• Shoo (10/5): Urban Suites Jelutong is magnificent - The comfy bedrooms and living rooms, the great TV set to enjoy good music, the kitchen utilities come in handly.. The splendour of Jelutong night scene through the glass windows and also day view is simply unforgettable. The aircon is quiet enough to soothe us into good night sleeps. Toilet rolls not enough.

• NURDIANA (1/5): PHOTO AND PROPERTY DIDNT LOOK THE SAME - In town area -Photos n property not same -kitchen not as photos yet they only tell u when u arrived - third room have no mirror no cupboard no hangwr no small table to put yoye stuff - kitchen only have lower part n they lock it - no place to hang ur wet cloth after u wash them -stain eventho little bit they charge each if it -plug very slow hardly i can anythng in full - plug far away from mirror your bed - shower no slide n make ur toilet wet when u showet - no seaview as claim, left right all flat area - lif waiting time can be 30-40 mins each time as too many people using the lift - very high floor parking at level 9 and it couse me headache to drive make round n roynd to my parking Most disaapointed part After checkout property ask me to pay for stain at towel, floor mat bedsheet blanker pillow case as the property didnt accept any stain. • CHASTAGNER (7/5): Appartement correct mais pas à la hauteur de la présentation - - les piscines - la vue de l’appartement - le confort des lits - la climatisation Pour une prestation plutôt « haut de gamme » il manque des choses essentielles : c’est un appartement pour 6 personnes, il n’y avait pas assez de vaisselles pour manger ou boire sur place, aucun ustensile, une mini casserole et une seule poêle. L’unique plaque de cuisson est un élément rapporté type kitchenette étudiante. Il y a une serviette par personne uniquement (donc pas de petites serviettes pour les cheveux ou de serviette pour la piscine) Les photos ne reflètent pas l’état réel de l’appartement qui est moins bien entretenu que ce que les photos laissent paraître (fissures, coulures de peinture un peu partout etc). L’appartement est excentré, avec les embouteillages il est plus probable de mettre entre 20 et 25 minutes pour rejoindre le centre ville. Des Grab sont tout le temps disponibles. La gestion des ascenseurs peut-être compliquée : en heure de pointe l’attente est longue

• MSAzham (9/5): Cozy and breathtaking view - Clear instruction was provided for check-in and check-out. The unit was spacious and clean. Not only towels, basic toiletries and kitchen utensils were provided there were also water filter dispenser, simple snacks and instant mixed coffee sachets! Amenities such as gym, sauna and swimming pool. There was also a roof top deck to experience a breathtaking view of the city at night and the sea during sunrise. 2 car parking spaces were provided making it convenient for group travelling. The host was friendly, attentive and responsive. Host was quick to reply messages and helped to find solution when car had troubled with gate reader during exiting the premises. May need a ride to have meals since could not find nearby eateries that are within walking distance. Nevetheless there were convenient store and vending machines (Family Mart, Old Town etc) near lobby or swimming pool area.

• Rachael (9/5): Excellent - The flat is lovely. Light and airy, plenty of room for our family of 5. Check in was easy and the host was very helpful at getting flat ready qhen we areived earlier than expected. Facilities onsite were great- pool was a lovely temperature and plenty of thigs for kids to play on. The convenience store onsite was also good, which was helpful as there are not as many supermarkets close by. Location is very good and view beautiful from the flat but you do need to get grab everywhere. It would have been helpful - when a kitchenette is provided - to have a little extra crockery/utensils.

• Fattah (10/5): Unit @ Level 33 - Beautiful scenery, could see the sea and penang hill from unit @ lvl 33. Fully Air-conditioned. Beds were a little uncomfortable but able to sleep. Lack of powerl sockets in a room and no sockets near beds.

A very comfortable stay :) The location is a grab away from George Town/ other attractions which is great for most people however personally we do like to walk around but we found there isn’t much around the accomodation in walking distance range.

Der Swimmingpool und die Sportmöglichkeiten auf dem Dach waren toll, abends allerdings überfüllt von Gruppen. Das Schloss der Eingangstür war defekt und ein Stuhl war ebenfalls unbrauchbar. Die Beleuchtung im Schlafzimmer Nr. 2 war unzureichend. Hier würde eine kleine Lampe am Bett weiterhelfen. Die Aussicht von dieser Wohnung ist ein wenig deprimierend, zur anderen Seite des Hauses ist das viel besser.
• Zuanne (9/5): Perfect long weekend getaway. - The apartment is clean and very comfortable. Traveling with lil kids who love to play on the floor the cleanliness on the floor is essential. The beds are comfortable with very luxurious sheet. It was very nice clean with no bugs issue. Love the pool and play area. Could just relax while the kids are playing. The location is pretty central where the places we want to go to are nice within 15-20mins away. Make sure you don't miss the entrance to the parking lot or else you'll get charged. The drainage of the living room bathroom need to be look at. The water keeps coming back up and caused flood and undecent smell.

