Important Information

The water of the hot tub is heated up to 34 degrees from 1st of October until 1st of June and from 17.00 until 19.00 o'clock. Heat is not available from June 1st to October 1st during this time heat is €100 extra per week, upon request. Notice-for safety reasons, no other parties other than those who have booked the property are allowed in the property during your stay. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Please note that additional guests above the maximum room occupancy are not permitted. Noise policy offer: Due to the property's central location, there are bars, restaurants and nightclub that may create additional nighttime noise on Fridays and Saturday. For this reason, we are making a special discount that is automatically applied for the two nights of the week. Property access: To access the property there are two options - one is a walkway downhill and the other, from the street level, includes a few flights of stairs. Please note that early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability. Please note that an additional charge of EUR 20 per hour will apply for early check-in and late check-out upon request.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Pete (10/5): Super modern high end apartment - This is a really high end, super modern apartment. I don’t know about Lanzarote property prices but you’d be paying close to a million for a place like this in England. It’s close to the old town and has absolutely everything you need. It’s great for staying in with all the facilities and Netflix and there’s plenty of bars/restaurants around if you want to go out. Really couldn’t fault the place tbh Nothing
Ros (9/5): We had a wonderful holiday and toured all round the Island. - Not able to access Netflix and the steps up to the apartment.
