Half uur voor sluiting van het Ontbijt wordt er niks meer bijgevuld. Was niks meer te verkrijgen. Dit aangekaart, gevraagd om vb brood. Gaven aan dat er niet meer bijgevuld werd. Zeer luidruchtige airco. Kan daardoor niet aan in de nacht

• Sharon (3/5): We will try other Home2Suites in other places but would not recommend this location. - The day of check in the lady at front desk was nice and helpful. The pool was clean. We were put on a hall that had a lot of people staying with dogs and they would bark. The kitchen could not keep up with keeping food supplied, not much variety. The staff in kitchen and front desk very unfriendly.

• Jeremy (8/5): - Very nice place to stay in Amarillo. Pool was incredible, room was massive, and everything was so clean and well-kept. If I had one criticism, it would be that, even though the room was listed as having a kitchenette, we had to ask at the front desk for an induction burner to cook food. Not a huge dealbreaker, but something to keep in mind if you stay.

Bathroom door is a slider and was greasy (why would it be grease, anyone would ask), plus couldn’t close, making normal human activities wierd, see vent being dead. Toilet stopped pumpin water in. I didn’t complain since i was there for maybe 15h

You go through the parking lot of another hotel. There were a few items it would be nice to have at breakfast like yogurt and oatmeal.

• Regina (10/5): My home away from home. - The staff remembers me each time I stay and they are so sweet to my little dog. I love everything about this hotel.

The staff is all druggies, we were accused of smoking in the room and charged which never happened.

• Emily (1/5): Disappointing. - It was convenient to the highway and several restaurants. We had upstairs neighbors who checked in after midnight and were stomping around. It woke my 2 year old up, and after 30 min of stomping in place we called the front desk, they told us those people had just checked in and to give them a minute to settle in. After 30 more min of stomping we called the front desk again and they apologized. This is almost at 2 am. At 8 am the next morning they woke up and jumped in place for 45 min. I called the front desk and they said they’d send someone to tell them to stop, and then the stomping only got harder. I had to call Hilton to receive a refund on our night because we didn’t sleep due to these rude people above us. And the front desk didn’t care enough to make it stop.
