• Michael (10/5): Great autumnal getaway to do nothing or explore what the town offers - We felt welcome on arrival with the heater and lights on. Property was clean and beds were comfortable. Property was interestingly decorated.

• denise (10/5): A beautiful, comfortable stay that felt like a home away from home. - We stayed at Elroma for 3 nights and honestly didn’t want to leave. The cottage is absolutely gorgeous, beautifully designed and spotless, you can tell a lot of care has gone into every detail. It felt so comfortable and welcoming the whole time. The secure yard was perfect for our dogs, which made the stay even more relaxing knowing they were safe and had space to enjoy themselves too. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you Andrew and Anthony.

• Follent (10/5): - Perfectly appointed home complete with everything a traveller and pet could need in Hepburn Springs. So thoughtful. Instructions clear and insightful. Our dog loved the safely contained back yard. Wish we could sta y longer.
• Michael (10/5): A luxury stay at a reasonable price. So much more character than a motel. - Unique property. Homely and close to Daylesford. Full kitchen and spa bath. Tastefully decorated. I didn’t see a clothes washer.

• Kathleen McCloskey (10/5): - The house is beautifully decorated with many comfortable spaces, both inside and out, to enjoy. The spa bath and bottle of sparkling wine were lovely bonuses to an already excellent location in Hepburn Springs. Thoughtful and generous hosts who checked in by message but were otherwise not needed.
• Jessica (9/5): Gorgeous getaway - The place is fantastic - sit in front of the fireplace and relax; take in the gorgeous decor everywhere; very comfortable bedrooms; enjoy the kitchen view; even an enclosed backyard for furry friends. Would highly recommend to friends and family wanting to explore the area and come back to a home-away-from-home. A quick drive to Daylesford town centre too for shops or a massage. Anthony and Andrew were great hosts, and also supplied ample wood for the fireplace + a welcome bottle of bubbles - thank you! Just two minor things and easily fixable - noticed some ants exploring the kitchen (recommend getting onto that), and the back door was difficult to operate. Otherwise, great!

• michelle (10/5): Wonderful winter stay in Hepburn - Fantastic property . 3 gorgeous bedrooms . Wonderful unique decor. Open fire and great central heating to keep you warm in winter. Huge TV to enjoy in front of the fire with Netflix. Great well equiped kitchen. 4th stay at the property we really love it. Short walk to the spa and all the great coffee shops. The puppies love the front and back yard which are both securely fenced. Nothing fantastic
• Mary (10/5): Wish I could have stayed longer. - An amazing spotless comfortable home in a great area. I simply cannot fault this house. The owners have provided what is needed for a well earned break. Great house great area great communication. If you can imagine on a winters night leaving the spa bath ( big enough for two) and sitting in front of a log fire watching your favourite show or movie on Netflix or Stan, warm and cozy listening to the cold wind outside. I really really tried to find something but I failed.

Not a big thing but the key was hard to get out if the door. A bit sticky. It wasn’t the owners fault but there was a power outage most of one day.

• Tania (10/5): Cosy, comfortable and lovely warm house. - A lovely property full of charm. Generosity of the hosts was appreciated with bubbles, wood for the fire, and coffee for the machine. Our small dogs loved running around the well fenced yards. We loved our stay at Elroma very much.
• Xin (10/5): Exceptional - This is a very peaceful and relaxing house, conveniently close to attractions. The room is fully equipped, and every appliance comes with detailed instructions. The little details are well thought out—like the first aid kit, flashlight, and hand sanitizer. It's also a very dog-friendly house, with a secure backyard where our dog could play freely without worrying about escape. They even thoughtfully prepared a dog bowl! Other great touches include free Netflix, a complimentary bottle of champagne, excellent coffee capsules, and an amazing spa tub with bubble bath liquid. Overall, this is an exceptionally well-planned vacation home. We’d definitely book this place again if we have holiday in Hepburn spring.

The spa bath in the main bathroom was amazing, the largest and deepest I have seen in a house! Would definitely stay again.

The bottle of wine and box of chocolates waiting on arrival was a lovely touch, and the hosts were easy to communicate with and attentive without being intrusive. Everything you could want for a comfotable stay was there, including firewood to enjoy the wood fire at night. A small thing, but the front screen door would benefit from a security catch so you can secure it and enjoy the breeze flowing through the house on a nice day. Everything else was wonderful!

Also the hosting was really great - before and during. We really appreciated the host dropping around extra firewood during our stay (we were there for a week), as well as extending our check-out time as much as was possible.

Local and regional information pamphlets also at hand.It was also very thoughtful of the owners to have left wine, soft drink and biscuits.Thanking you for making our stay a memorable one. Highly recommend. Foliage on the side of the house needs to be cut back.When it was windy branches and vines could be heard constantly banging up against the window.

Very well appointed with a wonderful modern fully equipped kitchen , great beds and we loved the decor and attention to detail. Large screen TV with streaming services. Back deck and garden was a standout -the elevated deck was lovely to sit on with a great view .However it was all so fully secured so dogs could be kept on the back deck safely. Gardens both back and front were lovely to sit under the tress and enjoy and the puppies loved it. Exceptionally clean property Loved our stay. Nothing

• Richard (10/5): Perfect Escape - Everything was perfect and just what we needed for a two night getaway with our dogs. We loved sitting in the front yard in the sun playing with the dogs, listening to old records by the fire (yep it was cold enough in Feb). Amazing value for money. Thanks Boys.
