• Carolyn (4/5): Not some place I would stay again - Location was easy to get to from train station, bed was comfortable, but shower was very small, I doubt a larger person than 5/10 and 180 lbs. could negotiate it. Bathroom and bedroom in general were very small and difficult for two people with luggage. size of room and bathroom, perhaps if some furniture was removed there might be room to open suitcases without putting them on the bed.
• Catherine (8/5): Very convenient and good value for money. - The apartment was very convenient for the train station. It was spacious and very clean. Sandra was extremely helpful. I found the internal doors very heavy. I wasn’t able to close my window which seemed jammed and the radiator was not on so my bedroom was cold. The door wedges were awkward to position and then to remove.
• Sian (10/5): Big clean apartment and excellent location. - This property was very spacious and clean. The beds were comfy and we slept well. The location of this apartment cannot be beaten. Right next to the bus and train station and only a few steps and you’re in the main part of Inverness. Everything about be property was great - no negative points.
• Alison (10/5): Cycle and run weekend away - The apartment was really close to everything we needed. From the parkrun at Torvean caravan park to the beginning and end of the Etape Inverness. It was also within walking distance of a lot of restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner, along with the Eastgate shopping centre with food and clothing shops. Sandra also left a detailed booklet with her phone number and places to visit and taxi numbers etc. The host also contacted me a week out from our visit to send us the correct address and her contact number if we had any problems. I would definitely recommend the apartment to anyone visiting for a city break to Inverness.

• Reeba (8/5): - The host gave clear instructions to get to the property and get the keys easily! Noisy all throughout the night from birds and street walkers. Lighting in the room could be better. Bathroom shower stall was too small.

• Derick (9/5): Was a short stay and didnt spend much time in the actual accomadation to really have any other thoug - Great location, easy to walk around to surrounding stores and food venues. Didnt like the pillows but that seems to be a thing everywhere I stayed, one pillow was a brick and the other had nothing in it really.
• Brad (8/5): - Convenient location near a car park, bus station, and walking distance from the main tourist shopping area. Very noisy, allergy issues in the bathrooms. Beds were not fantastic but passable for a couple nights.

• Lucia (7/5): Escapada a Invernés - La ubicación genial. El.aparcamiento al lado fue de gran ayuda. El.apartamento tenia de todo. Contar con dos baños. La reserva era para 5 personas . Y no habia toallas para todos, ni sábanas para el.sofá cama. Investigamos y encontramos, pero esperabamos tenerlo listo. Hacia frio y no pudimos encender el radiador.

• David (6/5): Good location. - Location The keypad door entry system did not work. This meant if you wanted entry while someone was in the apartment you had to use your mobile phone to get them to come down three floors to let you in. This was a total inconvenience. Otherwise the apartment was ok.

• Sanjeev (9/5): Superb - Clean and comfortable apartment with all amenities including a well stocked kitchen. The design of the dining table could be improved as it's legs are jutting beyond the table and may sometimes cause injghhry .

• Gillian (9/5): Superb - The apartment had everything needed for the stay, fully equipped kitchen. Clean with towels, toiletries and two bathrooms, everything needed. The owner kept in contact before arrival with clear instructions for arrival. The shared areas in the building were also clean and tidy. There were noisy guests in another part of the building who kept us awake for hours but this could not be helped by the owner of the property.

• Joycelyn (7/5): Good - Great location for travellers arriving in Inverness by train. Apartment is just two lanes down from the train station and there are lots of shops and eateries nearby. Apartment itself is spacious and the kitchen facilities were especially handy for our stay Enhancements can be made to the two bathrooms in terms of having more hangers or hooks for hanging change of clothes and towels during shower. In the bathroom near the home entrance, the shower hot water tap knob seemed to fall off easily into the bath tub. Shower head holder knob cannot be used to fasten onto the pole.
• Allan (7/5): More effort needed. - Nice and clean. Central location. Needs arieL pu on TV. No welcome pack bread, milk, butter, jam to get a cup of tea and relax after a long drive.
• Helen (8/5): Property very good for train station and facilities were very good. Everywhere clean and tidy - Not applicable. Doors and floors very squeaky. Had to evacuate building due to property alarm being activated. Apparently regular problem. Unable to return until Fire service gave the all clear. Very noisy on a Saturday evening as property next to walkway between streets. Difficult to shut windows although instructions left in property booklet.
• Lisa (8/5): Great location, clean and tidy - The location was great, the facilities were really clean and it had all the expected amenities. perfect for our explore of the local area. The mattress was really soft so none of us had the best sleep. Also the sliding wardrobe door in the room with the ensuite was off its hinges/rollers. Not a big deal for us but noted at least.

Didn't really dislike anything but there were rugs scattered about the apartment that were slippy. We rolled them up as a couple of us had a slide on them. Just a bit of constructive criticism, a wee bit of non-slip rug tape would fix this issue

• Nancy (10/5): Wonderful apartment very close to bus and train stations - We enjoyed this apartment more than any other place we stayed in Scotland, and we were all over! It was clean, comfortable, well appointed, and the extra bathroom was great. The apartment is close to the bus and train stations, and the River Ness and many restaurants are easily walkable. Entry was easy with no complications, and to have a lift for all of our luggage was appreciated. All in all, we would stay there again in a heartbeat. No negatives at all.

The elevator was fantstic. The owners provided soap for us to use for the washing machine which was so thoughtful. The doors are terribly heavy and would not stay open. We were to use these old rubber stops which hardly worked.

Didn’t get a good sleep but was only staying 1 night but really think it should replaced

• Fiona0903 (10/5): Train station stay - The place was exceptionally clean and the linens were very fresh. The layout was very comfortable for two couples. Great location! Close to the train station, shopping mall, and downtown food (near the river too). Really wonderful and comfortable all around! There was a bit of noise at night from people outside. Not a big deal at all, but good to note if you are a light sleeper.

• Alson (7/5): Suited our needs on our budget. Once in the appartment it was clean and comfortable. - this B&B was very adequate and clean. The outside noise - seagulls, trucks etc. The rest of the appartment building did not have a clean welcoming feel about it - stained floor covering etc.
