- Lydia (8/5): Great stay for HP Studios. Kids loved the theme but could be cleaner. - Location to the studios.
Theme of the house was awesome!
Plenty of space and bedrooms. Parking is a nightmare.
Carpet in the lounge and kitchen were unclean.
- Gabrielle (9/5): A fab place to add extra nostalgia to our Harry Potter themed weekend - Fab theming, lovely and clean, well stocked of amenities and utilities The snicket leading up to it
- Erin (8/5): A brilliant Harry Potter themed apartment in a great location. Lots of shops, restaurants and pubs nearby. Brilliant com - Great location and clean apartment. The decor really made the experience as added to the Harry Potter trip. Entrance to property could do with some work. Run down properties nearby spoil it however this isn’t the hosts fault.
- RMcC (1/5): Photographs cover up the truth - uninhabitable - The communication in the lead up was fine.
The idea was great, and exciting for the kids anticipating the rooms.
Unfortunately I wasn't able to stay myself with my flight cancelled due to the 2026 conflict in the middle east, but my SIL and family planned to meet us there, and share the accommodation. Since I couldn't stay myself in the end, my SIL who I was meeting there was still able to enter the property and reported back... Unfortunately she reported the place was not in a state she felt the children could stay in. The place smelled of smoke. There was paint peeling off the ceiling in the kitchen, over what looked like a very dodgy boiler. The place was very run down and not like the photos. One child had allergies and symptoms increased quickly - they checked the bed - it was full of dust. They couldn't stay. They chose to leave, and paid for a hotel room nearby instead.
- Emma (5/5): The location is good but it was a pity about the terrible smell - Th location is great for a visit to harry potter studios its about a 10 minute walk from the station Unfortunately there was an awful smell in the property. It completely ruined our stay, we couldn't get rid of it or figure out where it came from but we had to have our jumpers over our noses for the entire night and were glad to get out of their the next day. The fridge also wouldn't open it appeared to be locked? we just wanted to keep spme bottles of water cold for the kids.
- Fiona (10/5): We had an excellent stay, we arrived early but there was no issue with parking, the owner was extremely helpful on where - The property is spacious and clean, in walking distance to local train station. The HP theme went down so well with my kids, they loved it.
- Jose Antonio (8/5): Good apartment to prepare visit for HP Studios - Its a good apartment to spend a night if you want to visit Warner Bros Studios, 15 minutes away from Warner Bros.
- Maxine (8/5): - Lovely Harry Potter themed apartment and very accessible for shuttle to Harry Potter Studios, some lovely independent cafes nearby and shops Only negative was lack of tea towels for drying dishes
- Victoria (10/5): - The decor was so beautiful after a lovely time at Harry Potter studio this was the perfect end to our day! Very clean and comfortable!
- Sophie (8/5): -
- Georgina (10/5): Very nice! - Very nice HP design- perfect to stay in after the Studio visit, very comfortable, kitchen with all you need. Walking distance to the station and buses to the HP Studio, easy self check-in!

- iwona (10/5): - Czysto, dobra lokalizacja, tematyczny wystrój mieszkania. Dobry kontakt z właścicielem, pomocne wskazówki od właściciela jak dotrzeć do apartamentu. Wszystko na plus.
- Simona (10/5): Perfect for Harry Potters fans - The property is perfect for Harry Potter’s fans, it’s like an immersive experience in that world We got check in instructions barely 20 minutes before check in, which is kind of late. Also the entrance is at the back of the main road. We did receive photos and eventually found it, but a word in the check in instructions wouldn’t hurt
- Lynne (10/5): Great place to stay. - Clean, comfortable and a great location. This was our second stay and the place had been upgraded with new furniture and fittings. There was no easy to spot recycling bins.
- Henrik (9/5): En rigtig god lejlighed i det hele, og kan godt lide den indgang der er til lejligheden, og så er de - We had a super great trip to watford, and we think the apartment had more to offer than we expected. and then almost everything is within walking distance, train station, shopping center and local restaurants and pubs.
and again the apartment is perfect for children and young souls who want to go with Harry Potter not far to Warner Brothers Studio, with drive from the local station.
I think the apartment has a good atmosphere, and it speaks well for those who are Harry Potter fans, with the theme they have created for their landlord, which is great. The bed was really good to sleep in, but a bit too short for people who are a bit tall :-)
- Megan.elise (9/5): Superb - We loved the theme and how it was alot bigger than we expected.
- Michael (5/5): Passable - Fresh kitchen and floors etc
It's abit hidden but they did send photos to help you understand which was a bonus Advert says its 3 bed plus sofa bed but it isn't a sofa bed nor do they give bedding for it which means it's just a 3 bed apartment and a sofa for someone to crash on without pillows etc.
The blinds in main 2 rooms facing the street were broken and unfortunately the noise from the high street due to location ment you couldn't really sleep till 3/4am.
No light at the back door so trying to open lockbox was difficult
- Gunar (1/5): Bad - The place was dirty, smelled horrible and damaged and the person renting it tried to put the damage on us. Worst experience I had in long time.
