The pool was small so we did not use it. Also the lack of an elevator could be difficult for some.

- MAYTAL (10/5): המלון הכי טוב שהיינו בו בפיליפינים - הכל! מלון בוטיקי מושלם למי שלא מחפש ריזורט מפונפן עם בריכות אינפיניטי. לקחנו שני חדרים (הורים וילדים בוגרים) והיתה שהות מפנקת, ברמה גבוהה עם צוות שיוצא מגדרו לספק חווית אירוח מושלמת. היינו בהרבה מקומות ברמה גבוהה בינלאומית (שנגרילה) והמלון הקטן הזה יכול ללמד על אירוח ותודעת שירות. 3 דקות מחוף ליאו המהמם ושירות שאטלים למרכז אל נידו. אנחנו כבר רוצים לחזור לשם. - Michael (10/5): If heaven was a hotel - What a privilege to be able to review this superb hotel. From your pickup to your drop off you are surrounded by friendly smiles and positive attitudes. The atmosphere is one of peace and tranquility. We loooooooved our room, spacious, huge comfortable bed, perfect air conditioning and the Japanese toilet. The complementary mini bar was a welcome surprise. The hotel is located in an estate that is like a forest within a two minute walk to Lio beach. You have ample choices of great restaurants right on your doorstep. We explored quite a bit of the area and different beaches, and saw the other hotels we were considering. This hotel wins hands down and was actually the reason our stay in El Nido was so memorable. I am hesitant to name the stand out staff by name as it would not do credit to those that worked behind the scenes and deserve as much credit as the rest. You can all be very proud of what you achieved, your hotel has a warm and welcoming heart that you provide. The fact that I can’t give it 6 stars

- Chloé (10/5): On n’avait jamais séjourné dans un hôtel aussi sérieux. Le Michelin, ça se justifie. - On n’avait jamais séjourné dans un hôtel comme celui-là. La distinction Michelin, ça se comprend. Dès le check-in, le personnel nous a bien orientés. Le petit-déjeuner se réserve à part, et la chambre dispose d’une petite cuisine avec tout le nécessaire, et la vaisselle est vraiment jolie. On a demandé au personnel où se trouvait le supermarché le plus proche, on a ramené des courses simples et des fruits, et c’était très pratique. Ils proposent aussi d’organiser les excursions en mer. On a loué un bateau rapide en privé pour la journée. Le trajet en navette jusqu’au départ est d’environ quinze minutes, et tout était très bien géré, on a pu aller là où on voulait vraiment. Et puis la chambre. La forêt à travers la vitre, certains après-midi on est restés là à regarder le vert sans rien faire. Ça n’arrive presque jamais en voyage, et on ne l’a pas regretté une seconde. La plage de Lio est toute proche, on y allait chaque soir pour le coucher de soleil. Hautement recommandé.

Las instalaciones son muy modernas, teníamos hasta un parlante Marshall a disposición. La ubicación es estratégica, muy cerca de la zona de restaurantes de Lio, el deck y la playa. Traslado gratis, el aeropuerto está a 8 minutos. Muy poco variado el desayuno y hay que pedirlo iun dia antes para consumirlo en la habitación o en un espacio no muy grande cerca de la recepción.

- Lorenzo (10/5): Perfect getaway - As seasoned traveller I hereby confirm that it's one of the best resort I've ever seen, for not to say the best overall. Where to begin....the staff has been simply outstanding: very attemptive, gentle, accommodating, available; in particular I would like to thank and endorse Althea: still on training but already extremely nice, smiling, professional, proactive, ready to satisfy every request of ours, she really contributed to make our getaway simply unforgettable; besides her I'd like to thank also Cris, Annie, Tom, Jonathan, Ron and Elmir for their professionality and kindness. The room was simply incredible.....lots of wood and greenery as I adore (japanese style), the bed was super comfortable, the living room was wonderful and extremely smart, the bathroom stunning (I really loved the japanese toilet by the way). The garden was another cornerstone of the room: located in front of the forest, ideal to give you that sense of peace really necessary to relax your mind far from the stress of the town. The position was excellent: located at 3 minutes walking from the beautiful Lio Beach: amazing landscapes, plenty of nice'n cozy restaurants, absolutely safe and very calm sea, far from the crowded centre of El Nido. The hotel just blends right into nature, with a cool design that matches the lush surroundings. So chill and relaxing. Right by Lio Beach, so lots of great places to eat nearby. Loved the free shuttles to downtown El Nido a total lifesaver for our daily adventures. The staff were fantastic! Big shout out to Par, Dan, Rich, Jeff, and Neic for being super friendly and helpful. If you want a chill escape with great service, this is the spot! N/A

