• Janice (3/5): Overpriced and under maintained. - Location was good. Nice pools. This condo is run down and in need of multiple repairs as well as fresh paint. Certainly not my idea of luxurious. Bare minimum for kitchen supplies and nothing to wash dishes. One half roll of paper towels and two rolls of toilet paper. Great view and comfortable bed but overall not a good value.

• Paul (4/5): Disappointing - Good location, plenty of towels amd bedding. It was nice and clean, comfortable bed. Both tv’s was great Hole in the bath,curtins don’t fit the windows,damaged shelf in the fridge,equipment missing. Poor communication from Ben. This unit is only worth $100 a night at most. DONT pay anymore for unit 3017 it is very poorly maintained. I think Ben just sees this as a side income. The bath should be fixed immediately

• Jo (4/5): Nice area apartment wasn’t what was expected. - Location was good and the neighbourhood was pleasant. The property was advertised as luxurious it’s not in any way! The kitchen facility’s were terrible doors hanging off 1 fork in the draw limited cooking equipment. Air conditioning did not work just blows warm air around. The bathroom had cracked floor and wall tiles and is very old and shabby. Blankets in the apartment were wet when we arrived and we had to dry them before we could use them. The balcony was filthy walls covered in black dirt. Lock on the sliding doors did not work. Very disappointing.
• Frank (9/5): My wife and I planned this trip every year to go to Miami and watch the Miami Marlins against the New York Mets. I have - I loved being on top of the world. You have a good place. The only thing I did not like about the place or the property was the parking I should’ve have mentioned that I was handicap and couldn’t walk long distance, but it worked out OK. I did not like driving around from the 10th floor down to the ground level to get out it felt like it took forever. Maybe next time I stay I can get a lower level floor for the parking like the third or fourth floor and close to the elevator. But it was OK.