- Aoife (9/5): Superb - Real treat for the kids (9 and 10) as they are big Harry Potter fans. Great set up, v handy for Warner Brothers studio tour and some nice restaurants nearby, incl Toni's Greek Tavern which was really lovely!
- Shepherd (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing kids loved it clean and very magical
- Mark (6/5): Pleasant - Themed rooms, good layout for a family. Entrance needs tidy up.
- Lucy (10/5): Excellent Stay For Your Little Wizards - The whole apartment is just an amazing breath of fresh air ,perfect for our little wizards to come back to after a lovely trip to warner bros studios to see the making of Harry Potter tour . The apartment is clean ,has lots of space and beds for big family's like mine . It's stunningly decorated and not far at all from watford junction train station where we got back in off the warner shuttle bus from the studios. No complaints at all ,the apartment was perfect for us and very clean and brightly decorated our party of children were absolutely buzzing from our trip to Warner Harry Potter tour so this was just the perfect end to our wizard themed day out . Like the cherry ontop of an already amazing day ... well worth it for family's going to warner brothers to finish off the tour still on a wizarding world high .
- Sandra (10/5): Exceptional - We really enjoyed our overnight stay, loved the Harry Potter theme throughout and the rooms all very spacious. Hugh TV and wrap around sofas are fab. Very well presented throughout, every thing you needed.
- Christa (9/5): We had a great stay watched movies 😁 - Lovely sofas big tv to watch Harry Potter 🧙🏻♀️
Great kitchen every thing you need.
Harry Potter themed rooms 😁 Bedding mattress and sheets could be better .
Glass table with sofa A wooden wold be safer with children. Alarm beeping in hall.
- Sue (10/5): What a great place to stay - we’ll be back! - Spacious, clean , towels, toiletries, tea, coffee - themed decor was loved by the grandchildren as we were there for the Harry Potter Studio tour. Easy walk to Watford Gap Railway Station. Handy garage shop across the road for breakfast supplies. Some noise in the bedrooms overlooking the main road - perhaps triple glazing would be a benefit?
- Helen (8/5): Very good -
- Martin (8/5): Lovely place. Location brilliant. we had a great time - Very nice themed rooms. Big bedrooms. Very nice common room comfortable area with big screens Lighting in kitchen not optimal . Configuration of kitchen gave shadowed areas. Also there were areas that hadnt been cleaned thoroughly
- Linda (10/5): Exceptional - This was great place to stay. We were doing the first trip to Harry Potter world, its only a mile from studios.
The youngsters loved the surprise I had kept. The flat was Hogwarts' themed. 😍
Lovely and clean, we arrived earlier than anticipated, and as it was ready, we were allowed to book in early.
They sent instructions and photos to enable us to find the entrance, which was very helpful as you entered via Leavesden Road, not St. Albans Road.
We had to postpone twice due to the accident I the only driver had. The owner made it smooth to reschedule, so I am so grateful, no drama.
Would definitely book here again 😍 There was nothing to dislike.
- Rowley (5/5): Passable - Lovely decorated. I didn't like showering next to the blind in the shower. There was water sitting on the window ledge after finishing my shower.
- Seggie (7/5): Good - Reasonably priced and very convenient for the Warner studios.
Children enjoyed the large TV. A little tricky to find the alley that led to the entrance; had to explore a little. Good to have the reassurance of a larger group made up of two families.
- Kenneth (8/5): Brilliant stay I would stay again - Clean and very friendly It was a little loud being on the main road put got used to it quickly
- Watt (9/5): Would definitely book again. The accommodation was spotless and fully equipped. - Flat was spotless and fully euipped with everything you could possibly need.
Beds were pristine and very comfortable. The sofas, they looked great and were clean, but were so uncomfortable.
- Benedetta (8/5): Very good -
- Maria (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kathleen (7/5): Good - Nice living area and place was clean. The sofas were loose and took a few attempts to get the back to click back up.
Also seat in bedroom had a loose leg so couldn't be sat on.
My 10yr old nephew tried and was tipped in to the wall at the corner, no harm done we just laughed lol
- Lalaine (7/5): Good -
- Klara (10/5): Exceptional - Spacious apartment, clean, good location for Harry Potter studios - we walked there and back by nice surroundings ( shortest way there - 30 minutes and a bit longer walk by nature back). Comfortable for a big family. easy check-in.
- Hunt (8/5): Very good -
- Amelia (9/5): Superb -
- Clxmpzbekillin (10/5): Very enjoyable - Modern and clean Nothing I didn’t like everything was perfect
- Kim (8/5): Comfortable spacious flat ideal for Harry Potter Studios visit. - We loved the proximity to Harry Potter Studios, just a five minute drive. We liked that there were lots of food options on the doorstep, the flat was spacious and warm. Not owners fault but was quite noisy from restaurant downstairs and a neighbouring flat. The garage across the road was 24 hours which was very convenient but could have done with black out blinds as was very light all night. We got lucky with parking but could have been a lot worse as mainly resident permit parking,
- Karl (10/5): Exceptional -
- Iain (7/5): This was a clean, comfortable and convenient place to stay. - This was really convenient to the Harry Potter Studio Tour. We had driven from the Cotswolds and needed to somewhere in Watford. The accommodation is central and convenient and was comfortable. We had troubles with the television. The hosts were responsive in trying to help and I suspect it is a temporary issue as they recently changed internet routers. It’s just difficult travelling with kids when the tv doesn’t work. Parking is not straightforward, but it’s manageable.
