Guest Reviews

- Isabela (3/5): I don’t recommend the place. - Location - Cleanliness was lacking.
- The heating and air conditioning in the house were very noisy.
- When you shower, the water comes back up and gets pooled.
- The host was rude, difficult to communicate with, and blamed the guest for anything wrong in the house.
- Shanica (10/5): I loved everything. It was nice clean cozy ready for a stay. Everything was well put together really enjoyed staying the - Everything very cozy
- Paula (10/5): Great for a quick trip to new haven/yale - The location is perfect if you are visiting yale. Walkable area with close access to the university and lots of places to eat nearby. The property was just as described and had everything we needed as a family of four with two small children. The hosts were very communicative and made sure we had everything we needed and explained check in and amenities etc. the only thing that we didnt like was the noise off of the street but that isnt anything to do with the property itself. A pair of earplugs solved the problem easily.
- Stefka (10/5): - In walking distance to Yale and various parks. We visited for Family Weekend and felt like home. Thank you for your hospitality. Very clean place, has everything you need on a short visit.
- Garrett (1/5): Bugs, Broken Beds, Lack of Maintenance, and a visit from Chuck-E-Cheese - The property was located close to the University. Host was very responsive and "attempted" to solve some of our issues. We had multiple issues with our stay. Upon checking in we were greeted with cobwebs, a bed propped up by bricks, multiple broken pieces of furniture, and later during our stay had a visitor from a furry little mouse. Additionally, construction outside the property started at 7AM sharp and continuous beeping was heard throughout the day. The host replaced the broken bed and swept the cobwebs off the ceilings but did not treat further for bugs or later the rodent that was running around. Overall, the property is in need of maintenance and when we asked the host for an early checkout with a refund for unused nights, she was not amendable to the situation at all

- Cade (8/5): Great spot near the Yale campus. If you are going to be at Yale it is a great spot - Nice property. Very spacious and comfortable. The only thing that needed to be addressed is that the fridge smelled like fish really bad. There was nothing in there but every time I opened it a big waft of fish smell would come out.
- Carolyn (10/5): Very peaceful and relaxing - The house was beautiful inside very clean and the host made it very easy to make my stay the most pleasant. Id book again. The parking lot was a mud pit but it was still in a nice area
- Katherine (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jose (9/5): Superb - Relatively new kitchen and bathroom. Secure and within walking distance to Yale.
