• Fabian (7/5): Nett hier, könnte aber besser - Sehr gute Lage und Aussicht, Wohnung ist gemütlich ausgestattet und eingerichtet, die Dachterrasse hat einen schön Ausblick Einrichtung teilweise deutlich abgegriffen: Armaturen im Badezimmer, Toilettensitz, Abdeckung vom Whirlpool kaputt, dadurch von Anfang an viel Sand im Pool bis dieser nicht mehr von uns genutzt wurde, Garage sehr eng, am Abreisetag streikte dann auch noch die Fernbedienung fürs Garagentor Töpfe und Pfannen sollten dringend ausgetauscht werden (sieht nicht schön aus) Schlüssel waren nicht korrekt hinterlegt worden, sodass wir spätabends am Anreisetag zunächst nicht in die Wohnung kamen Kommunikation teilweise schwierig, auch keine Entschuldigung für entstandene Probleme Wohnung sehr hellhörig, sowohl zwischen den Zimmern (auch zum Bad) als auch zu den anderen Wohnungen

• Silvia (10/5): Super Wohnung, top ausgestattet und super Lage! - Sehr saubere und gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Bequeme Betten und der Jacuzzi auf der Terrasse ist ein echtes Highlight. Es stehen außerdem Fahrräder, Strandstühle und Sonnenschirm zur Verfügung, was bei Anreisen mit dem Flugzeug toll war. Die Lage mit 2 Minuten Fußweg zum Strand la Caleta und am Rand der Altstadt sind prima. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Bars in der Nähe. Leider etwas hellhörig, obwohl es die oberste Etage ist. Man hat doch recht viel von dem Mieter darunter gehört. Es ist ratsam mit einem kleinen Auto zu kommen, da das Einparken in die Garage für ungeübte Fahrer eher spektakulär ist.
• Claire (6/5): The apartment had potential, but the cockroach problem and lack of timely host response made the stay disappointing. - The location was convenient, and the apartment itself had potential to be a comfortable stay. Check-in was straightforward, and the space was reasonably well equipped Unfortunately, the property had a cockroach problem during our stay. We found them in the kitchen area and, more concerningly, on the bedding in the bedrooms. This was very unpleasant and made it difficult to feel comfortable. We also struggled to get a timely response from the host after reporting the issue.

• JustJay86 (9/5): Really happy with my choice... - The hot tub on the deck was fab. So many towels for use for the beach and the hot tub- this is a really nice touch. I absolutely loved the terrace. Well equipped kitchen. Comfy beds. Tv with Netflix etc. Plenty of space inside and amazing location near the beach and lovely tapas bars. It's one of the best areas in the city - it feels authentic and has that rugged Cadiz charm. I would happily stay again. It's been mentioned before - but it's more so to be aware of the key/garage situation. I'd love to stay again, but I would genuinely suck it up and pay to park around the corner in one of the lots! I had a small car.. getting in was fine, but with the angle of the ramp and the garage getting out was a total nightmare! To collect the keys out of hours I suggest parking/pulling in quickly on Calle Prof Alcina Quesada and the keys are found in a lockbox a few steps away from here. From there, if you wish, you can even move luggage easily the two streets over before parking in their garage or in one of the paid lots nearby.(You can't stay parked on that street) Again, my thoughts on this are to use a public parking site. I'm not docking any marks for this because they clearly state the parking parameters and in truth, it's good to have the option if you've a teeny tiny car!

• Helen (7/5): A well equipped apartment in a great location with free parking. - The apartment is spacious, with good facilities and a nice roof terrace with a hot tub. It is in a good location. The parking is useful but tight - underground parking garage below the apartment. It would be challenging with an estate/sedan car or anything bigger than a small SUV. We checked in on the day of the Spain-wide power cut which also affected phone service. The team managing the apartment helpfully sent us check in details, however the key we were left only had a fob (requiring electricity) to access the apartment block, but no physical key. We essentially couldn’t access our apartment and couldn’t contact the management team. Thankfully another resident let us in, and we were then able to access our apartment and there was a key for the main door. We unfortunately found the apartment very dusty and the floor unclean, so we had to sweep and clean the surfaces (none of this would have required electricity). However, these were exceptional circumstances which we appreciated and otherwise the apartment was nice, the bedding and towels were clean, and the location was great for exploring cadiz.
