Very small place. Salt water for the running water. Worst place ever I stay for one night only . They refuse to refund me for the second night.

Stating 4 dollars a night. We never turned it on before 10pm, because of the mosquitoes it was necessary. They came and beat on our door 4 days left on our stay say we owed 6600 Dominican pesos or we had to leave. We lost our deposit and left! Horrid experience!! Pushy and rude staff everything was broken in the apartment, falsely advertising stating a washing machine was in the apartment. The water for showers stunk of fish and was straight saltwater. This property should be avoided at all costs and should not be allowed on booking.com
• Luis (1/5): DEMASIADAS CUCARACHAS - No me gustó nada, todo estaba infestado de cucarachas, el sofá estaba sucio y con manchas, las sillas del comedor estaba sucias de huellas de manos, la nevera no enfrió, los electrodomésticos estaban oxidados ademas de la cuberteria, el baño estaba lleno de cal ademas de que el inodoro estaba sucio y con oxido, el precio no fue el acordado, el edificio es viejo y no lo que se prometió, se nos cobro extra por la luz sin haberlo notificado antes por la app de booking, el primer apartamento que se nos asigno tenia el bombillo de la habitación fundido, cuando nos la cambiaron la segunda también tuvo el mismo problema y ya la última fue la que estuvo infestada de cucarachas, fue realmente desagradable y nos sentimos muy disgustados e inconformes con el servicio, ademas de que la piscina de la azotea era inhabitable porque carece de sombra y ventilación y la que estaba en el edificio del frente estaba muy lejos y llena de limo y el agua estaba caliente, ademas de que las duchas de la piscina son resbalosas e inseguras. • elver (7/5): - La ubicación es perfecta El cobro de U$30 por 5 días nosotros no prendimos el aire acondicionado porque tenía el apartamento ventanales grandes, sin embargo cobraron U$ 5 dollars, no dejan jabón para loza, el papel higiénico un rollo para cinco días, y el apto es espacioso, pero las paredes sucias, y la sanduchera y el horno microondas no sirve, en general no hacen mantenimiento

• kevin (3/5): - Location, size of apartment, and it was very quiet at night a good bonus. Place is fasly advertised on booking. When you arrive it looks nothing like the pictures advertised. I will not stay here again. They only accept cash, which is annoying to a point. The bed was broken from the frame, and the toilet seat cover was as well. Furniture is used and beat up.

• Iveta (3/5): Never again! - First of all I’ll start with the positive part, we booked very late , due to last minute cancellation from another accommodation, and the employees of Ducassi made it possible that we do have a place to stay. We arrived around 7PM and were informed that the apartment is going to be available only around 11PM! During the check in process we were told that we have to pay in cash and need to take out the money from the ATM across the street- the commission fees were terribly high and I know that it’s not Ducassi employees fault, but I’m more then sure- they know that for sure. Unfortunately we were very disappointed with the accommodation. It was filthy!!! Extremely dirty and even after telling that to employees- nothing changed. The apartment didn’t look like in pictures at all, everything was extremely old and worn out. Never again- this experience stole us 5 days of the holidays. No service at all, dirty place and the whole house smelled like cigarettes. The towels were dirty and with holes, the shower was full of (other people) hair and the floor very dirty. It’s hard to find any good things about this place, but maybe the view from the balcony , but that’s about it.

• Małgorzata (4/5): Nie polecam nikomu - 1) lokalizacja - 5-10 minut od plaży 2) apartament 55 metrów przestronny, duży balkon 3) sprawna klimatyzacja 1) check in - dotarliśmy około 19:00, dostaliśmy na recepcji klucz do pokoju 501, ochroniarz bardzo chciał z nami jechać windą, co było dość dziwne, zaprowadził nas na 4 piętro, gdzie pokoje zaczynają się od liczby 400, później machnął ręką, że to nie tu i zabrał nas na 5 piętro. Ale nie do pokoju 501, tylko prowadził nas przez dach, obok basenu, aż w końcu otworzył nam innym kluczem pokój, który miał może 10-12 metrów (wynajęty mieliśmy apartament 55 metrów), jak powiedzieliśmy, że to nie jest to co zarezerwowaliśmy, to prowadził nas jakąś okrężną drogą przez podziemny garaż do recepcji, gdzie wymienił nam klucz na 401 i wtedy mogliśmy już jechać sami windą na 4 piętro?! Próbowano nas oszukać na pokój … 2) apartament zaniedbany, nie posprzątany, zużyte meble, łóżko skrzypiące przy najmniejszym ruchu, jeden ręcznik na 2 osoby, pościel nieświeża. 3) za klimatyzację i prąd do pogrzania ciepłej wody pobierana jest dodatkowa opłata - absurd, z którym nie spotkaliśmy się nigdzie indziej na świecie, a dużo krajów już odwiedziliśmy i nie był to nasz ani pierwszy raz na Dominikanie, ani jedyny nocleg. 4) widok na morze… z lornetką 5) zdjęcia przedstawiają piękny basen w ogrodzie, a realnie basen jest na dachu, przedstawiony basen należy do innych apartamentów 6) korytarze zaniedbane, ogólnie brudno

