- Lenka (10/5): Doporučuji pro ženy i rodiny s dětmi - Naprosto bezpečný hotel pro ženy. Skvělý onsen Skvělá lokalita Milý personál Jeden z nejčistších hotelů, co jsme v Japonsku navštívili. Monotónní snídaně vedle v kavárně. Hotel nemá vlastní snídaně, chodí se vedle do kavárny, kde personál neumí moc anglicky a na výběr je jen ze 3 možností (parek v rohlíku, wafle nebo toast).

- Marc (8/5): Perfect for one person or maybe a very cozy couple. - Bed was comfortable, free machine brewed coffee, latte, hot chocolate and seating in the lobby. Friendly staff. Short walk to Tenjinbashi-suji shopping street, Osaka Tenmangu Shrine, and Nakanoshima Park, which was in full cherry blossom when I was there. Breakfast was drip coffee/drink, hard-boiled egg, a packaged pastry, and one of waffle, toast, weiner (hot dog on a bun), I suggest a pass. Location not great for train/subway travel, getting to JR Osaka and other central areas often required a long walk between various rail lines.

- Johanne (8/5): Overall a nice place to stay. Good value for money. - The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The hotel has good services and is well located. The pillow and mattress were really nice. The individual room is very very small. Even if individual, there should be enough space to open a big suitcase. Which was difficult to do. Also there were some hair on the toilet seat when I arrived.
- Rebecca (10/5): Great in Exciting Osaka!! - I've stayed here many times and would stay here again, I always ask for a high-up floor but it's very quiet and friendly. Last time I forgot my converter and they had one to lend me. The receptionists are very kind and speak great English. My conference kept being moved and I had to re-book every day (!) but they were never mad with me and made sure I kept my room. It's right by some amazing bakeries, I can't recommend this place highly enough!

- Cordis1210 (3/5): - 酒店位置好 酒店竟然沒有清理前一位住客遺留的飲品，這是我第一次在日本遇到這種情況。 另外，我住的房間窗戶面向曾根崎通，而床前窗戶只有百葉簾，不能遮光(見附圖，這是我在凌晨2點拍的照片)，完全不能入睡。 不明白Google和booking會有如此高分，可能其他人的房間不是面向大馬路。 我是想試試Daiwa Roynet Hotel的品牌才選擇這間酒店，沒想到體驗如此差。希望酒店能加裝遮光窗簾。 還有窗戶使用了壓花玻璃，看不見窗外風景，那顯得更沒用而晚上透光得令人難受。我不會再來這間酒店。

- Tuan (8/5): It's a convenient stay in center of Osaka. - The convenient location, breakfast quality (served at the nearby cafe shop, not within the hotel),the friendly, very helpful and smiling local FO staff, the double size bed and ample facilities in the room. I really can't remember if I booked a smoking or non-smoking room and was assigned a smoking room on arrival. The smell of the room was not great as you all can imagine. Even I tried to turn on the aircon and air filter for many hours, it barely improved the smell in the room. The room also had no view at all, even it had a window. They should have told me about that.

- Wei Lyn (8/5): Good stay - Good location, within walking distance to Sakuranomiya Park and Tenjinbashisuji Shopping Street. Food options are reasonable within 10 mins walk and 2 train stations nearby. There was a lovely cake shop just few steps away which sold yummy fruit tart. I like that they have ladies floor and ladies only lift that goes straight into the bath house which is very convenient while in pyjamas. The pillow was too high for me so I asked the next day and they offered other types of pillow which was good to have choices. Small room but it's expected, I stayed in a single room. The bath house was very crowded at night that you need to take turns to use the shower. Do check the bath house congestion status on the TV. There was only plastic cup in my room so I couldn't make hot drinks, my friend's room had a ceramic mug so I requested for one the next day.
- Vicent Torres Tur (10/5): Perfecto para una escapada - El personal es muy amable, el hotel se ve nuevo o reciente, tienen un spa típico japonés no muy grande pero bonito y con lo neceario. Gracias a ello tuve mi primera experiencia con los baños japoneses y me encantó! El hotel está bien centrico y en el lobby puedes usar microondas o tomar café con tranquilidad.

- Takuya (10/5): サイコー - お部屋がとても綺麗でした 夜遅くにチェックインしたのですが、対応も丁寧でお部屋のグレードアップもしてくれました。 快適に過ごせました 車で行ったのですが、駐車場は近くのコインパーキングです 近くに安い駐車場があります
- Misa (8/5): 立地がよい - ロケーションがよかった。 個人的にベッドの硬さがちょうどよかった。 ロビーにゆったり使えるラウンジがあり、お茶なども飲めて便利。 朝食は隣のビルのカフェでしたが、気分転換もかねてちょうどよかったです。 ホテル自体は問題がないのですが、立地が良い分、 大通りが目の前で夜中に暴走族？の音で2回目が覚めました。
- NAOKO (7/5): まあまあ - お部屋は清潔感あり良かったです。 ラウンジは飲み物の提供がいつもあり、 部屋とは違いリラックスできて良かったです。 ベットが狭くて少し寝ずらかったです。
