Aziz (1/5): - I had one of the worst hotel welcomes I have ever experienced. There was no valet at the entrance, and we waited 20 minutes before deciding to park our car ourselves, even though parking without a valet was supposedly not allowed. Then we went to the front desk to get our room keys and had to wait another 20 minutes. We asked for water and were refused. When we politely asked how they were doing, the valet—who had just woken up—answered rudely, saying: “I was sleeping,” and then added, “Better than you.” The receptionist also seemed genuinely annoyed by our late arrival, even though it had been announced in advance. In the end, we were given very vague directions to our room and had to rely on other guests to find the elevator and our way around. The next day, we were shocked to see a charge of $53 for valet parking fees. What valet are they talking about? We parked the car ourselves and retrieved it ourselves. The only interaction we had was rude and unwelcoming. That same morning, we complained at the front desk. How can a 5-star spa hotel not provide water? How can they charge hidden, undisclosed fees for a service that was neither used nor provided? In short, avoid this place. An unwelcoming hotel, rude front desk staff, and an unpleasant surprise with extra charges.

Enrique (9/5): - Limpieza excelente, trato del personal muy bueno , atencion esmerada para que el cliente se sienta bien . la comida super espectacular . Reconocimiento al Chef ! Lo unico que no me gusto fue la calidad del Aire Acondicionado , mi esposa y yo somos latinos, vivimos en Miami y acostumbrados casi el ano entero a altas temperaturas y a un clima super caluroso , por lo que para podernos sentir confortables y a gusto la temperatura para poder descanzar siempre debe de estar bien baja , sin embargo en las dos veces que me hospede y en diferentes habitaciones sucedio lo mismo , en medio de la madrugada practicamente habia que dormir destapados ya que se sentiano muy frio la habitacion , no se si es por inefciciencia del Aire o por otras razones , deduzco que con esas temperaturas en Julio y Agosto se tornara dificil poder dormir a piernas sueltas . No obstante el resto de la estancia fue muy bueno .

Hendrico (10/5): - Everything the accommodation to the accommodating staff, the valet was friendly and my vechile slept safe, the sheets the pillows the view, the breakfast was fantastic even having gluten free options, the pool was great and hospitality was honestly the best I've had. So I did not know how to make use of the valet instead of it coming off my card which it did I paid the valet plus tip instead of correcting me, he remained silent and I only learned later that I made a mistake.

Our room was gorgeous with a view of the pools and golf course - the room was spacious and clean. The front desk staff was great - we requested an extended check out due to a flight delay and we were able to pay for an extended time. Everyone was friendly and we’ll be back! It’s close to PBA university so when we come to visit we’ll be staying here again!

Marieta (9/5): Nice resort but very secluded and quiet - Big rooms, nice and clean design, comfortable beds and big bathroom Hidden cost of 50 usd daily tax and 48 usd a valet parking. I don’t expect to pay 100 usd extra… The resort is far away from everything so the only way is to drive everywhere which is inconvenient. Even when we wanted to go for morning jog we had to drive out first..
Alejandro (8/5): - I really wanted to give this hotel a 5-star rating because the cleanliness was impeccable and the service was outstanding—everyone greeted me with a genuine, vibrant smile, which made me feel very welcome. However, the one major issue I experienced was a loud banging noise coming from the AC unit in Room 341, likely from the compressor. The noise occurred every 30 to 40 minutes throughout the night, making it impossible for me to get any sleep. Unfortunately, it was too late to request a room change by the time I realized how disruptive it would be. I did inform the front desk the next morning and requested a late check-out due to the lack of rest. It’s disappointing because I truly enjoyed everything else about my stay, but the AC issue made it hard to fully relax. I would love to return, but I’m hesitant until I can be sure this problem has been addressed.

The rooms were spacious and I believe each room has a balcony and a view. I would have liked a little more explanation of the offerings at the property when I checked in.

