- Suresh (3/5): Stay was not worth - Proxinity to the railway station and not beyond it. First the hotel said that they have booked for 3 members only and we had to pay for an extra bed for 3 days i.e. 1800 rs for my son. I called the fabhotel and they said they can't help, and in my booking it clearly mentioned that my 15 year old can stay free. Room service was bad, our tv was not working and it was not rectified till the day we left even after complaining and reminding them multiple times. Moreover we had half board, if the restaurant was facing gas issues then they shouldn't have allowed half board, what we got is fixed breakfast idli, wada and puri, lunch we took we got meals. There is no link between booking.com and the hotel, what you see or offered on booking.com vs. what you get is completely different. I lost trust here with booking.com

Hygiene is much to be desired. small cockroaches in the room. The Hotel seems does not carry out pest control, The taps & toilet sprays seems not descaled for ages.
