Sharyn (9/5): Perfect house for family or large group stays, pool area is amazing - Clear instructions from host. The swimming pool was clean and well maintained and the outdoor area overall was amazing, the outdoor shower and toilet a bonus. The house is large with loads of room to spread out. Great well-equipped kitchen and open plan living made cooking easy. Also appreciated the large laundry area with a big family. Beds were super comfy. Maybe a BBQ or one that could be taken outside. The nights were so lovely it would have been great to BBQ a meal outside.

Jen (5/5): Disappointing for a week long Christmas stay - The house itself has good potential — the beds were comfortable and the pool was appreciated during hot weather. Location near the train station is excellent. Lots of room to spread out. The condition of the property did not match the listing or the price paid, particularly for a Christmas-period stay.On arrival and throughout the week, we experienced numerous maintenance and amenity issues, including: No hot water in the upstairs shower and poor drainage Several lights not working Only one functioning fan in the living area Wi-Fi repeatedly dropping out and needing resets Living room TV malfunctioning (screen issues, volume changing randomly, remote not working properly) Broken fan control and missing TV in one bedroom Wall damage in another bedroom Dirty, heavily discoloured carpet in the master bedroom Leaking shower in the master bathroom Patio furniture cushion badly torn and unusable without covering Kitchen poorly equipped for a week-long stay (no frying pan, minimal utensils, no potholders, inadequate linens) Multiple remotes with dead batteries and no spares provided Very limited basic supplies (toilet paper, towels) We ended up purchasing basic items ourselves (kitchenware, batteries, toilet paper) just to make the stay workable.
