• Raghad (5/5): - I liked that the place was new, clean, and well-organized I booked it thinking it had 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, but it turned out one of them is just a sofa bed in the living room. There are only 2 showers and 1 toilet, and it’s a bit far from the center—about a 30-minute walk and one of the rooms doesn’t have an AC, so we asked them to bring a fan.

• Jennalee (9/5): Spacious, comfortable and lovely! - Spacious and Beautifully furnished! There were comfortable beds and two tub/shower units! The kitchen was the perfect size for making a quick breakfast in the morning and the hosts were lovely to work with! No a/c unit for the single bed, but the apartment was not too hot and it was fine for my son. On the hotter day of our stay, he just slept on the couch bed in the living room. Unfortunately the metro stop nearby, the tracks toward downtown were under construction, but once they are fixed I would absolutely stay here again!
• Mohammad (8/5): - النظافة روعه الاثاث جديد قريب منها المترو 5 دقايق مشي وايظاً الترام. يوجد امامها موقف سيارات ولكن برسوم، امامها النهر مباشره. مكيفه. المطبخ متكامل. المبنى قديم . مدخل العماره قديم ويعطي انطباع سيئ. المصعد قديم وصغير. لان البنايه واضح انها قديمه جداً . لايوجد الا حمام واحد فقط وضيق! ليست قريبه من السنتر ، تحتاج مشي 30دقيقه تقريباً.

• Jovydas (9/5): Great place to stay - Spacious, 3 bedroom apartment. contains all necessary amenities. It's on 4th floor, but there is elevator so no problems. Easy commute to other places. Doors squeaks a bit, one toilet but not a big problem.

• Alexandros (10/5): Great place with a good price at a good location. - What we liked was the 3 separate rooms. Two with double beds and a single. The coffee machine looks Nespresso compatible but is not.
• Jenn (10/5): cozy and spacious air conditioned apartment near everything in Vienna! - The location was excellent, nice large apartment with plenty of space for 4 travelers. We especially loved the air conditioning in several rooms-- it made a huge difference. The hosts were gracious, quick to respond and even let us store or baggage onsite as our flight was late at night. I highly recommend this location for its quality, price and location. Do note; there is only one toilet in the apartment but if was not an issue for our group at all.

• Natallia (10/5): Nice appointment would recommend - Very clean, bright, big apartment Beds are very comfy, air conditioning in 3 rooms( living room and in two bedrooms), nice 2 big bathroom, location is very good , excellent view on river bank and nice walk Approximately 30-40 minutes from Vienna centre by foot, metro station just less then 5 minutes by foot Would definitely stay again Only one toilet Nothing

• Keith (8/5): Convenient and well priced modern stay - Modern build, tons of space. Laundry facilities. Comfortable bed. Priced right. Easy access for check in check out. No plug for hair dryer in bathroom and difficult to find a plug for charging phones. Not very homey- no water bottles and sparse artwork.

• Matt (9/5): Enjoyable short break - Lovely bright apartment in a great location less than 5 minute walk to the nearest metro station and tram stop, gave us the perfect base to get into the main part of the city. Facilities were good, instructions all very clear from Team Residio. Lots of shops nearby, including a Hofer supermarket around 10 minutes walk. Enjoyed our stay! Only one toilet which has a broken seat, plus no hand soap. The plug in one bath didn't work and there is no plug in the kitchen sink
