Kevin (5/5): Passable - Acceptable for the price. Close to or in the downtown area. I was told when I arrived that they don't accept foreigners? Why then are they advertising on an English language website used by non-Chinese?! I had to ask to talk to the manager who overruled the receptionist, who thus was revealed to have lied about it being impossible to accept foreigners (she was apparently was just to lazy to do the paperwork of taking in a foreigner.)
