Wiktoria (7/5): - good location and decent price. easy to find the building and instructions for retrieving keys given by the host were clear and easy to follow. room had a few kitchen supplies, a tv, some towels, a hairdryer and iron. there was also some shower gel but no shampoo/conditioner etc so bring your own. we were on the top floor and our room got HOT. we had the thermostat all the way down and all windows opened and it was still 26°c inside. the bed was also quite small - like small double sized. not too much of a problem for me and my friend but if you’re someone larger, it’s probably not well suited for two people.

On trying to leave,the entrance dog got locked or developed fault,and it took them over an hour to come,as they have no one on the lodge or close to the lodge!!! Don't lodge here guys!!! They are the very very worst. I rarely give negative reviews,but for this,I felt I needed to inform others!!! Everything. They were totally and utterly despicable!!!

It's far more inviting as a hotel .. quite new building to Easy access Although I had all details sent via watsapp I didn't actually meet staff The codes for key collection made it easy to access at anytime and no faffing around waiting about Just code .. access ... in The room was immaculate with shower , very generously warmed via underfloor heating, kettle, hob, tv , desk , essential cutlery and cups/plates etc for 2 The area is renowned as typical of suburb .. however ubers arrived within minutes so no hanging about to be picked up... Updates sent and received to the booking team were answered within minutes of requested information What else can you ask for *** advised the advertising to be looked at as The picture above does not give justice( as it's the house next-door)... and tbh ' booked due to urgency at the idea of the house... having visited and stayed (as nearly changed mind), it was a very pleasant surprise

Ben (1/5): Avoid at all costs disgusting and vile and not safe in the slightest - Nothing disgusting arrived to find no key in lock box first red flag! 3 young lads hanging around acting suspicious going up and down the stairs supposedly didn’t have a key for there room either. Myself and my partner both checked the lock box multiple times. Contacted the number we had, asked what was going on as mistakes happen everyone human give them the benefit of the doubt.to be asked to send a photo of see lock box as “the key was definitely put in”there basically accusing me of lying? The young lads knew the code for the lock box (massive red flag)and miraculously found the key in it. Opened the room it had been slept in rubbish on the floor bed unmade room was tiny not a stylish studio apartment as describe. Felt completely unsafe to stay especially knowing someone had been in our room and knew the codes for the key box’s. Had to book another hotel on the night it was an absolute disgrace.

The door was also totally unlocked when I arrived and on alerting the landlord to this they replied they’d “check with their team” and hadn’t done this implying that I had. Toilet seat was broken, there was a quarter of a toilet roll that looked like it had been dropped in the loo and dried out. Room was so small. Too much crammed in.

Very satisfied, this was our second stay - Location is convenient, nice and quiet neighbourhood, apartment well equipped and presented, super comfortable bed! Parking is a bit of a squeeze, our VW Polo barely made it, if the outdoor pot plants were moved from the driveway there would be sufficient space for a vehicle the size of a VW Polo
Renee (9/5): Great Stay, Great Location - We liked everything about the room, the bed firm and comfortable the facilities was very much appreciated, like a mini kitchen. Great location, meant that during storm conditions, there was a nearby Pub whom gladly dialled us a local taxi firm for us with a smile; so we could attend an event and the taxi fare was surprisingly cheap. A brilliant stay and I will definitely use place again. The only downside, was there was a used plate put back into the cupboard, without being washed. A few toddlers' black hand marks on the walls, which cleaned off with no problems. There a broken hinge on the left door of the bathroom sink unit. The heating was stuck on 25°C which couldn't be adjusted, so windows to be opened on the latch as it was a ground floor room, my next stay would need to be on the first floor for extra privacy.

Jackson (8/5): Exceptional level of communication from the owners - very impressive! - Great instructions sent clearly by email to access the property. The location of the property was great for the football stadium. The free parking was great and flawless. The communal areas were clean and cared for and the room was clean. The room was quite small so it was a bit cramped. I couldn't get the hang of the heating control panel. It was lovely and warm in the apartment but I had no success in turning the thermostat down. Some of the kitchen items were missing - there was only one bowl and one drinking glass.

