• Ilias (1/5): - Unfortunately, the apartment was much below our expectations comparing of course with the amount paid for it. Mould was everywhere which worsened the air condition and created health issues especially for one person who had asthma. Furniture was old and in bad condition. The whole building needs renovation so that it could be properly rented at the current price (free electrical cables which made it unsafe, holes at the doors, dirty walls and many others, not to mention the cockroaches at the rooms). The patio outside was not accessible due to the dirt left and insects all around. Lastly, the apartment is for sure not suitable for business or family, as Wifi service was not operating properly and you never came back with maintenance support as promised and the rooms are not equipped with proper equipment.

• Andreas (7/5): Plentiful family staying in city center! - Perfect location to visit the city! Spacious complex of different apartments, ideal setting for big groups or different families. The apartment has a nice concept and good setting but definitely needs serious maintenance! Mold in many places, old and worn out furniture, missing equipment from kitchen. This, did not make living uncomfortable but it is a pity for such a nice place to be in bad shape. The closest sub-apartment to the street entrance has no noise insulation and you feel almost like sleeping in the street, due to the noises (the rest of the apartment is very quiet).
• frederic (4/5): - emplacement proche du centre ville la propreté (toiles d'araignées et cafards!!!), le manque d'équipements pour cuisiner, mauvaises odeurs et humidité +++, la douche dans la grande chambre fuit et il y a une tache d'humidité dans la chambre en dessous, wc qui fuit dans une autre chambre Les photos de l'annonce ne correspondent pas avec maintenant, elles datent.... 1 seul tabouret dans la cuisine, pas assez de chaise autour de la table a manger, piano et guitares disparus..... Il pleuvait samedi dans la cuisine

• leticia (1/5): Horrible. El lugar es un fraude. Mucho dinero cobrado por un mal lugar en pésimas condiciones. - Nada. No me gustó nada El apartamento está en pésimas condiciones. Tiene mal olor. La caldera no funciona, no había agua caliente en todos los baños. Hay humedad y moho. Los mando de TV no correspondían a los equipos, las luces de la sala no funcionaban todas, hay lugares repletos de moho. El lugar es peligroso y justo en frente personas de la calle fumaban hierva y hacen ruido. De todos los hospedajes que visite en España fue el más costoso y el peor. Tengo fotografías para que vean lo mal que está. Quiero una reparación económica. No vale el precio. La publicación de booking es un engaño.
