• Amaliah (9/5): Great for a short stay with 2-4 people. Had a lovely time! - Perfect for 3 people. Nice and spacious, excellent facilities, comfy beds and well designed space. Staff were also accommodating and helpful. Would recommend! Too much sunlight in the mornings and no basic necessities like salt, pepper, oil, tea etc provided in kitchen.

Warto rozważyć, gdy się przyjechało na jakieś spotkania do instytucji UR. Ok.1.5 km od najważniejszych instytucji UR. Spokojna i bezpieczna dzielnica, blisko Carrefour Express i przystanek na Dworzec, jest też niedaleko przystanek na autobus jeżdżący bezpośrednio na lotnisko.

• Iuliana (9/5): M-am simțit ca acasă - Locația foarte bună, foarte aproape de toate obiectivele pe care îmi doream sa le vizitez, zona orașului foarte curată și liniștită, facilitățile apartamentului sunt excepționale, decorațiunile interioare foarte frumoase și cu mult stil, check-in facil iar gazdele foarte receptive la solicitările noastre. Nu pot spune ca este ceva nu mi-a plăcut dar ca sugestii as spune ca o a doua toaleta în camera de baie ar fi fost utila, iar pentru bucătărie as propune gazdelor sa pună la dispoziție și saci pentru colectarea selectiva a deșeurilor reciclabile întrucât înțeleg ca sunt prevederi foarte stricte in acest sens in Bruxelles. Dar acestea nu sunt lucruri care sa ne fi afectat în vreun fel confortul cazarii și frumusețea timpului petrecut în Bruxelles. Mulțumim din suflet gazdelor! 🙏🤗

I don’t recommend it to anyone, especially that the price wasn’t the lawest. -lack of a desk (it was one of the reasons we chose this apartment, but the desk was closed and no one from staff wanted to help us) -sewerage smell from the toilet -tv was turning on randomly by itself and was waking us up in the middle of the night -sofa bed was broken and very uncomfortable, so I don’t think this apartment was even for 4 people -only 3 sets of towels, even though we paid and reserved the apartment for four people -very dirty and disgusting curtains -half dead flowers left in the apartment -badly worn plates, glasses and pots (chopping board was moldy) -lack of bedside tables -water didn’t drain in the sink in the toilet

Calefacción top. Lamentablemente estaban en obras, y no nos dieron previo aviso. Por la mañana escuchamos ruidos en el balconcito abrimos la cortina y había tres hombres trabajando ahí, por lo que tuvimos algo de ruido y no pudimos hacer uso de él. De todos modos fueron simpáticos y no sé si fueron ellos que nos dejaron una botella de cava (porque no había nota), no nos lo bebimos porque no sabíamos la procedencia. Por lo demás todo genial.

• Ana Isabel (8/5): Estancia tranquila en Bruselas - El apartamento es espectacular Apartamento deluxe muy cómodo,era un primer piso y aunque no había ascensor no nos importó Tranquilidad absoluta ,no hubo ni un ruido ,por lo que pudimos descansar Poníamos la calefacción cuando llegábamos por la noche y en un momento la casa calentita . Tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días, cafetera, hervidor, horno,lavavajillas, plancha de ropa, nevera y congelador. La cama muy cómoda El baño estaba en separado en dos partes ,en uno la bañera y dos lavamanos y en otra puerta el Water y un pequeño lavamanos, todo ello en la habitación, uno parte a cada lado de la cama También tiene jna pequeña terraza con una mesa y dos sillas de madera. Fácil aparcar en la misma calle La parada del autobús en la misma calle ,utilizamos el número 63 para ir al centro ,tarda unos 10 minutos. Está a un paseo de la Ciudad Europea Cerca hay un Carrefour pequeño y una panadería No hay microondas En la cocina solo hay un estor,no hay cortina opaca ,por lo que entra luz y puede molestar a los que duerman em el salón, ya que es una gran sala Separando la habitación del salón hay una gran puerta con cristalera por lo que hay poca intimidad de una cama a otra

