• Stella (10/5): Very Happy - The location was amazing!! The mattresses were comfortable and I got a great night sleep. The bedrooms were spacious and the living room was cosy. Everything in the apartment was spotlessly clean. The kitchen was fully equipped with modern appliances, so we were able to cook some meals in. The bathrooms were also great clean towels, nice toiletries. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive. They provided clear check-in instructions and were available to answer any questions. We had a smooth check-in and check-out experience. Fast WiFi too!

• R (10/5): Perfect!! - I loved the apartment, it’s spacious had everything we needed like coffee, sugar, clean towels and shampoos. The beds were very comfortable for my family. The apartment is close to the supermarkets and station. There’s also many restaurants near by and my family were very happy Nothing
• Farisha (5/5): not pleasant at all. - It is located about a 10–15 minute pleasant walk from King’s Cross Station. The apartment assigned to us was on the third floor with no lift, only steep stairs — an important detail not indicated in the property description. After a 14-hour flight, this was challenging, particularly as half of our group were above 60 years old. The unit also has only one bathroom, which may not be ideal for larger groups. Not recommended for those travelling with sizeable luggage or limited mobility. (But the owner did reach out to a kind gentleman (Mohamed , THANK YOU!!) - to help us with our luggages. Those bags would not have made it to the 3rd floor without his help!)

• Janak (6/5): 'Stylish' Ups and Downs. - The apartment was clean, bright, warm and large enough for our family of four adults. Communication was good with the host and helpful with the late check-in. There were ample utensils and kitchenware. Very steep winding staircase, up to 4 flights. Unsuitable for the elderly to carry luggage, and No service lift, this should have been declared by the hosts - a potential health and safety issue. Uneven floors in every room, including bathroom, kitchen and bedrooms -the gradient was from 0 to 4 or more inches! Accordingly, bed heads were on a slant by 4inches to the feet level! A little bit like an old sailing dhow. (You get used to it after a day or so). A full-length mirror in all the rooms would have been great. Noise level during the night wasn't helpful due to trains running under the building!!! This should have been declared. We had to purchase earplugs to get some relief. Sash-style single-glazed Windows didn't contain the traffic noise from outside. Hosts should provide a reasonable range of shower toiletries. There were half-used tooth pastes, travel-size body creams and shampoos left over in the vanity mirror cupboard in the bathroom, possibly by a previous guest. Not a great idea.
• Ana (1/5): I wouldn't stay here again because it was very dirty. It wasn't what we expected. The photos don't even matc - The apartment was not clean. The sheets had hairs on them and did not smell good. I spoke to the owner about this and she did not respond. The floor throughout the apartment was very uneven. No gel, shampoo, napkins, or any complimentary items were provided. The location seems close to central London, but it is not.

• Gina (7/5): I was unfortunately disappointed with this stay. The owner was completely unavailable and didn’t respond to messages. - The size of the bathroom was wonderful, the kitchen was nicely updated, and the tv worked well. The water pressure was awesome. The fans were immensely helpful for the heat. The beds were very uncomfortable, the shower drain was horrible and the pan continually filled with water no matter how often we cleaned the filter. There was only one towel person and they were ratty and had holes. The shower floor mat was sopping wet after just a couple showers and it NEVER dried even after hanging it up all day. There was no hand soap in the kitchen so we had to buy some. I messaged the owner with a question and never got a reply about my issue, only the automated messages.

The location was excellent, just a short walk from the station, making travel super convenient. The apartment was clean, modern, and spacious enough for our group. Each bedroom offered comfortable beds, and the living area was a great space to relax. While the stay was brief, the place had everything we needed for a comfortable night. Would definitely consider staying here again for a longer visit.

Our host was amazing—friendly, responsive, and thoughtful, ensuring we had everything we needed for a smooth stay. It was the perfect base for our family trip, and we would happily return and stay for longer. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area with family or friends.

• Yusuf (10/5): AMAZING stay! Great apartment and location! - Amazing location! Close to King’s Cross station. The apartment itself was super clean, the beds were so comfortable! I had an amazing nights sleep. The living area was well presented and practical, it was nicely designed and matched the photos well. The apartment came with all the utensils and plates needed, it was great! The cleaning lady was super friendly and kind, she did an excellent job and was very attentive to detail! Everything was great !!!!
• Sean (7/5): Good for a short stay. - Location was good, there is a bus stop outside the property, closest tube stop is Kings Cross/St Pancras, needs around 10 minutes of walking or taking the bus up to King's Cross. The property manager was very attentive to our question and needs(we had a small issue with the thermostat and heater, but it was resolved eventually). The only bathroom in the property was nice and clean (however take note of this point if you have more than 5 ppl staying, as you might need more bathrooms). The beds were too soft and flimsy. Do take note, this property is on the 2nd floor, you will need to climb up to the front door, with your luggage, up 2 sets of very narrow staircases.

• Ting (10/5): Much appreciated to the host - Nura, our flight cancelled, 9 of us including 3 kids and 4 elderly, we stucked at the air - Fully equipped, especially the kitchen! Salt, sugar, oil, coffee, washing machine and oven etc. Well-prepared manual for the property’s equipments. Nothing but need to prepare toilet paper ourselves 😆
• Sara (7/5): Good - Nura’s place is lovely and clean and central, being only 10 minutes walk from King’s Cross station. We had a great stay. There are a few things that could improve the stay for anyone coming afterwards: In the house’s rules Nura sent to us it says that if towels were used for make up removal then we would have to pay for that, however they were already stained. Lastly there is nice coffee machine but not matching capsules so it’s unfortunately useless. We think that with these little changes the stay would have been superb so hope these can help Nura to improve the experience for her guests.
