• Shelley (1/5): After paying over £1000 for 3 nights I would have expected the basics, like towels, hair dryer and photos to match the p - Nothing The property wasn’t the one we booked, it advertised as quiet location although we were above an arcade that had music blaring out. The blinds were missing at the window, windows wouldn’t open and no bath, although a bath was included in the photos. There were no hand towels, the place was awful.
• Tom (1/5): Do NOT stay here!! - Nothing what so ever We were orginally meant to stay here, we were told hours before check in that the place was unavailable and given and alternative option. The alternative options was awful. It was extremely unclean, nothing in the kitchen worked, there were dirty plates, cups, cutlery. The bedding and towels were dirty, there were holes and marks on the walls, the sink was broken and dirty, the bathroom had pink mould and exposed wires. It was an awful place to stay and the hosts have given no responses to us trying to raise issue with this. We have gone directly to booking.com and the local council to raise safety concerns. It was unsafe to stay in.
• Vicky (7/5): Good stay - Good stay, There was a problem with this property, I was told at 2pm when we checked in at 3pm. Gentlemen that contacted me was apologetic and offered another one of their properties, only 5mins away from this one. Once in the house it was very nice, good facilities and near everything we needed. The things I would say would be : could you put more towels in the house and hand towels in the bathroom/tea towels in the kitchen, we had to buy some to be able to wash up and dry our hands after hand washing. Make all of the bedding eg all pillows with cases , if you wanted a spare pillow the only option was without a case. Also no cleaning supplies eg spare soap, bin bags and surface wipes. Even though the swap was short notice, spare towels should have been provided.

• Stuart (3/5): Would not win Four in a Bed - The location is the saving grace of this place. Love where it is, and it has so much potential. Has beds to sleep in and a roof. We had this place to return to from a bottomless brunch for my birthday. No communication from the staff at all. Only gave us the code to get in and nothing for the WiFi, so technically not free WiFi here. The next morning we wanted to cook a fry-up -- there is nothing in the kitchen except for dirty dishes and cutlery. The oven doesn't work very well and has a big stain at the bottom of it that smokes when you cook in it -- a cloud of smoke went into my friends face who has asthma and lung problems. We had no oven gloves, spatulas, tea towels, frying pans, or a working toaster. There was no basic needs. No dial on the oven. No tea, coffee, washing machine. Extractor doesn't go anywhere, looks like it's just decor. The shower is very low, and you have to crouch. Mould in the bathroom cupboard. Wonky toilet seat. Stains everywhere. we were there just to sleep and play music, but we're listing everything here just so people won't have to experience it if you plan to do more than we were.

• Charlie (3/5): Good potential location, but ultimately disappointing. - Location is good There was a lack of bedding, the pillows didn't have pillowcases and they were stained. The carpets are dirty throughout. The apartment smells of dogs. The code given for accessing the keys was wrong. One room had a spare/old matress propped up against the wall. There was one roll of toilet roll provided in the apartment when it had been booked for five people. The actual pots/pans/mugs etc in the apartment are lacking and most concerningly, many of these items were not clean. There was no dish soap to wash anything ourselves. Less important, but it appeared the apartment was not quite finished with the decoration, photos on the walls etc.