Silencioso, muito proximo a Praia (LIO Beach), perto de bons restaurantes no complexo proximo a praia. A equipe é excelente, recepcao, limpeza, prestativos e simpáticos As tomadas são universais, o banheiro um espetáculo a parte. Recomendo fortemente se busca uma opcao confortavel e exclusiva .

- Yih Jen (10/5): Le singe à la fenêtre, c’était mieux que n’importe quelle brochure. - L’architecture de Piece Lio, j’ai séjourné dans de nombreux endroits au Japon, mais transposer l’épure japonaise dans un environnement tropical philippin, c’est plus difficile qu’il n’y paraît. Ici, c’est réussi. Ce n’est pas pour rien que l’hôtel figure dans le guide Michelin. Le choix des matériaux, la façon dont la lumière est travaillée, les proportions de la salle de bain, tous ces détails montrent que les designers ont fait leur travail sérieusement. Les enceintes Marshall et le tourne-disque, pour des gens de notre âge, le vinyle ce n’est pas une nouveauté, c’est quelque chose de familier. L’écouter dans une suite face à la forêt tropicale, ça a rendu cet après-midi très calme et agréable. La chambre n’a pas de télévision, et franchement ça nous a plutôt convenu. Ma femme dit que ce qu’elle a préféré c’est le petit-déjeuner, parce qu’elle n’avait pas du tout prévu de trouver un bon pain européen à El Nido. Moi c’est le singe qui s’est arrêté devant la fenêtre le matin. Elle a dit que ce singe était plus sage que mes étudiants. Je n’ai pas pu lui donner tort.

- Julian (10/5): Der Pool hat mich nicht überzeugt. Das Meer schon. - Das Licht im Garten ist warm und gelblich. Die Pflanzenschatten wandern langsam über die Wand. Nespresso in der Hand. Das reicht völlig. Eine Sache, die ich trotzdem erwähnen möchte: Der Pool liegt direkt neben dem Empfangsbereich. Obwohl viele Pflanzen drumherum stehen, fehlt ein bisschen die Privatsphäre. Ich war einmal dort, danach bin ich lieber zum Lio Beach gegangen. Zwei Minuten zu Fuß, und dort ist es einfach schöner. Am Strand habe ich Flugzeuge beim Starten beobachtet und den Sonnenuntergang gesehen. Ein paar Restaurants sind auch direkt dort, ich habe dort zu Abend gegessen. Das war ein guter Abend.
- MAYTAL (10/5): The best place by far!!! - We loved this place and everything about it. The rooms are amazing ! The staff is so welcoming and helpful. We were a bit concerned about the location but there is a shuttle service every hour so this was not an issue at all. This is the best place to stay at in El Nido (walking distance from the beautiful Leo beach. Loved everything!

