• Magdalena (9/5): Great place for your stay - We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It was very comfortable, spacious and had everything what we needed for a long stay (we stayed there 4 weeks). Bed was comfortable, it was nice to spend evenings drinking a wine on the balcony. Short walk to the old town and beach, nice swimming pool and common area. Nicely decorated, no not needed stuff (which is quite common in the short term rental apartments in Spain) so it’s clean, and there is a space for your stuff. Parking place in a garage. Hot water which was enough for two people to take a long shower right after each other. We will come back with a pleasure when back in Estepona. The only downside is the school just outside the window, but it didn’t disturb us to be honest.

• Bas (10/5): Fantastic apartment close to everything! Would highly recommend! - 'Beautiful 2-bedroom apartment near center and beach' is a wonderful apartment! It's a very spacious place with two double bedrooms and a very large living room + kitchen. It's located on a quiet street with views over the mountain and was delivered very clean and spotless. Friendly host with the check-in that gave me the keys and explained everything about the apartment and surroundings. It also has secure parking spot with easy access. The Old-Town/Center is located <10 minutes walking from the apartment, which makes it an ideal location. Would definitely recommend!
• Olivia (9/5): Beautiful apartment, but please change the mattresses! - Lovely new and clean apartment at the top of town, but within a good 10-15 minute walk into town. Good showers, wardrobes and excellent air con. Kitchen was well-equipped with tea towels, washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets. These things are always appreciated when you’re only there for a few days. The man who met us there was very friendly and was there on time The trouble with furnishing an apartment with all IKEA is that sometimes comfort is compromised. The towels and pillows were far too small and the mattresses were too hard. It’s a shame because the apartment is really lovely and has been done nicely, but scrimping on mattresses, towels and pillows (only one pillow per person) would stop me from staying there again unfortunately. It’s easy to fix so hopefully the owners will take note. I have had a lot of rental apartments myself and have always provided two pillows, large towels and soft mattresses. The lift wasn’t working for our entire 3 night stay and there was no sign of anyone fixing it either, so the walk from the garage to the second floor kept us fit!

It was exceptionally well equipped Extremely comfortable in every way Plus importantly spotlessly clean We couldn't have asked for more Unfortunately, the position of the apartment is above a busy rat run road that was very noisy Also opposite a Kinder Garden & School The noise from both bad at times Which unfortunately prevented us from sitting on the balcony to relax, read, and eat outside, that is all part of our holiday

• Robert (10/5): Great stay in a wonderful apartment. - Fantastic apartment in a nice block with a great pool. Very clean and well furnished. 8-10 minute pleasant walk into the centre of Estepona town. Excellent value. We were met by a really helpful rep from the agency who showed us around the apartment, car parking etc. I recommend both the apartment and the agency, we will definitely return. Nothing, it was perfect.
• Daniel (9/5): Modern, functional appartment - If you want a modern appartment in a very recent building this is as close to the center of Estepona you can get. The appartment is well fitted, funcțional, we found the Phillips steam and go very useful to get rid of the creases in the clothes after unpacking. Although the appartment is very well maintained the walk-in shower drainage should be checked, the water overflows. We used only the second bathroom.
• Levi (9/5): Loved our stay, will be back. - The location was ideal. Nice walk into the town but in a quiet residential area. Very modern and clean. Rooms were great size. The owners were extremely accommodating for our late check in and late check out. Will definitely be back. We didn’t get to use the pool but that was due to local restrictions because of recent droughts, so out of the owners control.