- Seton (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mills (5/5): Passable - Cleanliness and location Living room furniture was not comfortable and lighting very harsh to relax in. The shower was very small but water pressure and heating excellent. Really needed a shelf in the bathroom too!
- Mouz (8/5): Very good - Flat was lovely, perfect for a couple of days away. Perfect location near Watford Junction, including the WB Harry Potter shuttle. All sort of restaurants within walking distance including a coop, a spar and a gas station across the street. Host very communicative and happy to respond to any queries. We left our car at the Watford station car park which has cameras, pay by app. Pretty spot on time away. Flat is at a busy road so you can hear people going back and forth, traffic or when restaurant emptied the bins but at the same didn't bother us. Also premises seemed to have a cctv outside for added security. Our thanks to the host.
- John (8/5): Suited our need for somewhere close to Wembley for the football. - Clean spacious comfortable Difficult to park
- Zuzana (9/5): Superb - Spacious apartment, near public transport, close to Harry Potter Studios. We stayed just 1 night before going to HP then we continued to London centre. Very good hospitability from the owners even when we arrived late at night. Just a double French duvay on double beds. Not comfortable when you are not a pair.
- Showmiya (10/5): Great stay! - Nice place to stay Nothing to fault.
- Marie (9/5): Superb - Beautiful 3 bed flat very clean large TV large kitchen very cheap price will definitely stay again
- Leanne (8/5): A pleasant night away - We enjoyed a clean and comfortable stay. It was very easy to find the property following the instructions sent. Really close 5 minutes walk from the Watford Junction station. Perfect if you’re visiting the area for the Harry Potter studios tour like us. Netflix available to watch was a bonus so we enjoyed a Harry Potter movie night before the tour. Traffic noise, but totally expected being on a main road. Our little ones slept through all the same so not necessarily a problem for us.
- Anonymous (10/5): Clean , spacious , apartment - Likes the spacious apartment , near shops and amenities, train station near , we will be back x Mmm ! No bottle opener ! We got sorted , D did offer to drop one off but my son had one on his key ring , not a disaster ,location on main St Albans road near lots of building work , noisy !!! BUT that’s all part of the journey . 🌻
- Kerri (10/5): Exceptional -
- Victoria (6/5): It was ok for the money. - Location wasn't too bad Noisy as it faces a main road. Need curtains as it's really light in the room. Only half a loo roll for 6 people overnight.
- Rob (7/5): Good -
- Elizabeth (8/5): Very good -
- Wayne (8/5): Very good - Location of Apartment also the size was very Good. The entrance to the property.
- Donna (9/5): Property as described - clean and tidy. Good location - Apartment as described. Very clean and tidy and really close to Watford Junction to get the shuttle bus for Harry Potter. Also quite reasonably priced and directions provided for the property were easy to follow. It can be a little noisy at night but that's to be expected I suppose when on a busy street.
- Pmak1 (10/5): Exceptional - Very tidy and clean house, we love it. Back stair behind a restaurant, a bit dark at night but still OK.
- Chi (7/5): it looks okay, but generally it was not as comfortable as we expected. Everything is okay but not the kettle, as it was - the photos look good when I booked, but reality was not as good as expected. there are two rooms on the main road, it wad very noise at night because of the traffic.
- Clare (10/5): Good place to stay - The apartment was clean and comfortable, just as it looked on advert. Lovely place to stay and close to the station and not far from Watford it's self. Not easy to unlock door.
- Shirley (10/5): Exceptional - Apartment was fabulous. Was spotless and beds were very comfortable. Had everything supplied. All amenities close to hand and close enough to walk into Watford or get the train (1 stop). Couldn't fault anything.
- Shane (9/5): Amazing place to stay - It was a beautiful and comfortable place to stay, the size of the place, and it was extremely clean. The 1 negative is whe taking our trash out on leaving the bin was already full.
- Dominic (9/5): Superb - rooms are so clean, the kitchen. The entire place is awesome i would highly recommend location to get to the place
- Natasha (8/5): Very good -
- Khyber (9/5): Superb - Very nice clean and tidy
- Mark (10/5): Exceptional - Location 2 minutes from Watford Junction station. 3 big bedrooms. Nothing to dislike and everything to like about this apartment
- Paula (8/5): Very good - clean and had all required facilities
- Marius (10/5): feels like a real holiday - everything was clean and professional staff and services n/a
- Rachael (9/5): Superb - The apartment is so large and is really spacious. It has really good facilities such as 3 big beds, and a covetable sofa bed, amazing TV, and full kitchen. We had more than what we needed for the weekend. Really close to everything, shops near and centre within a 15 min walk One of the radiator dials was broken and made the one bedroom feel like a sauna. Apartment was nice and warm but that room was sweltering
- Carla (10/5): Exceptional -
