• Harlem (7/5): Calidad precio está bien - El alojamiento tiene 3 habitaciones por lo cual es cómodo si vas en grupo, y está ubicado en un lugar seguro. Las duchas tiraban unos chorros de agua muy escasos, por lo que ducharse y especialmente lavarse el pelo era un problema.

• Tamara (6/5): - Die Lage ist gut, ruhig zum Schlafen und in angenehmer Entfernung zu allen Aktivitäten. Die Bäder und Schlafzimmer waren sauber, das Haus ist groß und das Personal des Condos ist sehr nett. Der Pool war auch sehr nett. Die Küche war leider absolut nicht sauber. Das Besteck, die Teller und Co mussten wir vor Gebrauch nochmals spülen. Die Küchenschränke sind von außen sehr dreckig, außerdem gibt es wenig Ausstattung. Es fehlt an Schüsseln für Salat und ähnlichem. Der Grill war ebenfalls putzbedürftig. Wir wollten die Waschmaschine verwenden, leider ist sie währenddessen ausgelaufen und hat die ganze Küche überschwemmt - an sich kein Problem, es kann passieren, dass ein Elektrogerät kaputt geht. Wir haben dies den Vermietern über Booking.com gemeldet und nie eine Antwort darauf erhalten. Unsere Wäsche musste erstmal trocknen, hat daraufhin sehr unangenehm gerochen und so mussten wir sie zur Wäscherei bringen. Die Türen zur Terrasse sind insoweit kaputt, dass sie nicht mehr abschließbar waren, was sich trotz der Gated Community etwas unangenehm anfühlt. Der Wasserdruck im Ensuite-Bad ist sehr gering, die Wasserhähne müssten wohl alle mal entkalkt werden.

• Frédérique (3/5): Passez votre chemin - Pas grands choses, les serviettes sentait bon, ne vous arrêtez pas là, lisez le commentaire négatif. Odeur de cigarette dans l’appartement. Pas de bouteille d’eau à l’arrivée. Présence de tâches propres ou sale sur la literie, nous ne savons pas. Traces d’humidité dans quasiment toutes les pièces. Les photos ne correspondent pas à la réalité. Baie vitrée ne ferme pas à clé. Panne du système d’eau chaude (douche froide). Si vous aimez dormir dans le noir, passez votre chemin présence de tout petit store, laissant passer la lumière dès 6h du matin. trois toilettes, une brosse à chiotte… équipement de la cuisine avec un hygiène plus que douteux… Bref plus que limite mais sûrement un 5 étoiles pour le Mexique. Un dernier conseil, prenez un hôtel plus chère en bord de mer.

• Maartje (7/5): Good for 1 night, but not for longer, due to unusable kitchen. - We liked the transfer service with Vivi. She's great. She picked us up and dropped us off again at airport. Available on WhatsApp always. Note, she is not the owner, she's the host/caretaker. So any comments below are not directed at her. The house is fine, except the kitchen. There is literally nothing there. No scissors, no proper cutting knives, nothing to cook with (one small frying pan, one small pan to boil water in). The reason for staying in an independent apt. instead of a hotel is so you can use the kitchen. It was unusable. The "snacks and drinks provided at check-in" where 2 miniature (30ml) bottles of water, one coke and 1 pack containing 1 individual cracker. The listing comes across as a house with a private pool. The pool is located on the street and is very small and very out in the open. We did not use it.
