Guest Reviews
- Sarah (10/5): Perfect stay near Padstow - It was perfect nice and close to Padstow lovely and clean had everything we needed would definitely stay again Nothing

- Nick (5/5): I have been to Padstow every year. We love it. A beach around every corner. Lovely people. - The location was 5 minutes drive from padstow. Beautiful view from the living room. Very peaceful. Washer/dryer was a great help. Dishwasher tables, foil, clingfilm, clothesall very helpful. Beautiful furniture. Tesco is 5 minutes drive. Lots of beaches around every corner. Collecting the keys was a job as the key box was around the side, along with a huge bush full of bees. This needs cutting back. The carpets in the lounge and bedrooms were very damp. It took a few days for one of the bedrooms to dry so was sticky, damp atmostphere to sleep in. We had to hoover up when we arrived due to the previous dogs which had been there. Our baby was practically eating them, and i didnt feel comfortable keeping him on the carpet. The Henry hoover was not good enough to pick up dog hairs and aggitate the carpet. I think a better hoover should be provided if this is a dog friendly cottage. The beds were so uncomfortable. The mattresses were like a deflated lilos. There were spiders and webs in most ceiling corners as though it had not been dusted in weeks. The cupboards to put clothes were filthy. There was someone's used eye cotton pads in the wardrobe, sand and people's hairs in the drawers. Empty bottle of hair product behind the door in the guest room, clearly showing it had not been hoovered. More time required to give the cottage a good clean.
- Helen (9/5): Superb - Beautiful location, no traffic sounds even when outside. Close enough to local amenities without being in the hussle. Loved our stay and would go back there
- Philip (9/5): Superb - Spacious, comfortable and very nicely furnished cottage with everything we needed. Location just outside Padstow was fantastic too. Nothing
- Vanessa (9/5): Superb -
- Gillian (8/5): Convenient for travelling to Cornish coasts - It was a lovely cottage in a peaceful location. Had everything we needed. It would have been nice to have had a welcome pack with instructions how to work things. Took us a while to suss out tv cooker and heating. Also no instructions on how to get hot water. Too many rules
- Weetman (10/5): much loved relaxing family holiday - The Cottage was generous with space and was well equipped with everything you need, lovely views, we enjoyed doing the Padstow puzzle when it rained. good location nice and quiet, not to far if you want to walk into town, just a little unsafe to walk along the road at night , we would definitely stay again we had a lovely relaxing holiday š
- Lisa (10/5): Exceptional - Really enjoyed our stay, so much that we tried to book for next year while we was still there, sadly fully booked up. Maybe 2026.
- Keeley (10/5): A perfectly peaceful holiday had by all - It was in the perfect location and had all the facilities needed. The upstairs living arrangement was such a great idea with wonderful views over fields. There were some lovely touches such as games, books and in the kitchen basic store cupboard items such as oil, sugar and salt. I really couldnāt fault it.
- Chloe (10/5): Fab accomodation - Spacious clean accomodation. There was plenty of kitchen equipment. Beds were comfortable. WiFi wasn't the best, but didn't spoil anything.
- Amanda (9/5): Stylish cottage with good facilities in peaceful location close to Padstow. - Cottage was attractively furnished with all necessary facilities. The secure garden was ideal for dogs. Would have been nice to have hanging space and mirrors in each bedroom.
- William (9/5): Great cottage and perfect location for us in between all the attractions -
- Wendy (10/5): Will definitely recommend and hopefully use again, we had a lovely stay. - Lovely location, it was very peaceful. Lovely spacious property and very well equipped. The key safe was a bit hidden and difficult to unlock
- Mary (9/5): Beatifully set up cottage in quiet area, short drive to beaches, lovely to come back to. - Beautifully furnished, spotless on arrival, spacious garden area for sitting out, dishwasher and washing machine provided, good sized fridge and freezer. Lovely views over countryside, peaceful setting, ample parking at rear. Couldn't get the WiFi working. An ovenglove would have been very useful. Main bathroom shower head might need new holder. Otherwise no gripes.
- Angela (8/5): Most enjoyable - Wi-Fi went down
- A (9/5): Our off-season week in poor weather was made much nicer by the lovely cottage. - A great cottage in good location - during the low season! Would be a different story in high season, as you need a car to get anywhere. Also the close proximity to all the other cottages might be noisy and claustrophobic in summer. But in winter it was great! Beautifully decorated, modern and spacious, and fully kitted out very nicely. A minor thing - the fridge and freezer had not been turned on before our arrival, which meant that the food we had brought was part defrosted before we could use the freezer or fridge.
- Sherene (8/5): Very good -