Com price wouldn’t accept card payment only cash. Air conditioner system dipping water all night onto the bedroom creating a large pool of water on the floor, cockroach in the room bedding stained white hairs in the bed, shower old and dirty toilet seat has wrong seat on it ( too small) all furniture old and needs throwing out, place is nothing like the photos the area is definitely sleazy ( offered drugs on the street) and the sea is nowhere near the hotel ! Asked for a different room They said they would send an engineer to check nobody came and when we went to see what was happening, everyone had gone apart from a security man. This is a total Scam!

Ich hatte entgegen der Angebotsbeschreibung keinen Balkon, keine Küchenausstattung wie Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Heißwasserkocher außer einem Kühlschrank und einem maroden Gasherd und es war unfassbar laut zur Straße hin. Es hat mir alles nicht gefallen. Nichts hat der Angebotsbeschreibung entsprochen. Die Krönung war, als ich mich beschwert habe und ausgezogen bin, hat man mir mein Geld nicht zurückgegeben, noch nicht mal teilweise. Booking.com reagiert auch nicht auf mich!!!

L'employé à la réception ne comprenait pas l'anglais. Encore une fois, il ne prenait que de l'argent comptant. Je suis allée à plusieurs machines ATM qui malheureusement ne fonctionnait pas. Aussi leur cuisine n'était pas équipée, sans lave linge. La propreté des poignées de portes et portes d'amoires ainsi les interrupteurs laissait à désirer. Il y avait des bestioles sur le plancher et le comptoir de cuisine. Le divan était malpropre. Pour le matelas, aucun couvre-matelas pour ne pas transpirer ou autres sur le matelas.

Talk with cleaning team to clean the ventilator on the living room. The chairs in the living room need change (where I stayed E-8) Are older and you have no security to sit on them (I know also the guests destroyed the furniture ,but check after them; they need pay if destroyed)

Furthermore, the receptionist who was half drunk when I arrived demanded 15 usd for the air conditioning, cost that was not shown in my booking reservation ; however he insisted that without that money I won’t get the room .. I had to pay as it was late in the evening. I stayed only one night , but this was by far my worst booking experience ever !

• Dr. Angelika (1/5): Schlechtestes Erlebnis bisher! - The place and the located place Ich habe für meine 75 Jahre alte Mutter gebucht und sie wurde in dem Hotel nicht fair behandelt. Man hat ihr für 7 Stunden Aufenthalt 20Dollar für Strom berechnet, obwohl dieses in den Bedingungen gar nicht vorgesehen ist und sie keine Klimaanlage benutzt hat. Bei ihrem Check in um 22h für eine Nacht hat man sie nicht ins Zimmer gelassen, ohne dass sie eine Kaution von 100€ hinterlegen musste. Obwohl sie bereits ein Taxi zum Flughafen bestellt und bezahlt hatte, hat man 30 Minuten vor Ankunft ihres bezahlten Taxis ein Hoteltaxi bestellt und sie wieder mit 25 Dollar zusätzlich belastet. Der Eigentümer hat sich geweigert, der älteren Dame das Geld für Strom und Taxi bis heute zurück zu erstatten. Das ist Ausbeute! Nie wieder!
• Héctor (1/5): Pésima experiencia - La zona es centrica No tiene que ver absolutamente nada las fotos que aparecen en la publicación al cuarto que entregan en el hotel, es más, la habitación no tiene ni siquiera una ventana. La habitación está sucia, no aceptan tarjeta de crédito, te piden un depósito de 100 usd en efectivo sin avisar antes, suerte que los traía ya que era muy noche, un día alguien se vomitó en elevador y le comenté a uno de los trabajadores que estaba en recepción y me dijo "sí seguramente fue un borracho" y siguió sentado viendo su celular. Las sábanas y la cama están muy sucias. A por cierto, al salir te cobran la energía eléctrica que ellos calculan que usaste, por supuesto no te avisan en ningún lugar que lo van a hacer. No lo recomiendo en absoluto.

No hubo artículos de aseo, faltaba la cortina en la ducha, los bancos de la cocina estaban a punto de romperse, y lo peor, Me Cobraron la luz, con el argumento del aire acondicionado. A pesar de los reclamos, nada subsanaron. En el 1° piso funciona un restaurant con música a la calle, estridente hasta las 2.00 AM y el fin de semana hasta las 5.00 AM. No se puede dormir. Una 2° reserva que tenía, la cancelé.