- Fang Yu (10/5): 很棒的入住經驗，下次還會再來入住。 - 老實說，一開始只是想找個地方住，並沒有抱太大期待，結果 Piece Lio 完全有讓我驚喜到。 第一，房間非常乾淨，整體的空間設計剛好對我胃口，是一種不刻意但很有質感的感覺，隨便拍都好看。我整個想待在房間不出門耶！ 此外，飯店的床也很舒服，是一躺下去可以直接秒睡，醒來已經天亮的程度。 再來，服務人員也很加分，相處起來很舒服，有一種剛剛好的距離感，聊天也不會有壓力。 地點就更不用說了，要覓食跟出門逛街都很方便。 這次住到這間飯店真的算是旅程中的小確幸～。 無

Service was exceptional and the team did everyt - Expensive and disappointing for breakfast not be included within such a high flat rate. Pool is down in the dark and generally not ideal having the gym and massage offsite.
- Daniel (10/5): Great location in El Nido - The rooms were very big and quite nice. The location is great with the beach close by and plenty of restaurants and bars a short walk away. Quieter than El Nido beach area but easy to get into town with the hotels shuttle service. Staff were extremely helpful. No TV in the room not the biggest issue. No restaurant or breakfast buffet available. No gym facilities.

- Lee (10/5): היה פשוט מושלם והייתי חוזרת לשם שוב פעם! - מלון חדש לגמרי, החדרים גדולים ומציעים הכל עם מטבחון קטן, הצוות תמיד שם בשביל לעזור, שקט, שתי דק הליכה מהחוף הכי יפה באל נידו לדעתי, חיים בצל הג׳ונגל אבל בסטנדרט גבוה! רק חשוב לדעת שהעיר במרחק נסיעה של 15 דק, יש שירותי הסעה כל שעה וזה ממש נוח! וחשוב להביא משהו לנשנש ללילות כי אין כלום בסביבה מ22:00. אז אהבנו הכל :)
- Ria (10/5): We enjoyed our stay at Piece Lio bec of all the very helpful and attentive and nice staff. - We initially didn’t like the room we booked due to the heat from the roof, we booked the room with the loft, as we were resting on the bed.. we could really feel the heat heat from the outside from the sun… there is air conditioner but it wasnt enough. So we had asked for another room where the beds are downstairs, and they were able to accommodate us. The staff were all very nice, they all go above and beyond to help is with everything we needed….. My husband experienced an accident wherein the server at the restaurant from their sister hotel Nacpan Beach Resort as he was serving our food, the plate slod of from the tray and the food spilled spilled on the husband! It went on his left side shirt and shorts, do we spoke to the restaurant manager and told her what happened and my husband asked for change of clothes coz we had ordered 😫and they provided him a shirt and shorts… they even laudered his shirt… the manager was very apologetic, i forgot her name, but she was able to handle our situation well. Then when we got back to our hotel at Piece Lio, their Operations Mgr talked to my husband and apologized as well. Everyone there were all very accommodating and very good with their jobs esp the housekeeping lady, the drivers, the front desk that made the room Change happen, the supervisor, I wish I remembered all their names.😊 The heat from the roof of the loft maybe the insulation wasnt enough.
- Ericka (9/5): Great place, great stay. Do it! - Love the room layout. Definitely modern and well appointed. Aircon was super strong. Wet clothes drying rack outside the a/c unit was so helpful. Japanese style water closet. Free drinking water and drinks. Free cookies and juice. Free shuttle to town. That’s a lot of perks! It’s not beachfront or super near the beach but with the umbrella in the room, it’s ok. More walkable at night when it’s cooler. But it’s still very near the beach. They don’t serve lunch or dinner so we had to eat out but Saboria on the beach was very near and very good.

Pokój był pięknie urządzony – stylowe wnętrze, wysokiej jakości wyposażenie oraz imponujący sufit z dużym oknem tworzyły niezwykle przyjemną atmosferę. Całość utrzymana była na bardzo wysokim poziomie. Obsługa hotelu zasługuje na szczególne wyróżnienie – była niezwykle pomocna, profesjonalna i uprzejma. Szczególne podziękowania dla Marv, Thea, Cindy, Teff, Dan oraz Ron za ich zaangażowanie i troskę o komfort naszego pobytu. Śniadania były bardzo smaczne i obfite, a lokalizacja hotelu – tuż przy pięknej plaży Lio – stanowi dodatkowy atut. Doceniamy również wygodny transport do El Nido Town oferowany przez hotel. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu i z przyjemnością tu wrócimy. Z pełnym przekonaniem polecamy to miejsce! Brak

