İstediğim zaman önce getireceklerini söylediler sonra bıraktıklarını söylediler sonra hakkımızın o kadar olduğunu veremeyeceklerini söylediler. Fiyatına rağmen bir daha tercih edeceğim bir yer değil. Belki 1 2 gecelik konaklamalarda bu kadar rahatsız edici olmaz.

- Luka (10/5): My Review - Great value for the money,really close to the city centre, and security guards were very polite and helpful considering information. Would recommend and would come again for sure. It's,as I said,very close to the city centre,but peaceful so you can relax without any loud noises coming from busy cities. Didn't find anything we dislike.

V. good value - I was pleasantly surprised about the excellent size and very well designed, modern, quality fittings and applicances of the place, and the generous terrace in the excavated area eliminated the 'basement feel' entirely, which made the stay comfortable and a very good place to stay and relax. The bed was comfortable, the working table very useful. Kitchen and bathroom were very good. The location is close to bus lines running to both Keleti and Nyugati train stations. The place is quiet, set in the courtyard of another building, and also offers student rental accommodations. Wifi was very good. Hosts were very communicative and responsive. Altogether very good value for money. As in the other reviews, yes, there were some bugs in the bathroom, popping out at night and/or in the early morning hours. Some filters/sieves to the wastewater pipes I think would solve the problem. A dehydrator in the bathroom might also be helpful.

- Marta (2/5): - Upon arrival, the apartment was filthy, dusty, and the bathroom was uncleaned—there were hairs everywhere, strange stains, and even several different types of bugs, from ants to cockroaches. The mattress had suspicious stains. After reporting this to Booking.com, the cleaning staff came a second time. After an hour and a half of cleaning, the room looked similar, only superficially cleaned. After contacting Booking.com again, the room was cleaned a third time, this time more thoroughly. The dust was gone, but the stains in the toilet remained, and the hairs in the drawers remained. Overall, the room was disgusting, beyond words. If you're a fan of various inconveniences, this room is for you.

- Pavol (4/5): - lokalita, dostupnosť vlastný apartmán s vlastnou kúpeľňou posteľ a obliečky boli ok kľudné prostredie klimatizácia bolo nám uvedené, že k apartmánu máme aj terasu - nebola to pravda, nedala sa vôbec otvoriť, mali sme výhľad na stenu, cez ktorú takmer vôbec neprenikalo denné svetlo...majiteľ absolútne nereagoval na správy, ani telefonát špinavé hrnce a iné pomôcky v kuchyni, max čo bolo ako tak čisté bol príbor a taniere nefunkčná TV - bez ovládača špinavé stoličky a jednolôžková posteľ, celkovo čistota by mohla byť výrazne lepšia museli sme mať stále pustenú klimatizáciu, aj v noci, nedalo sa tam absolútne dýchať, nakoľko sme nemali kľúče od okna k terase majiteľ by mal zmeniť spôsob komunikácie a zamyslieť sa nad tým, čo uvádza v popise ubytovania a čo z toho je v skutočnosti pravda !

Łóżka wygodne, pościele świeże. Stosunek jakości adekwatny do ceny. Mimo położenia dalej od centrum (około 2-3km) blisko metra, autobus praktycznie pod blokiem, bardzo dobra komunikacja. Kontakt z właścicielem w porządku, szybko odpowiada na pytania. Samodzielne zameldowanie, ale bezproblemowe. W łazience przydałaby się jakaś zasłona do prysznica, ale na krótki wyjazd nie przeszkadza to bardzo.

The beds were uncomfortable, and in the bathroom the shower head was broken. There were too few towels for a 3-night stay. There was no shampoo and no iron. The gym was not functional. - Böbe (2/5): Egyszer meg lehetett ott aludni, de többször nem mennék oda. - A városközpontban található, közel a Keleti Pályaudvarhoz. Aránylag tiszta volt. Semmiből nem derült ki érkezésig, hogy alagsori a lakás, olyan érzés volt, mint ha egy pincében, garázsban aludtunk volna. Érkezési idő után, csak a telfonhívásos kérésemre kaptam meg a bejutáshoz szükséges információkat. Akkor viszont kedves volt az ügyintéző. Nagyon hangosan kerregett a szellőző a fürdőszobai villany felkapcsolásakor. A terasz közvetlenül egy több méter magas tűzfal tövében van, az erre nyíló, egyetlen erkélyajtó szolgál ablakként is.

Pour un logement prévu pour trois personnes, il n’y avait qu’une seule fourchette, ce qui est vraiment insuffisant. Plusieurs équipements de base manquaient également (pas de passoire, pas de rideau de douche) et les serviettes fournies étaient très petites. La literie est à revoir : certaines lattes étaient cassées et les matelas très fins, au point de sentir toute la structure, ce qui rend le sommeil inconfortable. La propreté laisse à désirer : présence de poils, cheveux, poussière, ainsi que des taches sur les rideaux et les serviettes. La présence de cafards dans le logement est un point particulièrement problématique. La plupart se trouvaient dans la cuisine. Enfin, la terrasse n’est pas éclairée, ce qui rend l’accès peu pratique et peu rassurant la nuit. Dans l’ensemble, le logement ne correspond pas à un niveau de qualité acceptable.

- Melanie (8/5): - Sehr gute Lage, nur etwa 10 Minuten zum Bahnhof. Austattung war auch in Ordnung. Es war mega leise für sie zentrale Lage, für einen Kurztrip perfekt. Das Zimmer war mega stickig als wir rein kamen, das Fenster konnten wir nicht mit den Schlüssel, die wir bekamen, öffnen. Ich habe die Besotzer angeschrieben, aber keine Rückmeldung bekommen. Gott Sei Dank hatten wir eine Klimaanlage, die auch funktionierte. Jedoch kann ma das nicht mit normaler frischer Lift vergleichen.

- Csabáné (8/5): - Közel volt a Keleti pályaudvarhoz. Kellemes volt az idő a szálláson. Tetszett hogy volt terasz ahová ki lehetett ülni. Sajnos a tévének nem találtuk a távirányítóját. Így a tévét nem tudtuk használni.

- Bognár (9/5): - Tetszett a kényelmes ágy, a szoba felszereltsége, a tiszta fürdőszoba. A kanapé takarója foltos, tisztítatlan volt. A teraszra soha nem sütött a nap az előtte lévő magas ház miatt.
