- Sirena (1/5): Disappointment disgusting and terrible - The location and the pools were great The air-conditioning was not working I contacted Booking.com straight away and nothing was done about it there’s no attempt to bring us fans or extra cooling devices.
The toilet would not flush when we first arrived I had to stick my hand into the back of the toilet every time to make it fill up so we can flush the toilet the next time. Again I contact someone straight away as soon as we got there and nothing was done about it I was in conversation nearly every day and still nothing was done about it nothing was seen to it was actually quite disappointing it ruined our whole holiday
I have a video of me having to stick my hand in the toilet and refill it every time but I can’t upload the videos I can only upload the photo

- Mark (1/5): I will never stay there again. - The location is great. The apartment was filthy , there was dust and dirt everywhere, we could only stay there 1 night as it was filthy. Owners would not offer a full refund for second night and it took 1 month for them to give me a refund on the cleaning fee of $155. It’s a shame Booking.com only lets me post 4 photos I have plenty more showing how filthy the apartment was. Do yourself a favour and do not stay here.
- christine (3/5): Disappointing. Needs a good clean and and update. - I have stayed at this location multiple times. Best location ever It was not clean. It was actually dirty. Very dated needs a refresh. Tiles missing, doors in bedroom won’t slid and come off tracks, oven door won’t open or shut properly, air con in main bedroom didn’t work well. Air con vents filthy need cleaning blowing dust. Toilet didn’t flush and toilet brush was older than me. Cloths horse rusted unable to use it.
Needed 2 keys as two people booked in. Only given one key then had to pay to get another set delivered.

- Katarina Mesarovic (1/5): Terrible. - My booking at this accommodation was from 19th of November until 1st of December. Upon arrival I saw the place is unhygienic, unhealthy and unlivable to stay in. I have found used condoms in my bedroom, mould in the bathroom, the bathroom was dirty, toilet was not flushing, kitchen stove and oven were greasy and oily, the was mini oven next to the sink with water splashes next to it which was a safety hazard, the dinning table was dirty , dinning chairs had stains in them, couches in the living room were stained, one of the couches was foldable couch which was broken, the couch matress had mould and bodily fluids stains all over it, there was rubbish left in the living room, there were stains on curtains and walls and there was power generator next to entry doors behind doors in a wall. I have contacted the host straight away and described what Ive witnessed and it was hard to get in touch with them because they live overseas. I had to buy cleaning supplies and spent few hours cleaning up the place just so I can stay there for one night as it was getting late to move to another accommodation. I moved out of the accommodation on 20th of November and went elsewhere, I have not received a full refund for my booking, host insisted they can only provide 70% of the refund without explaining why also the host promised to provide a refund for cleaning supplies and cleaning fee which they haven't. I have spent my whole holiday calling booking.com and messaging the host to get my refund , only after 8 days of calling them constantly one of the customer service representatives sorted my refund out. I was put on hold everytime when I called booking.com and call automatically dropped after 30 minutes. Booking.com processed a refund as travel credit which was not what I have discussed with the host and booking.com was holding my funds illegally instead of refunding it as cash credit onto my bank account.
- Fiona (1/5): Do not stay here unless you want to be ripped off! - Absolutely nothing! It was dirty (think popcorn under the couch and feral blinds and louvres. Difficult to find where to get keys, and the owner was a nightmare. When we stayed in beginning of Oct, pool, sauna and spa were inaccessible. We accidentally forgot to hand in parking card and got stung with a $280 bill for a new card and someone else’s supposed parking. Despite requesting proof of charges, we have still received nothing. Upon telling the host I would leave a bad review, she offered a 10% discount which has still not been received. Stay at your own risk!
- Donna (7/5): - Location was fantastic good view from the balcony Didn't like the fact that we only had one key me and my friend was staying for two nights and we had to rely on each other to come back to let the other one in vice versa which this was a very inconvenient. I have never stayed at a property where you do not have access to at least two keys and I've stayed in a lot of places. also the beds were very hard and the three seater lounge to be a sofa bed had a big metal hole running through it couldn't sit on it and also there was a humming noise continuously coming from a door near the front door not sure what it was but it was annoying when we're there

Didn’t get to check out the pool - Location The unit needs some TLC a coat of paint and a handyman to fix a few things. The tv in the bedroom didn’t work. The bedrooms need a good vaccum under the beds.
- Shareena (4/5): Underwhelming, dissapointing and overpriced! - Location was good, shops downstairs, and close to everything. Issues from the beginning. Garage key was not left in lock box. Spent an hour after a busy day travelling, to try to park car in garage. After contacting host, numerous times with no immediate way to help, got car in once someone left. Apartment was small and dated and dirty. Both TVs were old, small, and no signal. Unable to watch tv our entire stay. Some powerpoints also didnt work. Clothes air dryer was old and rusty and left rust stains on my white shirt i have been unable to get out! Was asked by host to purchase a garage key from reception, which understandably was refused. Took almost a full day and numerous messages back and forth to have a key left for collection. Access to the gym and pool wasn't available during our stay. After I had checked out, I was asked to send a photo of the key left in the lockbox, very important it said. Absurd to ask that of me, after my experience with a missing key! After over 20 texts and numerous photos back and forth with the host, Im dissapointed to say the least. It was overpriced and overrated. Our stay felt nothing but stressful, and will never stay here again.

- Charlene (7/5): Value for money 💰 - The apartment had everything one needs when away from home. The view was excellent, city with ocean backdrop peeking through the buildings. Beautiful sunrises to be had sitting out on the balcony. Olivia is an excellent host very helpful & available upon phone call & text. The instructions for check in were clear, easy read and close to the apartment. Note: There are 2 x lockbox stands at the key collection store. There's loads of lock boxes so check both stands but in this single instance it's on the newspaper stand which is also pictured in the instructions.
The apartment & location for the cost was excellent value for money. The apartment could be cleaner, on arrival there was an olive on the floor of bedroom with 2 single beds and the tiled floor in kitchen was slippery.

- Carol (6/5): Pleasant - Location of the apartment after the initial shock of the condition of the apartment, beds were comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. Dust in the apartment on louvres, ceiling, and air conditioning unit, broken door in the laundry, broken remotes or missing, only supplied with 1 key, this is a hindrance when you have 4 staying at the property.

- Lucy (6/5): great location . mia was so lovely and worked so hard to get us a portable aircon. it was a hot box - the location and pool although indoor pool and spa was closed the air conditioning didn’t work the bathroom tub had a dirty ring around it . the oven was broken and held together by sticky tape
- Jessica (5/5): Not what i expected at all. The aircon needs to be fixed and new photos of apartment need to be taken - Location is a lot of fun, being above the shopping centre is awesome. The aircon didnt work so the room was stuffy the entire time. The oven was sticky taped shut and a cabinet was broken and we werent told of this prior to arrival. The pictures on the booking showed 4 beds total but there were only 3. And we werent made aware of the fact we had to get the key from another location until the day of, but being told to keep checking the booking app for msgs would have been nice.
