• ermis (3/5): - very good location. only Very disappointing and concerning stay. There was a strong gas smell in the apartment, forcing us to keep the windows open and making us feel unsafe. There was no heating or working air conditioning, which made the apartment very cold, and these issues were not communicated in advance.

• Shahar (3/5): The location is great, but I will not return to this apartment, nor will I recommend it - The location of the apartment is excellent Beyond the excellent location, everything else needed improvement, I arrived with a client who is an interior designer to the 2025 design exhibition. We arrived late at night, the key was a block away found on the floor attached to a post in a dark place with a motorcycle parked on the post, uncomfortable and unpleasant. There is only one key, if you are two people, this is a problem that requires you to leave the key on the floor every time you leave the apartment. The apartment is suitable for double accommodation in one bed, the sofa in the living room is not comfortable and because it is a leather sofa, the sheets kept escaping from the place. The shower is a bathtub that stands on legs without a curtain, in retrospect it turned out that there is a leak both from the bathtub itself and from the water that comes out while showering. The bathtub is very high, so both because of the height and the amount of water that spills out, it is a real danger of slipping. The towels were unpleasantly old and smelled bad. We had to make the blankets from sheets and wool blankets, which didn't really smell nice either. Every message we sent received a response after a day or two. In every apartment I've stayed in around the world, the apartment owners have a solution for storing luggage when you have to leave early and the flight is late at night. Here, of course, she had no solution and we had to carry our luggage from 11 in the morning until 11 at night.
• Mirela (8/5): Very good - Nice apartment in a beautiful old villa! Well located, right next to the train and metro station. The place is full of the owner's belongings and this gives an interesting atmosphere as you really get the impression you live in a "home". Spacious, well equipped, with a big comfortable bathtub. We stayed here for 3 nights in winter and the apartment was really cold with no option to warm it up. Almost impossible to take a shower in a bathroom with 15°. I contacted the the person who administrates the property but didn't seem too interested in solving our problem. The radiators are not strong enough so they should probably bring some extra electric heaters. I also asked for an invoice at least 4-5 times but never actually got one.
• Hyosik (2/5): A beautiful home where I can't sleep comfortably. - 1. The house is spacious.  2. The Wi-Fi is fast.  3. It's close to the station.  4. The house is well-decorated.  1. The check-in process is challenging.     *Description:* We took a taxi to the address provided, but the key locker was located far from the house in a random area, leading us to waste 30 minutes finding it. After finding the key, it also took quite some time to locate the correct room.  2. The house is very cold.  3. The house is extremely noisy.     *Description:* Although there is a radiator in the house, even at maximum settings, it didn’t provide any warmth. We expected some noise due to the close proximity to the station, but it was almost as if we were sleeping outside, with no soundproofing at all. My companion and I could barely sleep for two nights; in fact, we couldn’t get even an hour of comfortable rest.  4. The hot water is inconsistent.  5. The bedding is damp and smells unpleasant.  6. After showering, water collects on the floor. You have to shower carefully in the bathtub, yet water still leaks significantly.  7. Towels are not replaced, even for longer stays. An adequate supply of towels is not provided, and if you request replacements, a €50 fee is required.  8. Since it's an apartment, luggage cannot be stored before check-in or after check-out. We had to pay €22.5 at a nearby storage facility to store our bags for just two hours.

• Saiom (10/5): Exceptional - Everything, small strong suggestion for owner (should put shower curtain as water drips out of tub during shower and waters goes all the way to hall way, I saw bathroom doors bottom are getting ruined ) I felt like home, Apple TV, B&O TV system, spaces kitchen, spaces bedroom, big balcony.