Hotel must be most appreciative of Tara - if it wasn’t for her, I would have gone to my good ‘ol’ friend Zach Witkoff and gotten resolution despite the small issue - purely principal. Small world. Let’s talk about the food: Take my opinion for what it might be worth. FIRE THE CHEF!! The biggest complement to a chef’s, I believe, is if next to no salt is needed in any food after it’s presented. In all this chef’s sauces or compliments either for breakfast or dinner were absolutely awful. We tried dinner Thursday eve and breakfast Fri morning. All just plain hands down terrible. We were going to stretch a little and take a risk over at the “Belgrove pancakes” but were met with very horrible attitude when asked what the so-called top-secret special ingredient was which we collectively received an answer by the breakfast wait staff that nobody knew what it was. Image in it was peanut butter or some oil that guest patrons were allergic too. You can’t play with secret ingredients there are expected to be ingested by a patron. That is just plain knucklehead narrow minded decision-making. Imagine the hotels exposure if that special ingredient that is so secret caused a deadly allergic reaction. Awful. However, let’s not lose focus on the big picture here, the fault lies with the GM!!

Antonia (10/5): - Lovely stay at this new resort. Very nice pool and attentive staff. Well designed relaxation areas with fire pits for the evening. Spa and service were great! Food and service were also great. Good addition to the Autograph Collection. Given the resort is in a private community with gated access and there is plenty of space around, $48/day for required valet parking is beyond excessive. Even the Biltmore in Coral Gables and the Breakers in Palm Beach do not do that. Valet parking should be made optional. The hotel lobby and elevator scent was too much and smelled quite synthetic. Complimentary hotel bikes were a nice touch! Close to both, West Palm and Palm Beach.

Katherine (6/5): - The resort was ok. Unfortunately they were understaffed for the memorial day weekend at the pool and the filter didn't seem to be working in the adult party. The manager Morgan, was doing it all and should be 10000% praised for helping anywhere and everywhere from towels to bartending, Room was nice and cool. Looked beautiful. I just didn't like that my amenities box, was used already and had eyelashes from a previous guest which creeped me out . I asked for 4 pillows and only 2 were delivered . I am pregnant and could have used . The slippers were nice and comfy. No one was aware how the Breakfast for 2 worked with expedia. I would train the staff at the front desk and restaurants. We were given a Marriot Bonvoy card to bring to restaurant and it confused everyone .

Danet L (8/5): - The hotel is beautiful and the rooms have everything you need. The reason why I’m giving it 4 stars is because we went to have brunch at 11:00am at their restaurant and were sat immediately but no one came to our table. It was 11:20am and no one came by not even to serve us water. A couple of servers and what looked like management strolled by our table but no one acknowledged us. We left a few minutes after that and got breakfast outside of the hotel. We came back and spent the rest of the day at the pool. I love that they have pool floaties and pool toys for the kids to play with. We ordered food by the pool and although server was very polite we asked for water a couple of times but never received it. Elevator was also broken which wasn’t a big deal since there were other elevators available. Overall the hotel is beautiful and we enjoyed our stay and staff was friendly.
Jack (2/5): - Nice new property, however it ends there. Small gym with limited equipment, valet only option for $50, was told by front desk member it would be waived for my circumstance. Additionally, they advertise golf and tennis privileges, they fail to mention a round of golf is $300/pp with $125 caddie fee/pp. Tennis is $100 an hour. No disclosure whatsoever on website that there are additional fees. It’s a clear misrepresentation of amenities, as their website only reflects “ special guest privileges”. My issue is in the non disclosure of facts. Had I known this I would have chosen another property. Stay elsewhere there are so many other choices in WPB or PB

Stephanie (8/5): - Nice property and friendly staff. Things to know: $50/day resort fee on top of your room rate Nothing is in walkable distance. Must take hotel shuttle, or other driving services. If most of your activities are on the island maybe consider a different location. Traffic is horrible in PB so 4 or 5 miles takes about 20 min. The barn door in the bathroom is ridiculous. It does not close all the way leaving the toilet exposed. This was annoying. Had to shimmy a towel between the massive gap for privacy.

alyssa (10/5): Great peaceful resort - The hotel looks & smells fantastic. It’s a beautiful new property. It’s very quaint & peaceful by the adult pool. The service by the pool was great. We had a young man from Colorado and he was hustling. All of the people around the pool were tidying & working hard. It was very clean. Our room was beautiful & stocked with everything. This is a very nice resort for a quick getaway. We enjoyed our stay here a lot.