• Justyna (8/5): Przyjemny apartament, w którym wygodnie spędziliśmy kilka dni - Wynajęty przeze mnie apartament z tarasem znajdował się na pierwszym piętrze kamienicy, więc nie trzeba się było zbyt wysoko wspinać po stylowych skądinąd schodach. Przestrzeń była dobrze zagospodarowana, w kuchni wszystkie niezbędne utensylia (szczególnie przydał się toster), dostępne żelazko i deska do prasowania oraz suszarka do włosów. Dobry sygnał wi-fi. Obsługa szybko usunęła zgłoszone usterki. Ładny wystrój. Brak zamrażarki i piekarnika. Brak zamykanej szafy. Przydałaby się sofa lub fotele. Kołdra była zdecydowanie zbyt ciepła jak na panującą porę roku. Tekstylia czasy świetności mają już dawno za sobą: dziurawe prześcieradło, poszarpane ręczniki, ścierka kuchenna dziurawa i - najłagodniej mówiąc - nieświeża (tak niewiele wystarczy, by zepsuć ogólnie bardzo dobre wrażenie).

Only to consider the absence of elevator and ask for lower floor if it matters (many original buildings in the Old World city centre are like that), otherwise everything is simply perfect!

I had sleep diagonally . There is no Fan or AC and the place gets very hot In the summer. Contruction work across the street starts at 7 am.

The room was well-equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. We did notice some humidity and mould in the bathroom, and there was an unpleasant sewage smell in the outside corridors. Thankfully, the smell didn’t reach our room, so it didn’t affect our stay too much.

• Sofia (8/5): Great and comfortable stay! - Location is really great, very easily to reach and felt a really safe area at any time of the day. The flat was very cosy, nicer than the pictures. The room was rather cold. Could only find a heater in the bathroom which was not enough to warm up the room. Also there was no extra blanket in the room.
• Teresa (8/5): A beautiful, spacious flat in a peaceful area of the city. - The flat was wonderful. Very spacious, comfortable and in an excellent location with a bus stop outside that took us straight into the centre. The balcony was lovely and we were able to sit outside on one occasion. We were so lucky to have gorgeous weather. We had all the facilities that we required with a washing machine downstairs. I was able to communicate well with the team who ran the flat by messaging them and they were very responsive and helpful. The location was very good and very peaceful, away from the hustle and bustle of the centre of the city with a lovely view over the park across the road. These are just suggestions. I think it would have been nice just to have a little welcome pack ready for us when we arrived with a bit more information in it. Just a little personal touch which could include information about TV availability ( there was no cable TV - I had to ask) recycling etc. My second suggestion is just a practical one - a non slip mat in the bath. I was aware of the fact that there was no lift when I booked. It can be a little difficult for older guests with heavy luggage. Otherwise everything was great and we loved staying there.

• Tânia (6/5): Good location. Very noise neighbours and construction on the building. - Nice location in a quiet neighbourhood (30 m from city centre and 10 from EU headquarters). Some green Soaces in the surroundings within a short walking distance. As it’s an old building with wooden structure it was very noise as we could hear the neighbours walking etc. We stayed in ground floor which has a courtyard and we could not use it as there was some roof constructions and all dirt came down to our terrace. It was also very noisy and we were not informed about this repairs timely. Upstairs neighbours had a young girl that kept running and jumping all the time (and sometimes screaming) which make our stay very unpleasant due the constant noise. Also… some construction in the building (changing lockers) that we were not informed and was very noisy for several days also. Property was contacted but did not find a solution and did not care much about noise, trash falling in the courtyard etc.

Staff was very nice and answered almost immediately to my questions I thought I was renting an apartment, and not an studio.In my opinion, there is not enough information in the platform, at the ends of the booking process it is not clear what you are renting. I'm not sure if this is something on the property or on the platform, since I recently had the same experience when trying in Stockholm Pictures don't match the reality....

• Mmp (7/5): A nice convinient area near the EU institutions , convinintly furnished - The location for whereI wanted to be was perfect , parking of the street possible , but payable , some stores near buy as well as restaurants , walking distance every where if you enjoy walking , The smell of the sewage all over the building ! Particularly the bath room i had to keep the window open , it was ok then somehow .. maybe the cleaner needs to pay attention to details when cleaning not just that it looks hood the apt 😊