Alicia (1/5): Awful , uncomfortable - nothing at all I am writing this message to you to genuinely express my utter and complete dissatisfaction with our apartment stay this week. Considering myself and my partner were staying in this room for the week, as you can understand we have to make use of the kitchen provided with food we had brought with us. However, on the first day in which we tried to cook a meal, we had noticed several bugs inside the kitchen draws. This is honestly unacceptable and disgusting to say this least! It not only put us off cooking for the duration of our stay, but it forced us to order takeaway to the room as we were both uncomfortable and disgusted by the state the kitchen was in. As well as, the bed sheets were covered in stains and as you can understand, myself and my partner were left in a room with nothing but unsanitary furniture! To add to this, the bathroom was an absolute state, the toilet seat was broken in which caused unnecessary struggle to even make use of the toilet, and the shower was left with several bugs and dirt in which we were forced to clean in order to have a shower, which in itself is ridiculous! We have tried our best to stay these past three days, and have decided to check out a day earlier than booked, based upon the condition the room we were given was in. I most certainly expect some sort of reimbursement with regards to this stay as the level of cleanliness and comfort is at an awful level! This will not only our first time staying here, but after this unsatisfactory experience, it will be most certainly be the last.
Mel (1/5): Bad - I am extremely upset, disappointed and angry. I have paid extra for a Superior room. Before arriving I communicated if I had a job to cook as it said online. When I arrived at the property and began cooking firstly, I had no bin in the kitchen or the bathroom, I contacted to inform them of this and said used a carrier bag in the mean time. I also had no basic intentions such as a sharp knife or a tin opener? No tea towel or sponges to clean the kitchen or pots with? I requested an extra towel as I had been provided one for bathroom use, shower, hand wash, face wash, hair wash, then kitchen no tea towel to dry any pots ? The bed had marks on it, the shower had hair in it, no soap in the soap dispenser in the bathroom and the silicon is mouldy. Also whilst using the tap in the sink the lever is faulty and comes off. They also show lamps and chairs in the bedroom which was important for me to sit and study for a week I am on a training course and I also had to kneel down at the desk whilst I ate. They left me a lacking amount of toilet roll. I am just absolutely gutted because I paid extra to stay at a nicer place and I am here again next week and I am worried to come and stay. I expected more and I am really disappointed and unhappy with the stay I have received I have had to be in the phone to booking .com 3 days this week to resolve matters as I was ignored by the property. I am dissatisfied and I am not happy I expected a superior room and I haven’t got the basics. This is very frustrating for someone who has had to come away for an important training course and I have been distressed by these people. When speaking to you on Tuesday they had 24 hours to resolve it when I have photo evidence of this place not very clean hair in the shower, mouldy silicone, I had no bin to put food or anything outing the kitchen, no bin in the bathroom, no bin bags, to my expectations if you provide a kitchen you would think they would provide a bin or a sponge as they provide wash

Jennifer (3/5): Some good elements but would not stay again. - To be fair the hosts were responsive and polite when contacted on whatsapp. The shower was hot and mains fed. The bed was firm (very firm, good for me but might not suit everyone). Simple but nice/new décor. Very close to a large asda for supplies. Lots of little issues, most of which would have been fine alone but in combination made for a rather annoying and inconvenient stay. Parking spaces are very narrow; my car is small so I was able to squeeze into one, but would not be great for larger vehicles. Wifi did not work at all – I contacted the host, they blamed a network provider issue, but I’m not convinced that that would cause the network to be visible but not accept the password they sent me. Regardless of the issue it did not resolve as promised. Fire alarm went off after midnight. Kitchenette exists, but not very practical - there were mugs, plates, pasta dishes, hob and combi oven, 2 frying pans, basic cutlery and a chopping board (tea bags but no coffee) no bottle or can opener, no bowls, no sharp knives, no utensils other than metal cutlery despite the pans being non-stick). No bin just a plastic bag for rubbish. Kitchen tap is labelled hot/cold incorrectly. Only 2 towels (no tea towel, no hand towel, and both were quite small) this would have been insufficient if there was more than one person staying in the room.
Ben (5/5): Standard room but we avoided staying for too long - Spacious room - incredibly hot in the room with no way of making it colder, our room heating was broken - shower was filled with limescale and came with one singular small towel - no facilities other than a kettle
