• Eduarda (8/5): Great location and spacious apartment with minor drawbacks - The apartment has a very good location, away from the crowds of the old town, very close to the Dancing House and in a quiet building. - The size and layout of the apartment are a real highlight. It has three bedrooms with three separate and complete bathrooms, which is quite hard to find in Prague, plus an additional guest toilet near the kitchen/living room. - We were also able to check in earlier, which was very convenient for leaving our luggages. If you prefer complete darkness in the bedrooms, this may not be the right place for you. - The bedroom closest to the kitchen has a glass door, which significantly reduces privacy and allows a lot of natural light to come in. We had to hang a blanket over the door to block the light. - The other bedroom next to the living room also lacks privacy, as its window faces the building’s stairs/elevator area. It would benefit from a thicker, more robust curtain.
• Martina (10/5): - Obrovský byt v podkroví se třemi ložnicemi, dvě dole, jedna na mezonetu, všechny s vlastní koupelnou. Dům s výtahem. Byt byl vzorně uklizený. Velká vybavená kuchyně. Klidná lokalita pár kroků od Národního divadla. Bylo by fajn mít dvoje klíče, ne jenom jedny, usnadnilo by nám to plánovaný program.

• Zimbardi (4/5): Bello ma con tante pecche - Appartamento bello, grande e pulito ma andrebbe ristrutturato in alcuni punti della casa. Quello che non ti dicono: chiediamo un check in anticipato che ci viene negato ma ci dicono che possiamo lasciare i bagagli. Arrivati davanti al palazzo, non sapevamo come fare poiché non rispondevano ai messaggi di Booking e nemmeno su whatsapp. Dopo un po’ di tempo, ci chiamano e fanno scendere l’addetta pulizie ad aprirci. Telefonicamente, ci viene detto che per accedere alla struttura, dovevamo recarci dall’altro lato della strada e prelevare le chiavi da una piccola cassetta attaccata ad un tubo per strada. Inserendo il codice inviatoci da loro, potevamo aprirla e prendere le chiavi di casa. Questa cosa ci ha lasciati molto perplessi. Nessuno é venuto ad accoglierci né al check in né al check out. Abbiamo chiesto di poter lasciare i bagagli il giorno del check out e di poterli riprendere dopo qualche ora, ci hanno risposto con un no secco. Abbiamo dovuto pagare per un deposito bagagli nelle vicinanze. Eravamo 7 persone e c’era un solo phon per i capelli in tutta la casa. Il bagno della camera da letto sul piano superiore emanava un odore davvero nauseante, non c’era spazio per poggiare qualcosa e nemmeno una tenda o un vetro doccia. Non sapevamo dove riporre accappatoi, bagnoschiuma o altro. C’era un lavabo minuscolo che aveva a stento lo spazio per il sapone. Inoltre, il mazzo di chiavi che vi viene consegnato ha svariate chiavi per i due portoni del palazzo e per la casa, ma ogni volta é un casino per distinguerle. E ancora peggio, vicino alle chiavi c’è un piccolo sensore per attivare l’ascensore senza il quale non funziona. Immaginate la seccatura. Nessuno di noi poteva usare l’ascensore autonomamente senza quel sensore.

• Matt (4/5): Disappointing stay, but has potential - Lots of space with 3 en suites. Everything is in walking distance and there are lots of nearby restaurants. One of the en suites smelt like sewage, the owner had someone come pour chemicals down the drain twice, which at least made the bedroom usable, but did not fix the smell in the bathroom. Another of the bedrooms had ants, and two men came into the apartment at 8am one day to "check the chimneys". There was also only one set of keys which made it hard to do separate activities.

• Sharon (1/5): To stay away from this apartment - unfortunately nothing. Over 10 years of booking apartments through Booking, I have never encountered an apartment owner who ignores you in such a way. A huge noise from the water heater located in the room between the two bedrooms and under the bedroom on the upper level. A noise that appears every 2-3 minutes. The noise is so loud that I could not stay in the apartment. I correspond with the apartment owner for 3 days and am completely ignored. In the morning I receive promises that they will come to fix it and in the evening an apology that maybe tomorrow. The rest of the day I am completely ignored. The apartment is in a relatively good place. Access to the key is very bad. They send you to another street on a pillar that you can barely see if you come at night. I advise anyone who is even thinking of going to this apartment to think again. I travel a lot through Booking and I have never given a low score, but after such behavior I have no choice but to warn those who come after me.

Lacking in basic items such as toilet paper, tea towel, washing up sponges etc Also a mission to find the key location to get entry, especially in the dark when you don’t know the area!

• Fia (7/5): Good - Perfekt lokation, good size at the apartment. Wifi Last evening 21:15 we could not open the door. The number we called was no answer, and they did not answer when we text them. We had to find a Lock ”opener” it took 2hours and we had to pay 3500:- 😡 So the door is a big no,no..

• Roger (10/5): Weekend in Prague - Location was great. Plenty of space where we felt comfortable and not cramped. Close enough to walk all over and parking available as well. Squeaky floors and some fixtures needed some updating. Entrance was a bit odd but once we figured it out, it was all good.
