• Annapaola (10/5): Sono stata bene e risceglierei questa struttura. - La posizione per la mia esigenza era perfetta. L’host Matteo molto cortese e preciso. Se proprio devo dire qualcosa .. alcune cose un po’ datate ma funzionanti e pulite. Il tempo primaverile alterna le temperature e una copertina avrebbe fatto comodo ma non si è resa indispensabile.

• Erica (10/5): Soggiorno top - Innanzitutto la gentilezza e la cordialità del gestore, di poter anticipare il self check-in, attento premuroso e veloce presente per ogni eventuale comunicazione. L'appartamento è situato in un edificio condominiale, tranquillo e vicino a tutti i servizi. È molto spazioso,pulito con ,ogni ambiente comodo e rilassante. Cucina ben fornita, con macchina caffè, cialde ,bollitore, microonde, pentolame e anche , non sempre si trova, provvista di prime necessità per cucinare. In strada si trova anche il parcheggio facilmente. Tutto ottimo e perfetto. Nulla

• Sabrina (9/5): - Le propriétaire est top, très gentil et disponible si besoin, nous n'y sommes restés qu'une nuit mais nous en gardons un bon souvenir. L'appartement est très propre, rien à dire . Pas de place de parking mais il y en a dans la rue et c'est gratuit 😁, pas de problème pour se garer. Nous recommandons.
• Edurne (10/5): Parma bellissima ❤️❤️❤️ - Bonito, moderno y espacioso apartamento, con pequeños detalles como el agua fresca en la nevera y cafetera Bialetti. Nos hemos sentido como en casa. Además está próximo al centro, al que se llega tras un breve paseo. Pudimos disfrutar de la cocina parmesana gracias a las indicaciones del propietario. Parma es increíble!!!

• Freitas (7/5): Nice apartment in Parma - - The apartment is cozy and had everything I need for a 1-week stay. - The location is great... easy to go to the city center, good supermatkets in walking distance, as well as restaurants, cafes and others services/stores. - There is a big TV on the living room, and a good smarTV in the bedroom. - Quiet place to sleep with comfortable bad. - If you had bikes, there are cycle lanes everywhere. - Parking on the street is possible and handy (not on Saturdays) - Cleaning could be better: there was a used towel already hanged in the bathroom before I arrive. Also, the drawers in the bedroom were very dirty (I didn't use it (the main wardrobe was OK, though). - If you need wi-fi just for Netflix/streaming, that will be alright. But if you need for work, I would reccomend you ask the host to check the connection speed. - As mentioned, there is free parking in the street, but make sure you don't arrive or use your car on a Saturday. I had a lot of luggage and I found a spot only 4 blocks away... it was a very tough arrival as I had to do 3 long walking trips to the car (any other days I found space easily). Suggestion to the host: let people know if you they book arrival on Saturday. - When you are asked to leave the "tassa di soggiorno" (tourist tax) on the table before check ou, take a picture and send to the host. I was told it was missing 50 of the 56 Euros (no idea what happened, but I got very angry to hear that). Luckily, I had taken picture so I sent to the host afterwards. This is unnacceptable.
