklandet and the main sights of Trondheim, with free on site parking. Quality fittings throughout (though we found the bed top mattresses a bit thin). Didn’t realise it was solely a basement apartment from the website description so it felt a bit closed in. Also lots of noise from apartment above, especially the first night - so not great for light sleepers.
