Ian (9/5): - Loved the location. The silence of the place even though it is in the centre of an active area. The proximity to the sites and a wine window. The kettle tripping the electricity. So we reverted to the gas kettle. No problem. Basics in the kitchen like a cloth to wipe a table or counter were .missing. perhaps a salt and pepper grinder would help.

Julie (9/5): Centrally located spacious apartment - We did not stay in the Santa Croce apt as the air con had broken down but we ended up being given a different apt centrally located in a good area. On the first floor, it was very spacious with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a kitchen area with everything you needed, sitting area and two large televisions! We didn’t need any of it to be honest as we were out all the time! It was so noisy everywhere apart from the bedroom at the rear.

Cassandre (10/5): Outstanding location with lots of privacy and quiet in a busy area. - Excellent location, very spacious and private. Cleaners were still there on arrival, delayed entering property for 30 minutes past check in time. After a long flight, this was a little frustrating. No way to leave luggage before and after stay. With all the late check ins and early check outs these days, ease of luggage storage is becoming a priority.

Kishore (9/5): Great end-to-end seamless experience - booking, stay and checkout. - Communication through Booking.com was easy and quick. The place was clean and neat. Great for families. Secure and close to many attractions in the city. Overall, a very seamless experience. Will definitely book again if I was going to Florence. The washer/dryer unit in the house gave us a bit of trouble as it was not drying clothes in one go. It however worked (we did not have to reach out to the owner) and we were able to dry our clothes before we left.

Anne (10/5): Spacious home in one of rhe the best parts of Florence! - Fab location, spacious enough for a family of 4 to relax and spread out for 10 days. Well equipped kitchen. Very helpful and responsive host. We loved staying here! It was cold (early November) until the government allowed heating to be turned on. The host sent someone to turn on heating the same day and after that it was fine

Air condtioning was superb and much needed in the summer heat. Very comfortable beds and great showers.
