- Berenice (8/5): We would love to come back and visit when the renovations are finished. It's a great spot to get away from other peo - Very peaceful position by the river and no one else around. The house was warm. The bed was comfy and clean. The kitchen is well-equipped and spacious. The tv-room is cosy and has a great view from the window. There were plenty of towels. There were a lot of dead flies in the house. It hadn't been vacuumed recently, it seemed. The fridge needed cleaning. We wouldn't have dared use the sauna as there were no instructions. In general, it would be good to include a folder with instructions for how to use different things, like the fire in the kitchen, and also in general how things work. Soap in the bathroom would be good to provide.
- Eyðbjørg (8/5): Very good - Lovely place and we had a great stay: - Its a great place with a lot of potential. - Charming tasteful interiour. - The location was superbe, close to the bridge, which is important, when you are exploring the area. - Close to the river, overlooking the river - even though the view of the river is partially obstructed by trees. The owners are about to refurbish the house (cladding, electric...) which is excellent but, it would be helpful and appropriate to provide: - instructions on how to use the fireplace and the sauna, not least for safety. - all basic spices for cooking, enough toiletpaper, candles etc. because the shops are far away. - a full set of pots, pannes, big and small, for cooking. The same goes for sharp knives. - Anyway, i am sure its a working process, and these issues will be solved. I would surely stay here again.
- Aleksi (8/5): Very good - Nice place, beautiful views and everything was as expected. Communication with owners was very fluent! We didn't warm up Sauna because it looked unused after winter and did not want to carry water there. Location next to river was nice
