Nadezhda (10/5): - Местоположение - в конце набережной ( и не в эпицентре всех отдыхающих, и в то же время, все интересующие локации в пешей доступности) в престижном новом жилом комплексе. Апартаменты со свежим ремонтом. Все со вкусом, все продумано с заботой к посетителям. Владелец очень отзывчивый, всегда на связи. Очень понравилось. Планируем сюда вернуться 🙂 Понравилось всё

Anastasya (1/5): Остались на улице и не смогли даже заехать - Забронировали апартаменты, хозяин не вышел на связь, мы не смогли заехать в наши апартаменты, поскольку был Новый Год, нигде больше не было места, переплатили 250$ только чтобы куда-то заселиться, Новый Год был испорчен, притом что пришло подтверждение после брони. Нет коммуникации с хозяином, категорически не советую эти апартаменты

M.s.master (10/5): - We stayed here for the New Year holidays and it was a great experience. The studio is very cozy and, most importantly for Batumi in winter, it’s really warm. The sea view is amazing! The host was very helpful and always available. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy. When we arrived, there was a Christmas tree in the room and a bottle of champagne on the table such a thoughtful and festive touch, we really appreciated it. The place is brand new and has everything you need. The kitchen is fully equipped with a big fridge and all the dishes. There’s also a washing machine, TV, and all the basic toiletries. The location is perfect, right next to the park and the sea. Definitely recommend this place!

Sergei (10/5): - Хорошие апартаменты, есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания. Великолепный вид с балкона на море. Прямо в корпусе есть ресторанчик и круглосуточный продуктовый магазин. Бесплатный бассейн работает с 9-00 до 22-00.
Светлана (10/5): - Самые лучшие апартаменты Батуми. Комплекс потрясающий , огромным бассейном во дворе. Квартира чистая просторная, все необходимое для комфорта есть. На территории есть магазины, кафе. Море через дорогу. Все было отлично кроме кресла кровати, на нем просто невозможно спать, очень маленькое, узкое и ужасно жёсткое. Пришлось спать в троем с подростком на 2 спальной кровати. В ванной протекает душевая кабина, даже при закрытой двери, вода вся текла наружу.
Лабусова (10/5): Замечательно,обязательно вернемся! - Думаю это одни из лучших апартаментов в Батуми!Внизу большой бассейн с графиком работы до 22.00,через дорогу и красивый парк замечательный пляж с этим Батумским колоритом-огромными и удобными камнями…Апартаменты чистые,свеженькие,со всеми необходимыми радостями:кондиционер,стиралка,фен,сушилка для белья,телевизор с рабочим интернетом …..Словом,очень комфортно …Роман очень внимательный и доброжелательный,все пожелания исполнялись быстро и честно…Во дворе своя инфраструктура:магазины,кафе и рестораны,кстати,очень даже неплохие.Я ,однозначно,буду советовать их всем знакомым..
