• Andrea (7/5): - Ubytovanie si vypýtalo taxu pre mesto - 9€ na osobu/ deň. Čo sa mi zdá veľa.

• Martin Correa (8/5): Apartamento cuco bien situado - Buena ubicación, esta cerca del Duomo y otros monumentos, muy cercano a accesos a transportes comunitarios. El apartamento esta muy cuco, es humilde pero con buen gusto, el baño esta bien reformado y la cocina muy bien equipada. Además no hay ruido de la calle, esta tranquilo porque da a un patio interior. Los anfitriones se portaron muy bien, al llegar no se abría el portón y no tardaron nada en llegar y abrirnos. Muy atentos durante toda la estancia. Me resulto un poco extraña la entrada del edificio, muy original y peculiar, esto no es ni bueno ni malo. Al estar en un tercero sin ascensor, te cansas un poco porque son escaleras pequeñas y empinadas. Yo le aconsejo que renueven el colchón y las almohadas, están un poco deterioradas.

• Marcia (9/5): Apartamento bem equipado e ótima localização - Apartamento bem equipado com cozinha, lava louças, lavadora de roupas. Atendimento ágil. Check in fácil.
• Francesca (7/5): Posizione ottima, un po’ più di accortezza sarebbe meglio - Posizione centrale con fermata del tram sotto la struttura, possibilità di raggiungere il Duomo in pochi minuti. Struttura pulita! Struttura un po’ decadente, un po’ di accortezza in più sarebbe auspicabile. Mobili vecchi, battiscopa mancanti e mattonelle staccate. Consiglio: stoviglie nuove o per lo meno sarebbe utile far trovare agli ospiti qualche utensile in più, per chi come noi ha preferito mangiare in appartamento e non fuori sia a pranzo che a cena. Rapporto qualità prezzo non molto buono, a questo punto..

• Gerliani (7/5): - местоположение идеальное. рядом для шопинга via torino . дуомо близко. кафе и рестораны тоже рядом. знаете когда приезжает турист с семьёй отдыхать из другой страны, останавливаясь в апартаментах ему нужна минимум удобная кровать и чистое бельё. этот номер на троих, с одной двуспальной кроватью и диваном на которых невозможно спать. грязное бельё, а диван ширина которого 150 сантиметров невозможно уложится. мы платим за номер за дополнительные сборы за уборку за городской налог и т.д. а нет главного елементарного поспать в чистоте и удобно. я не думаю что владельцы апартаментов не знают об этом. подушки и бельё в кляксах не выстиранные. Поймите. мы заплатили деньги за плохой сервис которые нам не вернут.
• Wendy (5/5): Worst place I have ever stayed in - Location No hot water on arrival - it was a wifi setup and they obviously forgot to turn it on. We had not realised until about 9pm there was no hot water. After contacting management who obviously then remotely turned on the water heater we then had to wait another couple hours to shower. At no stage did management admit they were at fault No lift as advertised - had to drag heavy bags up three floors No working lights on the stairs at night No utensils to cook with No washing machine pods No dishwasher powder Bed basically on the floor (futon setup) Mattress had a dip in the middle and terrible for two people sharing the bed A million doors to go through to get to/and into the apartment. The entrance looks like that to a brothel.
• Sanaa (8/5): - L’appartement était propre, il y a pas mal des équipements, il y a de l’eau chaude dans la douche. Tu peux déplacer au centre sans utiliser les taxis ni tram. Pas d’ascenseur (pas mentionné dans les informations sur Booking),on a vraiment galéré avec notre valise qui était lourde jusqu’au troisième étage. Des escaliers étroite pas de lumière dans les escaliers .En plus le lit, elle était pas confortable. Il n’y a personne qui répond au check out.
• Noy (7/5): נחמד - ניכר ששופץ, הכל היה מוסבר מעולה. באופן אישי לא היה לנו בעיות עם הצק אין וצק אאוט. היה נטפליקס,מגבות הדירה נמצאת בקומה שלישית ללא מעלית ומאוד היה קשה לנו לעלות ולרדת עם כל הדברים בנוסף לזה המיטה לא הייתה ככ נוחה, מאוד נמוכה היה רק בסיס מיטה וזהו. אני באופן אישי לא הצלחתי לישון וכל פעם קמתי עם כאבי ראש.

We had to sleep 3 adults in the double bed as the sofa bed was awful The bathroom sink and show drain were blocked The cleaner was there 15 minutes after check in time The curtain pole was broken, they ‘fixed’ this quite promptly for us, only for it to fall down and land on one of the guests Surfaces were not properly cleaned, there was damage to furniture, dirty cups in the cupboard, very banged up walls with lots of marks and damage that was not shown in the listing This property is NOT newly renovated Property was also quite hard to find
• Beril (5/5): - konum olarak güzeldi ama tek artısı buydu yatak son derece rahatsız ve ses çıkarıyordu giriş saatimiz 3 olmasına rağmen eve geldiğimizde temizlik bitmemişti alt kapının açılması için gönderdikleri linkten kapı açılmıyordu ve yağmurda beklemek zorunda kaldık evin önündeki durakta beklemek istediğimizde restoran tarafından sadece apartmanda yaşayanların kullanması için uygun olduğunu söylediler
• Cirlan (9/5): - Close to attractions and a lot of restaurants around. In the photos looked bigger and we had some problems with the main door and key lock but not a big problem.
• VENTURA (6/5): - Location in good No elevator, stairs too narrow, room is high up at 3rd floor. Bed was uncomfortable too low on the floor. No physical staff to welcome us.

• Ina (8/5): Great location, good value for money - Clean, had everything you needed, tv with Netflix and YouTube, had good heating, and perfect location. Super close to absolutely everywhere. Tram right outside the door and walking distance to Duomo and many other monuments. Bed wasn’t comfortable, only two rolls of toilet paper and one big towel each for whole stay. Also not able to check out any later than 10am.
• Sophie (10/5): Fantastic location, value for money! - The location is fantastic for exploring the city, 7 min walk from Duomo cathedral and very close to Navigli for restaurants and drinks. Quiet and fully equipped for everything you need. Great size and well set up. Nothing!

• Rayk (2/5): Very, very little value for money - The location. - The place looks very different in reality, there is just one window in the bedroom. No window in the Kitchen, so the pics are either misleading or done in a very clever way. - By normal standards, the place was not clean upon arrival, so we cleaned the place at first. - Bed linen were dirty, so we had to ask the cover for pillows changed right away. The next day, we found more dirty stuff, but there was no reaction from the "service" - The table was almost broken. This got fixed, but the problem here was that people entered the place without our permission. Not very helpful for a save feeling of my partner. - The way to the flat is challenging, very small door from the street, very narrow and dark stairs. - The "service", you get a WhatsApp contact who is literally not doing anything, except starting to complain how unfair it would be when you have questions or asking for getting stuff fixed. After day no. 3 there was no response at all, so reached out to Booking.com for help. Could add pictures, but this seems not to be possible for a review of this property.
