• Stephen (8/5): A great 'away from it all' property with easy access to London and/ or the surrounding locality - Easy access car park and dedicated space for us in the basement. Plenty of towels, hot water and comfortable bedding. Great location for us to get into and out of London. Liked the balcony and the outside space. Lots of toilet supplies available and excellent wi-fi. Very comprehensive directions and access to flat instructions. Excellent friendly and approachable hosts - available on Booking.com and phone/ text if needed. Massive fridge/ freezer, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle and dishwasher and plenty of crockery. Liked the seating/ dining area so we could all be together. TV on demand and Netflix on tap - like it! Wife binge watched Fat Friends while we went to our concert!! Room with en-suite didn't have any wardrobe facilities to hang clothes. Found a few silverfish in kitchen on floor between dishwasher and oven at times. Right hand door out from lounge to balcony had very difficult locking mechanism - so didn't use again after 1st opening it. Very minor negatives here which in no way impacted our stay or our experience at the property.