- Shawna (8/5): Limited hotel services but wonderful rooms - Loved the spacious, clean room with plenty of water daily. The A/C was strong and there was also a ceiling fan. Lio Beach was such a gem, so many restaurants nearby as well as a pharmacy. The hotel staff is super kind and it seemed like they were constantly cleaning and repairing the grounds. They offer a free shuttle to town on the hour and return service on the half hour-ish. Liked the ability to communicate through WhatsApp. They also allowed us to visit their sister hotel in Nacpan Beach to use the sun loungers on the beach and pool at the glamping resort. While the rooms are spacious, the rest of the hotel is small and without many amenities that I would have thought would be included. There was a small desk to get coffee, beer and pretty expensive champagne during normal daytime hours. There were also tables and chairs where they serve breakfast and where we could wait at other times. There was a small pool right in the middle of all the rooms. There was no restaurant (I think breakfast must be brought in from elsewhere), no bar, no gym, no laundry facilities, no affiliation with the beach to get sun loungers (there are free chairs though if you’re early/ lucky). For this price I would have liked to have more proactive staff, asking if we needed anything and refilling snacks daily. There wasn’t anywhere to dry clothes and towels in the room so would have appreciated a drying rack. Most people kept water shoes outside their doors so the hallways looked messy. There were large gaps in between the door and the frame so we could hear noises easily and bugs could get through.

The van driver who took us to town was very kind and funny. The hotel is located within a short walk from the beach and many restaurants. We had a great time!
- Maria Angela (10/5): - I gotta say, I've seen some comments that really don't match what my husband and I experienced during our stay in Lio. First off, the staff – they made our stay feel like home (Dan, Mica, Cris, Jonathan... and so many others) – they were so kind, attentive, and always willing to help. The rooms are huge and so spacious you could practically live in them. Yeah, there's no TV, but who goes to El Nido to watch TV? Plus, we got tons of freebies in our room, from snacks to wet bags for the beach and a bottle of wine with a gorgeous welcome dessert. The breakfast is nice, basic, but tasty and complete. The pool is a bit small, but honestly, we only used it once in our 5-day stay. You're a 2-minute walk to Lio beach and restaurants. The hourly free shuttle to and from El Nido is amazing. We even used their brother hotel's facilities in Nacpan beach, free of charge. Honestly, I'd totally recommend it. Everything was beautiful!

- Katya (4/5): Horrible - Se vende como un 5 estrellas con estética japonesa. La estética japonesa solo esta en el inodoro japonés y algún detalle mas en el baño. Lo además deja mucho que desear. No repetiría. Para empezar, llegas a las 11 de la mañana y te dicen que en tu habitación sigue la gente dentro cuando ponen que el check out es a las 10?! Esperas sentado como un imbecil ya que no tienes ni tu bañador para poder irte a la playa. En ese tiempo mis maletas desatendidas que hasta tuve que reclamar un resguardo cuando despues de varias horas me preguntaron varias veces como habia sido mi experiencia en el hotel y a que hora salia mi vuelo. Y que intentaran cargar mis maletas cuando no habia hecho el check in y haber probado su hotel. Mi cara pensando si eran imbeciles era un poema y mi marido bastante enfadado. Despues de horas esperando y reclamar, de repente esta mi habitación lista, que coincidencia! Y para encontrarme una habitación sin television con el precio que pagas, los cajones desencajados y media habitación en mal estado. Y lo mejor de todo, a pesar de constantemente apagar el aire acondicionado, o subir la temperatura de la habitación, lo volvian a poner en modo glacial. De hecho volví de la playa y pensaba que me moria de frio. El resultado, ambos enfermos con tos y fiebre por el dichoso aire acondicionado! Despues, que por la mañana temprano, y me refiero a las 6/7 de la mañana. Que ya den golpes en mi puerta y que tengamos que ver que es la de la limpieza ya intentando entrar, me molesto muchisimo. Cuando pone claramente, no molestar. Y luego con el precio que he pagado, el dineral que me pidieron para un desayuno, que ni puedes elegir y es solo una caja segun ellos. Fue la gota que colmo el vaso. Lo unico bueno, la playa. Que aun tienes andar un rato. No tienen ni restaurante, que tienes andar un rato y hay un trozo sin iluminar. Solo doy gracias que solo nos quedamos un noche. Y que me regalen una bolsa de tela y un peluche no arregla las cosas. Se empieza con una buena atención desde el principio.