Bunny (10/5): Perfect Relaxing Trip , Can’t Wait to Go Back ! - I can’t say enough positive things about The Belgrove. I went for a few days to relax and escape the CT weather. It was so perfect. I traveled alone but I felt so safe and taken care of. Greeted and helped by every single staff member I came in contact with. Other resorts need to take lessons from the staff at The Belgrove. Everyone was helpful , smiling and I never had to wait or ask for anything twice. Even if it wasn’t a person’s normal area of expertise they still helped me or got someone that could. From check in to check Out I was treated unbelievably above and beyond. Gracious, kind , friendly and helpful. Every team member. I am so impressed and already told my family that I found our new get away spot - Margaritaville who ??? Nope Never again. Its The Belgrove. All the way. So Much to do. Food was excellent. Seperate pools for families with children and adults was wonderful. The property is gorgeous. You don’t need to leave the resort. They really thought of everything. For a single traveler or a Mom who Brings their daughters with her everywhere having to Uber for everything or DoorDash gets pricey after a few days. At The Belgrove they literally have anything you could need , want or think of right there. Palm Beach was beautiful. I am so glad I decided to go. Relax I did. It was a perfect get away. Absolutely Nothing. It was perfection

Michaela (2/5): - Elevators barely work. Spa massages are $280 A PERSON. Hot tubs aren’t even hot. Food is insanely expensive at their restaurants. Valet fee of $48 per day. Resort fee of $50 per day. Room service closes super early. Gym barely has anything in it. After checking out, I received my invoice and it didn’t match my bank statement at all. I got charged wayyy more than what my invoice said. Overall just way too expensive for what they offer.

Anne (2/5): - After calling the hotel multiple times to confirm that we were arriving late, we arrived at the hotel at 11 pm to find out that they did not have the hotel room available that we had booked. They offered us a king bed despite the fact that we had booked two doubles and were two women travelling together. They offered no alternative except a pull-out sofa or a cot. This felt like a ridiculous solution for a $700 hotel room. I would not recommend this facility. I was super disappointed by the service and result.

Sonya (4/5): - I've stayed at this property a couple of times and most of that staff is very helpful and friendly. However a gentleman at the front desk has always made the whole experience very sour. The first time we stayed, they had just opened, he took 20 mins to answer the phone in the morning when I needed a wifi password. He then responded with a condescending tone and was very rude with all of his responses. On a later trip, he helped move a trip we had to reschedule, he did it incorrectly. When it came time for us to check in the informed us that one of the rooms were marked as a no show. The party I was with had to book another room at another hotel on spring break weekend which was a disaster. I tried to fix the situation but it took be multiple times leaving my number with no callback from any manager. Finally at the end of the night I came back before he left for the day and he was able to help me. The booking manager was helpful in getting us a room but it took 1 hour and tried to play it off as, "we are all booked but we can accommodate you." They ended up charging us for another room, at spring break rates and did not offer a refund. Gaslighting me into believing that they were helping us out, as if it was my mistake to fix. The fact that this hotel is a Marriot Bonvoy, and this is the service you receive it pretty outrageous. All and all, the resort is beautiful and the amenities are luring, but overall not worth this headache.

Richard (10/5): A New Experience in the West Palm Beach Area - We attended the grand opening party and had a wonderful experience. The pool areas, fitness room, and golf course were all impressive! The dining and service were upscale and justified the cost of staying at the property. My wife and I had a delightful time, and we highly recommend this property!
Ines (9/5): Ambitious resort for a mid range price.a very pleasant stay - Pool and grounds very attractive. V nice service. Upscale ambition. Little convenience store for snacks a great plus. Little gifts make one feel special. A bit remote and little nearby. Front grounds lacking landscaping.
Lavina (8/5): - The property is relatively new, they were still working out some kinks. The service staff were wonderful, they made up for the overpriced food and lack of other dining options. The mandatory $48 valet charge is especially egregious. One should be able to park one’s car oneself and not be forced to pay $48 per night for (unnecessary) valet service. The $50 per night resort fee should be reduced as there’s really not much more than a pool and some board games to keep one occupied.
