- Jörg (8/5): Für Sölden ist das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis in Ordnung. - Die Größe ist sehr gut. Das es eine „Tiefgarage“ gibt, ist auch angenehm. Der Balkon und Ausblick ist super. Mülltrennung ist problemlos möglich. Es ist ausreichend Geschirr vorhanden gewesen. Die Wohnungstür ist nicht schalldicht. Jedes kleinste Geräusch auf dem Flur, hört man sehr deutlich. Die Möbel sind in die „Jahre“ gekommen, der Toaster müsste dringend ausgetauscht werden. Die Parkplätze in der Tiefgarage sind eher schmal und einige Gäste versuchen noch nicht einmal möglichst platzsparend zu parken, sondern stellen sich einfach mittig auf zwei Parkplätze. Dadurch waren von 22 Parkplätzen, nur 10 Stück tatsächlich vorhanden.