- Elena (10/5): Dezenter Luxus für die Flitterwochen - Das Hotel hat uns eine geschmackvolle Bettdekoration als Überraschung vorbereitet. Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig, sodass man Koffer problemlos ganz öffnen kann. Am besten hat uns das Frühstück gefallen – kein liebloses Buffet, sondern ein exquisit angerichteter Teller. Auch wenn der Preis höher ist als in der Stadt, sind das Prestige und die Ruhe unbezahlbar.

Non serve fare faticosi tour in barca, basta un hotel confortevole per riposare e godersi il panorama. Le strade qui intorno sono pianeggianti, ideali per chi non ama le scale o i sobbalzi dei tricycle. I materassi sono di ottima qualità; i miei hanno detto di aver dormito meglio qui che a casa.

Le personnel est très professionnel et poli ; ils ont même proposé d'organiser la navette pour le centre-ville. Le matelas est parfait, ni trop mou ni trop dur. La chambre était équipée de vaisselle, de casseroles, de snacks et d'une plaque à induction... très pratique ! C'est tout près de l'aéroport de Lio (5 min en voiture), ce qui est stratégiquement parfait pour ceux qui font un voyage éclair.

A free shuttle to and from the airport as well as to and from the town every day was very helpful and saved us money. The team of Cris, Neil, Par and Jonathan were incredible with their service. Every interaction was super polite and helpful, I would definitely recommend this resort to others. No complaints.

- Norbert (10/5): Beautiful hotel focusing on a relaxing stay - Beautiful hotel mostly focuses on the environment and design and functionality. Very polite staff and helpful approach. Very big and spacious rooms with impeccable design. Small boutique hotel vibe. There are not yet too many services. No gym no restaurant etc. we didn’t need it particularly with staying short but I guess for people who would spend more days or even over a week there could be missing.

La proximité avec de nombreux restaurants et la belle plage de Lio. Le service de navette gratuit pour se rendre à El Nido Town est très pratique. Le petit déjeuner était un peu cher et pas incroyable, la piscine est plus une décoration que vraiment utile.

- Julien (9/5): Amazing experience and nice hotel to stay! - We like the design of the hotel and more importantly the design of our room which is very comfortable. They even have a vinyl player with a few nice vinyls to play. But more importantly we had the chance to deal with their staff named Dan and he was extremely helpful giving us precise and useful advices and he even helped us to book tickets for all our trips and activities. The hotel location is also great with a beach nearby and many restaurants. The bed pillows are a bit too big so they are not comfortable to sleep with. And the room does not have a balcony so you dont know where to put your swim clothes at night. But overall we had a great experience.

- chiara (8/5): Posto fantastico, può ancora migliorare per essere perfetto. - Bellissima struttura immersa nel verde a due passi dalla Lio Beach, una delle spiagge più belle di El Nido. La camera e’ strepitosa! Molto comodo raggiungere El Nido in motorino. Lo staff si occupa di prenotarlo. Servizio navetta da e per l’aeroporto (che dista 10 min) gratuito. Ci sono state piccole mancanze che non ti aspetti da un hotel con posizionamento (e prezzo) di lusso. Devo dire che però lo staff si e’ prodigato per la risoluzione e per scusarsi ci hanno offerto un servizio transfer gratuito per Nacpan e uno dei migliori massaggi mai ricevuti in tutta la mia vita!
