• Patricia (1/5): Don’t waste your time and money. If you want to end up cleaning, go ahead. - The TV. The only thing that kept me sane. Such a dirty bathroom. After sending pictures to the host they proceeded to tell booking.com that there was nothing wrong and they will visit to the property to resolve. They didn’t. The bathroom had mould and someone else’s dirt and dead skin in the tub it was disgusting. When I complained, the next day 2 random men who are not even cleaners arrived with a cloth dirtier than the bathroom itself and 2 half empty spray bottles of something.

• Christine (4/5): Needs alot of improvement - Good location, quiet and just outside the city centre. You have to walk 15 mins or drive to pick up the key on arrival from a petrol station. The flat wasn't clean There are no windows in the flat besides the doors to the balcony, which are stiff and almost impossible to unlock. There were no chairs or anything to sit on, so can't make use of the balcony. The sofa bed was super dirty with stains and was covered in crumbs and tobacco . Marks all over the walls in every room. Sofa bed is very cheap and uncomfortable , wasn't long enough for a 5"8 ft adult to sleep on. No bedding or sheets were provided for the sofa bed. The double bed is a very small double bed. No extra bedding or pillows are provided. Wifi wasn't working when arrived - took 4 hours to get hold of someone, it came back on for an hour then went off again. Was impossible to get hold of anyone, and when we did, they kept being passed to other numbers.

Scam artists - Apartment takes your money then you can't get into the apartment due to the key phob not working with company admitting it's their fault but do not refund you even even if you booked and went to the apartment and could not get into They take your money but don't actually give you access

With my wife in a wheelchair we found it a bit inconvenient
