Came down to visit family who live in the area. - Good location for us, nice clean house, quiet despite being so close to train station, no noise. Ideal for our needs. Only negative I have is the pans in the kitchen have seen better days and need replacing. Other than that, all fine.

• Kelly (6/5): Would stay again if we were in the area - The location for our event, the safety of the courtyard and spaciousness of the house It was really hot and it seems no airflow and no screens on the windows to open and prevent bugs. Only one hand soap for 3 bathrooms,

• Lillian (10/5): Great accommodation - This is a very comfortable house close to the railway station which suits us perfectly. It's handy for our family and near to the town. The slight issue with heating was rectified the following morning. There was tea and coffee available but it would be helpful to have some milk. Otherwise it is a great place to stay

• Susan (8/5): Good location and reasonable accomodation - The property was reasonable and location good. The kitchen tap was completely broken and spurting out water everywhere. Its a shame the cleaners didn’t report it and arrange for it to be fixed before our visit as it was difficult to use the kitchen sink.
• Petra (9/5): Superb - The appartment is nice, spacious, in a good and quiet location. It is nicely furnished and has a private parking place. We enjoyed our stay. Not enough kitchenware. We had to buy a pan to cook the pasta. We also missed one socket adapter for the european socket.
• Graham (8/5): Very Good accommodation. - Very clean comfortable house. Great location to access the area. Minor snags.. welcome pack missing the odd item and missing wash hand basin plug.
• Lillian (8/5): Holiday home from home. - This was a lovely comfortable home .Nice and clean and near to the train station. Great to have an en suite bedroom, a separate toilet and bath and the added bonus of a downstairs toilet. It was a nice quiet area with a garden. I did a washing but no clothes pegs, or a seive for pasta or rice also, as we were having a family event in grantham my son and wife travelled from Kent for it. They stayed Saturday night but there was only 3 knives and 3 forks. I bought some in a charity shop which I left for future visitors. Having travelled 10 hours by public transport I would have liked a little milk as it was great to have tea coffee n sugar. I would have liked to see a visits book and information about local places of interest. These suggestions are trivial and doesn't in any way detract from the pleasure we had staying. Definitely will return.
• Robin (9/5): Great location, modern, neat and tidy. - We were staying in Grantham to take part in a race at Belvoir Castle, the location of the house was perfect for this, and also very convenient for walking into town for shops / restaurants. The house was spacious for 4 friends, comfortable and neat and tidy. Minor issue but the bathroom toilet flush kept sticking so toilet would continuously fill. No vac or dustpan / brush, so no real way to clean up if needed. But these are only minor observations.

• Suzanne (8/5): Lovely house, clean and close to family.needs some attention in areas but overall lovely. - The property was clean and had everything needed for a2 night stay The shower screen needed fixing. There was no plug socket for lamp in double room.it could of done with a long mirror so we could check how we looked and make sure we were presentable before going to a funeral of a close family member.

• Christine (9/5): Excellent accommodation - Lovely house. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need. Bathrooms, bedrooms and lounge were clean and of a high standard.
• Wayne (9/5): Excellent property in a quiet location on a nice residential estate close to Grantham railway station and town centre, w - Excellent location, close to Grantham railway station, yet not affected by railway noise. Only 10 minute walk to town centre. Good facilities in the kitchen and lounge was a decent size. TV had direct Apple AirPlay, which is great. The double bed in the double bedroom was a little small. The property could be improved, but having a washer dryer, roller than just a washing machine.
• Daniel (8/5): Comfy and pleasant home from home - Comfortably accommodates a family of 4. A quiet and warm property. Good appliances and plentiful fresh linens. Parking directly outside. Decent neighbourhood. Great location near to conveniences and a short walk to the railway station and high street. Hosts pleasant and easy to deal with. I am used to a more premium mattress, but probably fine at this price point.
• Basharat (10/5): Great home away from home - Excellent layout. Ground level toilet, and one family washroom plus one en-suite upstairs. One bedroom with a double bed, one with two single beds and another with a single bed. The kitchen is nicely equipped with a dining table, bathed in morning sunshine (if it’s out) for breakfast time. It has its own parking port. We were four family members and had a wonderful time. The proprietors were very responsive to any of our needs. The ground level toilet had a tiny water leak under the sink. They had a bucket there catching the drops. I’m sure this will get fixed soon.

• Mccreadie (10/5): Feel at home , nice neighbourhood. - comfy bed, good area and sorroundings. Nice and clean.. just a little problem in the toilet it's clogged .
• Mark (10/5): Just what we needed for a central location as a base for our weekend. - Very clean, fresh towels and bedding, very cosy It would’ve been useful to have some kitchen towels but other than that i don’t really have any negative comments.