Lack of info at checkin Kitchen was not checked, dishes were wet in cupboard and some pots and pans and utensils needed to be thrown out, when we brought it to their atttention, items were replaced It was also leaking water under the sink and on to the floor, they did repair this as well. Lots of loud traffic out our windows.

Tienes una cocina con utensilios para cocinar, una mesa para comer y las camas son cómodas. Faltaba limpieza ya que en la noche encontré insectos en la cocina, las sábanas estaban manchadas, la zona de la piscina debería estar mejor ambientada. Además considero que las fotos que se muestran no son muy cercanas a la realidad de los cuartos.

• Paula (7/5): Relación precio-comodidad - En Booking, estaba la anotación de pago adicional por el aire acondicionado, pero lo que no dicen es que no es por el aire es por la electricidad en general, muchas de las cosas que ofrecen no estan, como la lavadora, la plancha, secador, nos toco un apto, sin balcon; por ende no prestan todas las comodidades que te ofrecen.
• Dalmin Garcia (2/5): No la utilice - N/a Al llegar intentaron venderme la habitación más cara de lo que decía booking y preferí irme a otro lugar. Me mostraron la habitación y estaba muy descuidada y el lugar no aparentaba ser nada seguro.
• Luciane (3/5): Propaganda enganosa - A localização é boa. Porém alguns dias o som da rua fica muito alto atrapalhando quem tem dificuldades para dormir. A minha chegada na cidade foi muito cedo, por conta disso reservei uma diária ao dia anterior para poder chegar e já ter acesso às minhas chaves do quarto. A recepção não fica aberta 24h como dita nas informações. Foi cobrado um depósito de 100 dólares além das diárias. Com o propósito de ser devolvido no check-out. Na hora do check-out não tinha ninguém na recepção para me atender. Tive que ir embora para não perder o meu voo e não recebi o meu depósito de 100 dólares. Fiquei 7 dias na acomodação e ninguém limpou ou trocou as roupas de cama do quarto. No dia do check-in a funcionária ainda estava limpando o meu quarto , mesmo tendo pago uma diária para já estar tudo pronto na minha chegada. Ninguém me apresentou ou me disse onde ficava a piscina do Hotel. Na verdade se você não quiser ter dor de cabeça, não contrate os serviços deste lugar. Não há profissionalismo dos funcionários, sempre tentando te enrolar. O senhor Ricardo parece ser uma pessoa agradável, porém te enrola e nunca está no hotel para resolver as questões citadas acima.

Los apartamentos muy bonitos, cómodos y estuvimos muy agusto. Lo recomendamos al 100% para todo tipo de viajeros del mundo! Todo estupendo!
• R. (1/5): muy mala - La Recepcion me dio una habitacion sin aire acondicionado , Sin luces , no funcionaban los enchufes ,la cama estaba manchada y las personas que nos atendieron fueron . Nos hicieron pagar extra por usar la luz y no estaba contemplado . Realmente pesima atencion

El apartamento espacioso y limpio, aunque falta realizar mantenimiento. La atención del dueño. Me cobraron 40% mas de la reserva pactada por Booking, diciendo que es por impuesto, por uso del aire acondicionado (esto debería estar claro en la reseva y cuando uno llega, osea por prender el aire acondicionado te cobran lo que quieren,. Yo llego a la habitación y ellos mismos me prendieron el AC y no me dijeron nada). Di el anticipo solicitado de 100$ mediante paypal (uno de las opciones que me dieron de pago) y cuando llego a hospedarme me quisieron cobrar el cargo que paypal le hizo al dueño, cuando en ningún momento me informaron de eso; se quedaron con el anticipo. El dueño nunca dio la cara, solo se comunicaba por mensaje y mandaba al encargado del hotel que resuelva, a mí me decía una cosa y al encargado otra. Lamentablemente el mal trato malogra toda la experiencia en el hospedaje.

También me gustó mucho que hay Segurirdad lo cual ye hace la estancia sea más segura,ya que puedes dejar tus pertenencias en tu apartamento sin necesidad de estar preocupados Todo perfecto

• Jose (10/5): Una opción buena para hospedaje por trabajos - No tuve la habitación que había reservado porque la habían pasado a otra persona donde me ubicación tenía una vista espectacular de la playa, pero como es normal las instalaciones con hierro y el salitre no van de la mano. El acceso a esta habitación en Vehiculo es incómodo y más si es un vehículo grande por las construcciones qué hay en el entorno la calle está llena de escombros y lodo a parte de lo estrecha
