• Jayzikeen (8/5): Really nice. - Was close to the town centre, the room was warm and cosy. Clean and well tended to. Good water pressure. Clean bathroom. Lovely guests and host. There was a little bit of condensation on the windows in the room and some slight mould around the seal of the showers in the bathroom.

• Imran (10/5): Lovely, lovely, lovely and lovely - I really had an excellent day at at this place. The room was quite very comfortable bed was clean and super comfortable. Pillows were soft n nice . there’ was nice reading chair in my spacious room.. the whole flat including my room was well heated. The heating system was on throughout the day and night. There’s a lovely shared sitting area where you can relax and read a book or do your stuff on laptop. I really had a great time . This place was quite very close to city centre and the bus station. What else do you want? The place met all of my expectations. Absolutely nothing

• Dayana (7/5): You get for what you pay - The man who maintained and cleaned the place is very nice. Location is awesome and come on its so cheap. Extremely dirty, I was scared to shower. The mirror in the bathroom almost fell on me.

• walker (7/5): - It was just somewhere to stay and it was very cheap The findings was a bit shocking at first but needs a bit of TLC in a few places like in a few of the holes needs looking at because they’re uneven and it could be a trip hazard and a couple of things in the room were missing and not accurate, like the skirting in the far corner near the window and the curtains been dirty at the window but overall it was okay

• KEHINDE (8/5): - It was great just that I showered with a cold water when going to work the following day but thank God I guessed it was reported and the hot water was back . Apart from this it was great, the room was clean and neat. A standing fan was placed inside the room , which was bad. They can remove it. The environment been noisy but it was a great place, I slept well and I enjoyed my sleep no disturbance.

It’s dirty and filthy – the floors, bathroom, kitchen, everything. Everywhere you look, there’s grime. We had a room for two and only got one towel. I sent a message but got no response. It looks like they started renovating six years ago and gave up after six months. I’ve been booking places for years, but I’ve never experienced anything this bad. Do not book this place.

The room is spacious and well lit. The room is quite stuffy and can easily get hot luckily a fan was provided which improves this quirk. Neighbors were quite noisy until late night hours which interrupted sleep.

Mould on the windows . Thick dust everywhere especially on all the window frames. Door did not lock properly unsafe to leave belonging when you went out.

I felt dirty and uncomfortable I wanted to leave straight away I tried to call booking. Com still no response I was left with no choice but to stay

I was stressed the whole time as the guys in the room next to me played loud Jamaican music until half past midnight , the bathroom was extremely dirty, the kitchen full of dump dirty laundry. Soon as it turned 1:45 there was people screaming and shouting (fight) I was terrified couldn’t even go use the bathroom as I did not want to be seen. Wouldn’t recommend for anyone most especially girls on your own as I rung my partner that morning and said I thought something bad would happen to me last night 😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬

Was not mentioned on the booking that the bathroom was SHARED! And the living room was a communal area! False advertisement and disgusting place. The code on the door kept locking me out and was a quest to get open!

The kitchen was filthy with stacks of dishes and the windows were full of cob webs. There was multiple prostitues having sex and taking drugs all night in the room next door and a dog that was running about the place. These people partied all night long and had no consideration for anyone. Dangerous place to stay. I had to contact the host because there was no television as advertised in the property, the host had failed to inform any guests of this and had over a week to let us know. No resolution was offered other than a response at 11pm to say they could potentially offer a refund, there was no where at that time I would have been able to make other arrangements. There wasn’t even a response when I asked for WiFi. This is appalling service and the worst place I’ve ever staid, it was filthy, unsafe, and dangerous
• Tyler (4/5): Ok for one short sleepless night. - The bed was very comfortable. It's noisy - you can hear people outside your room, which I have all night. It's not clean, I found every kind of things on the floor when I arrived such as a fake nail under the table. The walls are dirty and the windows are unkept, the shower is dirty and the bathmat looked very old. They don't provide any soap or shampoo either.

• Kerena (1/5): It was so bad we had to leave 20 minutes after check in - We checked out 20 minutes into our stay as the bathroom facilities were unclean and unhygienic. As we were leaving, a member of staff was peaking through a door to see what we were doing, which made us both feel watched and unsafe. We tried to get our money back as we didn't end up staying there, but they withheld our money.

• Richard (7/5): Good - The room was adequate for one person. Clean with nice furniture. To much trouble getting into the property. No tv, hot drinking facilities or private bathroom in the room which I am used to. And very noisy outside with noisy car drivers with noisy exhausts.
• Gursimran (2/5): Very bad. Please don’t book this for cheap price. - Only room was fine. Kitchen was extremely dirty and didn’t have proper cutlery. Some dirty stuff was lying on the kitchen shelf, felt like puking. So many clothes were lying in the kitchen. Bathroom is another bad story. Leakage is prevented by lots of tissues and there’s no hook to hang anything. Bedsheets were also smelling.
