• Adele (9/5): Magnificent for real - Posizione eccezionale per visitare Oslo a piedi. L’appartamento è veramente accogliente, più bello che in foto, molto comodo per due persone, arredamento rilassante, bellissime luci soffuse per creare diverse atmosfere. Ci siamo divertiti a cucinare e a mangiare in appartamento. Letto comodo, televisione bellissima con Apple TV, bagno degno di essere chiamato tale. Veramente contenti. Host gentile e disponibile. Nell’appartamento mancano alcune cosine di uso quotidiano, come una scopa, una tovaglia e uno strofinaccio di più. Se ci fosse un piccolo all’armadio all’ingresso invece dell’appendiabiti sarebbe perfetto. Quando si usa la doccia purtroppo si allaga un po’ il bagno.

• Odobasu (7/5): For one night was ok. - Location and facilities, overall design. Cleanliness was mediocre and the bed sheets were dirty and bad quality (made out of polyester). The washing machine was out of order.

• Juliana (6/5): Buena ubicación - La ubicación es excelente. Muy atentos con los servicios brindados (productos para baño, cocina). El departamento en general está en buenas condiciones. LA CAMA. Por favor cambien esa cama, tienen el departamente muy bien mantenido para tener esa cama, es imposible dormir, estuvimos 2 noches y fue una de las peores experiencias. Faltan placares para poder dejar las cosas.

• Andrea (4/5): Ottima struttura, ma poco supporto - Ottima posizione vicino al centro e alla stazione. La casa era pulita e con tutte le comodità. Il wc è stato intasato da dei precedenti inquilini e dopo qualche ora è diventato inutilizzabile. Purtroppo non è stato fatto niente per risolvere il problema e per un giorno intero non abbiamo potuto usare il bagno.

• Hunter (6/5): Honestly we wished we went with another option as it was a huge hassle for us and no meaningful compensation was given. - Recently updated, good design. Fantastic location in the middle of everything and quiet. Unfortunately the check in process was a nightmare for us. There is this 6 digit code that is suppose to be sent beforehand in order to pick up the keys from a nearby convenience store. We’ll it never was never sent. When we got to the Joker store to pick up the keys I could not supply a code and therefore could not get the keys and get into the apartment. It was cold outside, we had all of our luggage, and tried desperately to contact the host to no avail. They didn’t return our texts or calls for over an hour despite forewarning about our check in time. After tearing our phones apart in the cold looking for this mysterious code we had to call and uber and move on to our next plans with all of our luggage in hand. When we finally did get a code, the only compensation that was offered was a late checkout, which actually never manifested despite us hoping it would as the apartment was booked right after us. Additionally, one big reason we booked this opposed to a hotel room was the laundry machine. Unfortunately it was broken and had a label saying it was out of order. This was not disclosed in the listing.

Numerosi ristoranti e market nella zona. Host molto gentile e disponibile. Potrebbe essere utile indicare che ci sono 2 scale di accesso al corridoio di ingresso dell'appartamento, in questo modo le indicazioni sarebbero più chiare.

• MLBarb (9/5): Nell'appartamento in posizione comoda. Comunicazione carente - Appartamento arredato con mobili nuovi, curato, in posizione centralissima. La procedura di check-in e checkout è un po' complicata. Le chiavi devono essere ritirate e riconsegnate in un negozio nelle vicinanze. Purtroppo però in caso di problemi è difficile ricevere assistenza. Abbiamo inviato messaggi al numero indicato sia nell'inserzione che in camera, ma non abbiamo ricevuto risposte per un giorno e mezzo. Inoltre, trattandosi di un viaggio di lavoro abbiamo richiesto una fattura che non è mai arrivata.

• Joseph (7/5): Nice facilities, check in and check out is a terrible system if alone - Terrible set up where you have to drag your baggage a block to a store to get keys then back again to get in. Worse when checking out you have to do it again. Threats from host of being charged extra if leaving the keys inside apartment when checking out instead of dragging bags down the street and into a very small store to turn them back in
• Naomi (9/5): Great location in a spacious apartment. - Great location, close to central station and transport hub. Coming and goings from other apartments were very noisy. No blind on living area window also Washing machine was not working and could not find an iron or hair dryer .

Not being able to get out of the bed on either side due to the small size of the bedroom. The apartment was dark and due to the heat, was oppressive. The view into the courtyard felt confined.

Only if availability of hotels nearby is - Location and modern interior Small bed for two people just able to fit in the room so both managed to hit legs on corner multiple times getting in and out, bed for third guest was the sofa (not sofa bed) which was big enough to sleep on but very stiff so not for several days. None of us managed to get restful sleep. Also on the Monday morning we were woken from the loud noises of the people collecting the trash at around 6:30 7:00 am. The trash bins for the whole block are located behind the apartment at ground floor and the apartment is one level up so very near and noise was really loud. Had stayed 4 nights in the Scandic Oslo city which was virtually the same price if you deducted breakfast with king sized bed and all hotel facilities. Booked it as I wanted to experience a Norwegian home as I stayed in two hotels during this visit to Norway.
• Oleksandr (5/5): Not recommended. - Good location, nice owner. The windows overlook the trash cans. Not enough hangers for clothes. Not enough towels. There are no instructions on how to use electrical appliances. The lady who gave us the keys ignored all our questions. WiFi not connected.