The house we got was very comfortable. - I really like the house which is very clean and comfortable for a family of 4-5 people..all the equipment such as wifi, tv, washing machine, stove and fridge are in good condition. The location is in the middle of the city but I get a very beautiful sea view. only the elevator is a problem if there are many people during the holidays the elevator waits quite a long time it can take more than half an hour. and there is no garbage room provided on that floor.. have to throw garbage at the parking level.. if you stay for a long time you need to throw garbage every day..

• Sylvia (8/5): Perfect location and clean unit but lift ruined our experience. - Room was comfortable and clean. Could accommodate 7 people, however do keep in mind that 1 person has to sleep on a pull out bed on the floor. Amazing view and location. We were near all the spots we wanted to visit. Hot water & water pressure was amazing. Waiting time for the lift to go up to unit and to come down to ground floor takes a lot of waiting time. We waited approximately 30-40 mins each time for the lift to go up or down. Not convenient if you have a packed day as you will spend quite a large amount of your time waiting for the lift. No power plugs near the bed in 2 rooms. Blanket for pull out bed is not the same as the other blankets (does not keep you warm) Toilet in the hall gets clogged easily when there’s more than 1 person showering which is inevitable as there’s 2 toilets to share among 7 people.

• Jannis (10/5): Ein Highlight unserer Reise! - Dieses Apartment war mit Abstand das beste während unseres Malaysia Aufenthalts. Und das ganze noch zu einen Schnäppchenpreis. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, so dass wir erholsame Nächte hatten. Die Klimaanlagen funktionierten einwandfrei. Der Panoramablick auf Georgetown war grandios. Die Gemeinschaftsbereiche wie der Swimmingpool, Kletterwand, Spielplatz etc. rundeten unseren Aufenthalt zusätzlich ab. Unsere Kinder hatten hier viel Spaß. In der näheren Umgebung gibt’s einige einfache aber leckere Essmöglichkeiten. Auch der optionale Airport-Shuttle ist sehr zu empfehlen. Unserer Fahrer Max hat sogar das Gepäck bis vor die Wohnungstür gebracht bzw. abgeholt. Was sehr praktisch war mit 3 kleinen Kindern und einiges an Gepäck. Alles in allem hatten wir einen tollen Aufenthalt und sollten wir jemals nochmal nach Georgetown kommen ist dieses Apartment unsere erste Wahl. Lediglich die Küchenzeile ist für uns Europäer etwas dürftig ausgestattet. Etwas weit von der Altstadt entfernt!

Er is een prachtig zwembad op de 11e etage en een tuin op de 42ste etage. Eigenaresse neemt heel snel contact met je op bij vragen. En geeft veel informatie. Niks aan het appartement. Alleen de liften zijn een drama tussen 10.30 en 12 uur omdat iedereen dan wil uitchecken

• Chirine (10/5): Top top ! - La vue était splendide sans parler de la grandeur de l’appartement pour le prix c’était top! La résidence proposait une magnifique piscine sur le toit avec une salle de sport ainsi que pleins de petites activités pour les plus jeunes. Ils ont pu répondre à chacun de mes besoins avec rapidité. L’accueil assez froid pour s’enregistrer. Ce qui n’a rien à voir avec les personnes qui gères l’appartement en soit. Donc j’en tiens pas rigueur. L’attente pour l’ascenseur parfois long… mais moins long que ce que j’ai pu lire dans les commentaires donc ça va.

• Danny Loo (6/5): - Staff respond quickly. The picture of the unit shows is different from the actual unit after check in. Hosts never update before hand. The property rental is over priced a lot compared to other hosts. You can get a much cheaper unit by a different host at the same location and the same facilities provided. The host is dishonest and misleading by showing nice pictures and giving guests different units or brief units. Which can get a much lower rental pricing by others. After checking in at night, the aircon water is leaking and dripping, which causes a lot of trouble as guests are unable to rest earlier, even though the maintenance technician is sending in to fix the defects . The host never ensures everything is satisfied before letting the guest check in.

• Rubaina (10/5): Best view of Penang! - I had two 2 bedroom apartments booked for my family and both overwhelmed us. They were extremely clean, loaded with all the necessities and the team was constantly in touch with me. Overall, this stay was the highlight of our Penang trip! I would definitely it recommend everyone :) The key collection can be a bit of a hassle but that is just a one time activity!

• Fabian (10/5): - The property was looking very new and clean! Everything was provided with towels, toilet paper, trash bags and even a filtered water system. The location was also very nice with a gym provided and more facilities. Would definitely recommend this place!
• Nor Izzati (9/5): Great but really help if they could fix the lift/elevator issues - It’s clean and comfy, near to the town, easy access to food, the house is great, owners too..the pool and other facilities are all great except for the lift/elevator The lift/elevator is super slow, pack with people and need a long wait to be able to get into one, makes it so hard and fustrated when we want to get out/in from the property..the bed is a bit hard and the fan cannot be controlled by the provided remotes.
