• Lindsay (10/5): Loved location, had easy parking and perfect two bedroom flat! - Great location with easy parking! Holyrood park was close and the apartment was easy to access. There was a coffee machine and various versions of coffee and tea available. Not really a complaint however the lounge only had a 3 seater which meant for 4 adults it wasn’t big enough without being really friendly.

• Pavlo (10/5): - A very neat, clean, cozy, and warm apartment on the first floor in a quiet area, a 15-minute walk from the city center, close to Lidl and Tesco. The kitchen is fully equipped, all appliances work, and all kitchen utensils are new and clean. The beds, pillows, mattresses, and blankets are very comfortable, new, and clean. The owner responds promptly to any messages. Check-in and check-out are convenient and flexible. We recommend.

• Adrian (7/5): Good stay, great for visiting town - Comfortable bed, clean apartment reasonably equipped. Not enough comfortable seating in the lounge, softer lighting required throughout. Especially in the lounge.. No wine glasses

• Samantha (8/5): Nice property, good and quiet location but a couple of missing items that would have made stay bette - Great location for the swimming competition, buses to town short walk away. Very quiet area and the property was nice, clean and comfortable. Great to have parking on site. Kitchen didn't have a hand towel, bread knife or egg lifter - essentials when travelling with an athlete. It would have been good to have had a clothes airer for the wet towels and costumes. No instructions for the radiators so it was guess work to use them and 1 ended up being on all night at a very high temperature.

• Bernard (9/5): Overall it is a very nice apartment to stay in with free parking conveniently located just outside - The house was very clean and new and very spacious for three people. The heater took quite some time to heat up and in the middle of the night it was too hot and I was woke up by that and had to reduce the heater temperature

It is in a quiet area and it's close to some lovely walks and it's a 20 min walk to the city centre. The apartment has a washing machine so it's nice to be able to travel light. We were not keen on the low backed sofa

• Alan (8/5): - This was a clean and comfortable little apartment in a quiet area close to the centre of Edinburgh. In particular, the kitchen had everything required for a self-sufficient holiday. As a ground floor apartment, it provided easy access. The apartment is situated at the base of Arthurs Seat with easy access to Holyrood Park. It has close proximity to shops and restaurants, and was an easy 15-minute walk to the centre of Edinburgh. The host provided good communication prior to and during our visit. Excellent value for money.

• Claudia (10/5): Sehr zentrale Lage - Die Lage ist perfekt für einen Besuch der Sehenswürdigkeiten. Für die Anreise mit dem Auto steht ein Parkplatz auf direkt vor dem Appartement zu Verfügung. Alles in Allem perfekt!
• Ashwin (9/5): The is perfect for a family travelling to Edinburgh by car and is a 25 minute walk away from the centre. - We needed a parking space for our car and for this reason the flat was perfect for us. The flat was clean and tidy and had everything required for a short stay in Edinburgh. It is a ground floor flat. Having said this it is in a nice residential area of Edinburgh.

• Karent (8/5): Spacious and quiet - Spacious, clean and quiet. Bare bones but more than adequate. Good value The lighting in the living/dining room was one ugly overhead fixture. Not cozy or appealing.
• Pauline (8/5): Good flat, just needs a bit of love. - The flat was clean and tidy and met our needs. The owner was helpful and responded quickly. Within minutes of a bus route to the heat of Edinburgh. The microwave was dirty and smelt of curry every time you used it. Some kitchen utensils were dirty and greasy, and I had to wash the frying pan before use. There were two fire alarm detectors that had been damaged and were incomplete. The water can become scolding, so please take care with little ones.

• Gunhild (8/5): Nice stay, as seen on the pictures. Recommend - The apartment is large and has everything needed for a stay in Edinburgh. The facilities in the kitchen was very good. The location is a bit outside the main places, but it’s a quiet neighbourhood. I had some trouble with the iron, but it might be that it was the usage and not the iron in it self. The beds are a bit small for two people, but it works fine for a short stay

• Murdoch (3/5): Ok but disappointed and felt it was expensive for what we got. - It was very clean. TV with streaming services. It wasn’t suitable for a family of four. The lounge room facilities were lacking in comfort- not enough room on sofa for four so two people sat on plastic chairs. Dining table not of a size to sit around for a family of four. The lounge room could do with an extra sofa and a table lamp as there’s only the main light in the room. Kitchen was very clean but limited so not really able to cook. Although the flat was exceptionally clean and tidy, it wasn’t comfortable and we certainly didn’t feel it was value for money. The flat would be suitable for two individuals but not for a family. We are very happy with simple and clean, and certainly don’t need luxurious accommodation, but having enough room to sit or eat is a basic requirement, I would have thought.

• Michael (9/5): Excellent choice, would consider a return when revisiting Edinburgh. - Excellent location. Convenient to all amenities. Quiet residential area. The host was very attentive. There was nothing to say that was dislikeable, minor items to enhance the stay. A lamp in the reception room would be nice instead of the main light. Shower caddy, no room to store toiletries in cubicle. Instructions on how to navigate the TV.
