• Amr Nour (10/5): - و الله أجمل و احسن مكان سكنت بيه بمصر و التقييم ظالمه .. أنا افتكرت هشوف حاجة مستواها عادى بس اتفاجئت الحقيقة احلى من الصور 👍👍👍و شغل و نظافة و معاملة محترمة و ناس راقيين جدا و مهتمين بكل التفاصيل و ادق التفاصيل كمان .. ده غير عندهم خدمات تحفة 👏👏👏👏👏👏 و تحس انك فى بيتك وسط اهلك و بجد بتكون زعلان و انت مغادر .. أنا فعلا أتبسط جدا 🙏🙏 و أكيد هكرر التجربة و أشكركم على التعامل و الاهتمام بكل شئ 💐💐.. ينصح به جدا 👍👍👍
• Muhaned (1/5): DO NOT STAY HERE SAVE YOUR MONEY PLEASE. ITS A SCAM - Nothing Where do I even start. This place is nothing like it advertises. It advertises a High Deluxe apartment in a private villa but this is no where near deluxe or private. My family booked a 6 night stay at this villa which is more like an apartment complex in one of the most expensive and biggest rooms because my family is big and we wanted a lot of space. I booked the room months in advance and upon arrival the guy who owns the place told us the room wasn’t ready and needed “work”. Which makes no sense because the reservation was made 2-3 months in advance. He offered us two single rooms which were tiny and extremely hot. The day after he offered us a bigger room which was by the pool (which is not private whatsoever it’s for public use) and this room was bigger but not worth. It had no AC and not even basic necessities like a trash can let alone a trash bag. We stayed in this room for two days and on the second day while we were out the owner called us saying he had ANOTHER room that is bigger he wanted us to move into. We told him we’d get ready to move the stuff and our bags to the room when we’re back because all our valuables were in the room and needed to be packed. Upon coming back we came back to our room completely cleaned out and all our valuable gone. HE GOT THE WORKERS TO PACK OUR VALUABLES (underwear, jewelry, shoes, everything) AND MOVE IT WITHOUT TELLING US. The room he moved us in was by far the worst as it again had no AC, no trash bags or can, and the kitchen cubboards were full of mildew, grime, and had a foul stench. It felt like an abandoned hospital. This place not only was very unorganized and completely went against our privacy, but also not private whatsoever. During our stay the owner rented out the room with the pool and bar to a big group of people THAT DIDNT EVEN LIVE THERE and they had a party that didn’t die down until 4 AM. It’s clear this place is driven by quick money grabs and is not what is advertised whatsoever.

• Sara (10/5): Amazing stay - ممتازة 👍👍 افخم و اجمل شقة شفتها فى مصر .. سكنت فى اماكن كثيرة .. كانت هذه الشقة الاحلى على الاطلاق ❤️❤️ .. للامانة الحقيقة احلى من الصور بكثير و الخدمة و المعاملة محترمة جدا و راقية جدا .. قمة فى التعاون و الاحترام 💐💐❤️❤️🥰🥰 .. استمتعت بكل شئ فى الاقامة الغرف مريحة جدا و تكيفات جديدة و حمامات فندقية فخمة و المطبخ كامل وبه جميع الاحتياجات و تشعر انك فى منزلك و المنظر من البلكون رائع حدائق و زهور 🌷 💐💐 و الانترنت 🛜 سريع و حمام السباحة جميل جدا جدا 🏊🏊‍♂️ و نظيف و عالى الخصوصية و فكرة الستائر على فكرة مبتكرة لتشعر بخصوصية اكثر و خاصة للعائلات و المحجبات و فكرة السينما مع الكافيتريا و المسبح معا من اجمل الافكار الى ابهرتنى تشعر ان هذا الوقت خاص للاستمتاع بالموسيقى و المسبح و البار بخصوصية تامة 🤝🤝🤝 .. فكرة ممتازة 👌👌 .. فعلا استمتعنا 🥰🙏🙏 .. بنشكركم على المعاملة الراقية 🥰🥰🤝🤝 .. و بالتأكيد سنكرر الزيارة ❤️❤️ .. ينصح به جدا 👍👍👍 من اجمل الاماكن فى مصر 💐💐👍👍❤️❤️

• Rabab (8/5): Good For Families - Likes: -To start with, I’d like to wholeheartedly thank Othman for making our stay comfortable as much Othman was super responsive to our queries.🤝 -The second thank you goes to the lady from management, I don’t remember her name , she mercifully moved us from second floor to ground floor as my mom has walking difficulties and was impossible to go upstairs ❤️ -location is nice and quite and close to downtown, mosque is a walking distance and has a nice garden we enjoyed Eid prayer between the colorful plants 🌱 - perfect noise cancellation windows -Comfy beds Notes for improvement : -No elevator in the property, so it might not be convenient for upper floors. - Cleanliness could have been better specially (CARPETS and Floor) , considering we pay fees for cleaning as part if booking cost, we expect better cleanliness. - Smoking shouldn’t be allowed inside the property, we have been suffering strong cigarettes smoke smell once we go out of the apartment door, stairs and corridors smell annoying cigarettes smoke special evening time . -Pool is small and is not really private, it is in the basement and there are tenants in the room beside the pool, you can use the pool but don’t expect privacy. - We had some Internet issues for 1 day , but got resolved after some follow up. - Cost is a bit high compared to other properties with same condition. Overall it was a nice experience and we might come again .. thanks 🙏

The hosts, Ms. Soad and Mr. Haitham, were very friendly and made me feel welcome. I will definitely book this apartment again on my next visit. Thanks for the wonderful stay!
