• Joana (1/5): Rating does not reflect reality – terrible value for money, avoid - Only the location. I paid €908.18 for a property rated 9.1, which did not match the quality or conditions experienced during our stay. Several advertised amenities were not available or did not function properly. The internet did not work. There was no air conditioning; instead, there was central heating that guests could not control, and the apartment was cold. A high chair was advertised but not provided. The kitchen was very poorly equipped. Although there is an oven, there were no oven trays, oven-safe dishes or gloves. There was no dish towel or hand towel. For 6 guests, there were only 5 knives. Only 3 toilet paper rolls were provided for a group of 6 staying 4 nights. These issues were reported during the stay and acknowledged on two occasions, but no action was taken and they remained unresolved. Check-in was problematic, as we were unable to enter the apartment for around 20 minutes due to an incorrect access code. The sofa bed was not prepared. The covering provided was a mattress protector rather than a proper sheet, and its condition was questionable. The duvets were too small for the double beds. Basic bathroom supplies were insufficient. The shower gel ran out on the second day. The sink had no plug, leaving an open hole, and the entrance mirror was damaged and in poor condition. Safety and maintenance were also concerns. The apartment is on the ground floor with weak locks. The entrance door has glass panels with a very basic locking system, which made the property feel unsafe. One curtain was loose and did not fully close, affecting privacy. Overall, the stay did not reflect the advertised standards or the high review score.

• gerald (8/5): - Emplacement parfait, à 10min des monuments principaux. Appartement avec de grands volumes et une très belle salle de bain. Petits points négatifs :Le bruit des poubelles à 5h du matin et le manque d'ustensiles dans la cuisine ( pas de passoire par exemple pour égoutter des pâtes 🫤)
• Erna (10/5): - Прекрасне місцерозташування, близько до вокзалу до будівлі Парламенту та набережної, опери, весь транспорт поруч, і відносно тиха вулиця. Доступ до помешкання на кодових замках, що дуже зручно. Менеджери завжди на зв'язку та готові відповісти на всі питання, приємна комунікація. Зручні, теплі, просторі апартаменти, красивий двір старого будинку. Деякі деталі помешкання потребують ремонту та прибирання. Також нам не вистачило гігієнічних засобів. Більший вибір кави та чаю було б добре, а якби були ще й капці - взагалі чудово)

• GEORGIOS (8/5): Angenehme Aufenthalt in der Nähe von Parlament und Bahnhof. - Zentrale, trotzdem ruhige Lage. Parlament und Donau sind etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Hohe Räume, separate Toilette. Sauberkeit im Bad. Mehr Ablagefläche und Aufhängemöglichkeit im Badezimmer wäre toll, eine gründliche Reinigung wäre fällig. Keine Klimaanlage, es sind 3 Ventilatore eingestellt.

• 진하 (7/5): 무난한데 아쉽다 - 위치 나쁘지 않고 아파트 넓음. 에어컨이 없지만 시원하고 리모델링 해서 대부분 새 시설. 세탁기 있어서 (저렴한 모델이긴한듯) 세탁가능. 와이피이가 엄청 느린것 빼면 무난함. 호스트가 답변이 빠르긴함. 대신 해결은 되지 않음. 와이파이가 5일동안 유튜브 144p 겨우 나올정도로 매우 느렸음. 호스트에게 요청해도 결국 해결되지 않았음. 건물이 오래되서 거리 소음이 다 들어오고 아침에 쓰레기 수거차 소리가 너무 커서 잠을 계속 깸. 실내는 리모델링이 되어 있지만 청소가 완벽하지 않아서 먼지는 많이 보임.

• D. Milanovic (7/5): - Die Lage und der Charme der Altbauwohnung waren super. Leider ist die Sicherheit ist nicht gewährleistet. Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss und die Fenster lassen sich nicht schließen und die Eingangstür hat Fenster, deren Riegel nicht halten. Verdunkelungsrollos schließen auch nicht komplett. Außerdem gibt es keine Klimaanlage wie in der Beschreibung steht, die Wohnung ist aber trotzdem angenehm kühl.
