• JOSE MANUEL (9/5): Buen alojamiento recomendable. - El alojamiento está muy bien, limpio, buena ubicación y cómodo Creo que puede mejorarse las almohadas, en mi opinion blandas, la escalera de caracol si subes o bajas en calcetines es algo resbaladiza y la luz de esa zona se enciende en pocas ocasiones aún sin presencia de nadie, es decir, el sensor no anda al 100%.Son detalles menores que no restan una estancia muy buena.
• Edhem (10/5): - Apartment is very nicely designed, spacious and modern. You have all the utensils you may need, TV has all the streaming apps, airconditioning and tvs in every room and the sitting room as well. Location is excellent, a few minutes easy stroll to Malaga's central walking district. There are a lot of parking options nearby and parking on the street is free from 8pm until 8am. Check-in and communication with the owner are simple and fast. Value for money, especially compared to some other properties there.

• Krzysztof (10/5): - Apartament czysty, dobrze wyposażony. Do głównych atrakcji można było dojść pieszo. W pobliżu Lidl i Aldi. Bardzo dużym plusem było to, że kołdry miały poszwy, co w Hiszpanii rzadko się zdarza. Jedyny mały minus to skrzypiące drzwi do łazienki co było dość uciążliwe w nocy.
• VOYF (10/5): Lindo apartamento en Málaga - Muy bonito apartamento. Buena ubicación a unos 15 minutos caminando hasta la Catedral y zona turística. Hay bares y restaurantes alrededor para ir a desayunar o comer. Hay parking en la calle pero el parquímetro solo autoriza dos horas y media tras lo cual debes poner más dinero para otro tanto más. El apartamento es cómodo y tiene todo lo necesario para el viajero turista. La habitación de la planta baja es amplia y cómoda, el baño y la cocina están muy bien. La habitación de arriba es muy moderna y cómoda, pero puede ser un problema para las personas con movilidad reducida ya que hay que subir una escalera caracol.

En zeker 15 min lopen van het centrum. Bedden smal en niet geschikt voor 2 personen. Smalle stijlen trap naar bovenste slaapkamer.

Wnętrze jest czyste, przestronne i dobrze utrzymane, dzięki czemu można czuć się komfortowo. Dodatkowym plusem jest spokojna i cicha okolica, idealna do wypoczynku. Zdecydowanie miejsce warte polecenia!

Disgracefully, the property owner sent a message asking to give the apartment 10 points on Booking.com's rating. - Despite its name, the apartment is not luxury nor in the historic city centre. The apartment is just typical IKEA style. The apartment has a huge number of different fixed lights. - The spiral staircase to the upstairs room is steep. Not for the weak-legged. - The instructions for check-in etc. were in Spanish, even though my name indicated that I am a foreigner.

• Benjamin (10/5): - Wer eine Unterkunft sucht, bei der einfach alles stimmt, ist hier genau richtig. Lage: Absolut unschlagbar! Wir waren direkt im Geschehen. Alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten, Cafés und Restaurants sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Besser kann man nicht wohnen, um die Stadt authentisch zu erleben. Sauberkeit: Ein riesiges Kompliment! Die Unterkunft war tadellos sauber und gepflegt – man hat sich sofort wohl gefühlt. Design & Komfort: Die Einrichtung ist ein absolutes Highlight. Alles ist mit extrem viel Geschmack und Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Es ist nicht einfach nur funktional, sondern richtig schick und gemütlich – man merkt, dass hier jemand ein Auge für Ästhetik hat. Fazit: Eine absolute Empfehlung für alle, die Wert auf Qualität, Stil und eine perfekte Lage legen. Wir kommen definitiv wieder! Nichts

Não fica no centro histórico, mas é ha cerca de 15 minutos de caminhada. E tem supermercado e comércios nas proximidades!

Molto comodo per due coppie! Il lavandino del bagno era un po’ rovinato, consiglio di sostituirlo per evitare perdite ma oltre a questo veramente una bella struttura.

Le logement est moderne et très bien équipé, parfait pour un court séjours. Faire attention à l'heure d'arrivée et de départ, car les consignes pour bagages dans les environs sont assez chères (pour des grandes valises - 15€/valise).

• Ameer (9/5): Great Stay with Excellent Host - I really liked the location, and the apartment was well equipped with everything we needed; the host was also very helpful and quick to respond to any issues The only downside was the difficulty finding parking and the fact that a single bathroom may not always be sufficient for a family of six.

• Andreea (10/5): Amazing place, but hard to sleep in - The property is exquisite and it’s 10-min away from the center. Across the street there’s a car service so it gets very noisy very early in the morning.

• Kathryn (7/5): Great, with a few tweaks, it could be amazing. - Great decor, very clean, comfortable beds. Powerful shower with lots of room. Modern with tech in every room. Location to the train station and Malaga city central was great. Supermarkets and an incredible tapas restaurant around the corner. A few tweaks and this could be an better than great apartment. Next to the property was a large iron gate leading to other apartments. The downstairs bedroom was right next to the wall the gate was attached to. The gate not only creaked but clanged and made noises every time it was opened/shut. It did keep us awake on the Sunday night A bit of WD40 and soft closing would help. The shower didn't drain well, which caused the bathroom floor to become wet and slippery. No oven and although there was a coffee machine no pods or tea bags - in fact no pack at all. Took us a while to work out the induction hob.

• Majapro (5/5): Nice apartment - bad timing - The kitchen is well equipped, apartment is nicely decorated, bathroom is big with big shower and location is good if you want to be close to city center. The apartment is on ground floor so one of the bedrooms has a window right on sidewalk where you can hear everyone passing by and if you open the window they can see you. Upstairs bedroom is bigger but it's a bit awkward to climb down the stairs in the middle of the night to use a toilet. There is a buildingsite right across the street so they woke us up every morning, otherwise the street isn't so busy.

• Lucia (8/5): Very good - Good location, great shower and electrics. It took us half an hour and help from a passer-by who luckily spoke English to extract a key from one of the key safes. The passer-by tried and also failed to extract a key using the instructions provided. He then kindly phoned the owners and tried again, this time bashing the side of the key safe. Then it worked. We also found it impossible to use the hob which came on then went off. Instructions would have been useful. The lack of natural light and noise from building work opposite didn't bother us as we were out most of the time.
