- Bonita (10/5): Short stay - The hosts were helpful and even let us leave the car on Sunday checkout. Appartment is spacious, clean, well equipped and having 2 bathrooms was a bonus.loved the way it was decorated, it has secure parking and a short walk into centre of town.

- Zack (8/5): - The location was very good, being within a reasonable walking distance of York station and even closer to the city centre. The accommodation was well lit and came fully equipped for self-catering. There was a smashed wine glass on the side when we arrived (but luckily no loose shards of glass - the place had been thoroughly cleaned and I imagine this glass was just forgotten!)

- Grant (10/5): Great weekend getaway. - Easy access to apartment. Had read review (after booking) that gaining entrance could be a problem. As long as you read emails and action request on email ie logging your mobile number, gaining access to building was easy. When first came out of building we had to walk through the bin area, unhygienic and unpleasant smelling. Luckily only went through this area once during our stay.

- Johanne (9/5): Great trip to york - Clean and modern. Quiet with comfortable beds.parking space is a big plus as well as on site gym. Building very secure. Only one key on arrival, for a booking for 5 adults. Second key dropped off the next afternoon after requesting.
- Pablo (4/5): Terrible handover procedure. Never happened to me before. - The property was great, beautifully presented and in a good location. The key handover was terrible to the point I lost my first night of my accomodation. The handover necessitates a mobile number over a message, which I didn’t provide (it’s already provided in Booking.com when making the booking), therefore I wasn’t able to access the property after hours. The host didn’t try to reach out further in advance, nor apologised when told about it the following day. I had to move my home family at 1 am to a different location in cold weather and tired.

- Derek (6/5): Pleasant - Lots of welcome goodies and multiple TVs. 1. Water not nearly hot enough for shower and bath; tepid. 2. No tea kettle. Fawcett contraption does not deliver boiling water. 3. Mattress quality poor 4. Had to request a second fob key . Host knew we were a party of two. 5. Parking was outside the garage. Then we had to call to get into garage and trundle bags to elevator . Awkward process, 6. Information booklet for the broader area not very informative. 7. Information for code for lockbox and designated parking bay and street address buried in several messages. Better if key points were highlighted.
