- Max (10/5): Hidden gem, kids loved it! - Very nice staff, great outdoor area with kids, play park right at the entrance, massive rooms with beautiful bathtub, all in all it was fantastic. The area seemed not so great at first, but don't be put off, it's actually a fantastic area, people are super nice and very very safe even with 2 kids. (watch out for scooters tho haha) Also free shuttle bus to and from the airport, and to Disneyland, late checkout by default (12pm, but they don't mind 2pm), close to great local shops, and there is a burger king within 20 meters.

- Julien (10/5): - Hotel très propre et confortable, situé en l'aéroport de Shanghai et Shanghai disneyland. La station de métro la plus proche est Lingkong Road, loin à pied mais à 10 minutes en Didi ou taxi, pour environ 3 euros. Il y a une machine à laver et un sèche linge en libre service, ouverte 24h/24 au troisième étage. L'hôtel à été rénové récemment, il y a un mini réfrigérateur où des boissons et de l'eau son remis tous les jours, et un set pour faire du thé. La douche est spacieuse et bien chaude. Les lits sont confortables, il y a des prises pour recharger le téléphone à côté, ça fonctionne avec les prises européennes aussi. Je recommande cet hôtel si vous allez à disneyland ou voulez passer une nuit ou plus près de l'aéroport. Nombreux commerces et restaurants à proximité, l'hôtel est situé dans un petit centre commercial en plein air.
- Julia (10/5): A great place to stay, if you are transferring at Pudong Airport or just simply want to visit Shanghai. - Free airport shuttle, proximity to the airport, good location with lots of places to eat nearby. Breakfast included in the price, very good. Staff was friendly, room was super big, the bed was big and cozy. Special thanks to Xiao Wu, reception worker, who upgraded my bed for free and was super nice. ☺️

- Nina (10/5): Wonderful - Very convenient, hotel provides free shuttle to and from disneyland & pudong airport. Breakfast are good. Staffs are friendly and helpful even they don’t speak english. Love the hotel location and ambience. Shops and restaurants located below the hotel gives us easy access to buy stuffs and dining.

Het beste ontbijt gedurende mijn reis van 5 weken. Zeer ruime kamer op het toilet was een geur merkbaar. Na doorspoelen toilet opgelost.

We will definitely - The property was in a great location, close to Pudong airport, with a free shuttle service, excellent rooms, and a delicious breakfast. The airport shuttle bus could be improved.

- Jennifer (8/5): Pudong was a surprise nice surprise - the cook and the attendants and front desk was amicable on check in, patuent and forgiving the front desk the next day on departure was not friendly or helpful, she was annoyed by our questions where to find the airport shuttle, dismissive, refused to use the translation to help with the language barrier

- Grace (7/5): For one night, it's perfect for closeness to the airport, but nothing in area, getting to city is big of track on me - The rooms were amazing! The staff have no English.… On arrival the night porter was so rude so unhelpful, too busy playing games on phone and eating, took my bag but just left ok counter, when returned that day was still there. The girl on last day as so helpful tho she pulled it back. Breakfast is cold, and Chinese ie rice, veg etc only saver is you can get a omellte. Just heads up if European… The bus to Disneyland only goes once a day. But shuttle to airport is ideal!

- Mascha (9/5): Sehr gut für eine kurze Aufenthalt. - Die Lage ist ideal. 15 min Fahrt vom Flughafen. Wir wurden vom Flughafen mit einem Shuttlebus abgeholt und auch dahin gebracht. Das Zimmer ist sehr gross. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Die Dusche, der Waschbecken und die Toilette sind getrennt, was komische ist. Das Personal spricht kaum Englisch, aber mit Online Translator hat es gut funktioniert.

- King Soon (5/5): 迪士尼接驳车服务超烂，劝大家别浪费时间。 - 员工的沟通态度还可以，房间也算干净整洁，靠近机场和迪士尼，大半夜有机场接驳车是一个卖点，和适合带小孩。 迪士尼的接驳车需要和其他酒店共享，基本要花1.5小时才到迪士尼，如果要赶早鸟票或者要看早晨舞就很不适合了，自己打车才30元。要吐槽迪斯尼返程班车，加了微信群也不回复，我们930看完烟花表演散场人潮汹涌，我们连续跑了30分钟也赶不上，司机分享的定位第4排，去找竟然找不到车，问司机不回复，要去问工作人员才知道在第8排，跑过去竟然开车走了，我不是唯一被遗漏的人，还有其他家庭也一样被遗漏。准点10PM就开车，基本就是要大家别看烟火吧。司机乱给错定位，不负责任不回复信息，这附加价值完全超烂，体验非常不好。同样的价格，建议可以去其他性价比更好的酒店，不会回来了。

Огромный номер, трансфер от и до аэропорта за 20-25 минут, завтрак, который собрали с собой, очень удобная большая кровать. Такси до центра и обратно суммарно обошлось в 230 юаней. Почти идеальный вариант для проживания Вайфай на нашем этаже был без интернета, номер при заезде был довольно холодным, но климат-система за пару часов справилась

But I stayed for just one night so I didn’t want to complain and change to another room. I waited for over an hour for the pickup. The pickup communication wasn’t very clear.

Colazione ricca e camere spaziose. Organizzati bene con le navette gratuite da/per aeroporto. Ringrazio lo staff perché è stato molto gentile e disponibile ad aiutare.

On the day of departing I specifically asked if the shuttle goes to Hongquiao station as I heard “Pudong” and the receptionist said let’s go let’s go. So I was stranded at Pudong train station and had to take a very expensive taxi again

- JUDITH (9/5): Excelente hotel para pasar unos días y estar cerca del aeropuerto - La ubicación está excelente si vienes necesitas estar cerca del aeropuerto. Hay shuttle desde el aeropuerto. El desayuno tiene variedad y hay opciones si no estás acostumbrado a la comida oriental. El staff es súper amable e hicieron nuestra estancia muy agradable.

- Pakorn (10/5): Good Location and Free Shuttle bus to the Airport and Disneyland - I liked absolutely everything. The staff are really nice and helpful. Also very understanding, as I had problems with Alipay on my arrival. Fresh towels and water delivered everyday without asking for it. Breakfast was so delicious, I have no words. Close to the Disneyland, a bit further to the city, but still very easily accessible. Actually No but the staff should be practiecs english a bit.

- sophie (7/5): No frills airport hotel. - Room had good heating and was clean and modern. Felt a bit catfished, the photos are really good. The hallways were freezing and there was a strange courtyard filled with rubbish. It did the job for a one night stay. The transfer was difficult to get info on until I had landed. The hotel is a way back from the street so had to get the luggage to the hotel yourself in the rain.
