Lucie (7/5): - Nice communication with the owner, well situated between the University and the city center right next to a bus stop. The common space was very nice. Clean bedroom and bathroom. There should be an indication on the house that this was a B&B, it took me some time to make sure I was at the right place. I would have liked a small night table and bedside lamp to feel more comfortable. I had to use the stained deskchair to put my phone and bottle on for the night. I would also have liked to get a soap and shampoo refill and more space/shelves to put my stuff on in the bathroom.

The bedroom carpet had to wear socks as it was very stained .Couldn't find the hair dryer till the day I left as it was very high and I'm small would be better in a drawer .Need more information maybe taxi numbers as I had a broken wrist olso local eating place's.

Moreen (8/5): Large Room - The location was convenient Near bus stop. Walking to town was not an issue. Felt safe. The area was quite nice. The room was large. Bathroom facilities worked well. Being right at the top of the property. No tea making facilities in the room. Had to go down 2 flights of stairs to the kitchen. The other guest tended to slam their doors ( maybe a soft-shutting mechanism needs to be fitted) It may seem a bit pety, but making sure batteries in tv remote works would have been nice.

Blanshard-whitton (8/5): Convenient and affordable stay - The location was convenient, a wetherspoons and shops a short walk away, parking was easy enough, a great affordable place to stay for a quick and easy commute to the NEC (approx 15-20mins away). The kitchen seemed well equipped, though I didn't utilise it much, aside from making myself a coffee in the mornings. My bed wasn't particularly comfortable, I am used to a firm mattress and this was quite soft, and seemed to dip in the middle somewhat. There was some minor street noise earlier in the evening (it was a weekend so to be expected), but I had bought earplugs and slept soundly once I had gotten comfortable and asleep. It was also incredibly warm, no aircon or fan (which wasn't advertised anyway), and we were in the middle of a heatwave, so I'm not sure I can mark them down for that.

Wing (8/5): Ideal place for a short vacation - Fully furnished kitchen and the room provides all you need for a short stay in the city. Clean and nice friendly flatmates. Room facing the main road, even noisy until late at night.

Ibrahim (10/5): Beautiful house - I love the cleanliness and serenity of the house. absolutely amazing. Closer to the city centre, there are a lot of convenience shops around. The host was super helpful and always reachable.

Single bed and lumpy pillows. One of the guest making awful noises which caused me anxiety. Not sure what kind of people stay at this property?

Peter (9/5): Superb - Convenient location well equiped kitchen comfortable and modern house. Ryans communication was excellent and does his best to ensure your stay is a good one. I wouldn't hesitate to book again or recommend to others I think there was an issue with the timer for the central heating as it come on and off at odd times. Again I spoke to Ryan and as usual got an immediate reply that he would look into this. Excellent communication from Ryan throughout my stay.

I saw biscuits in the kitchen and that really warmed my heart. Coffee, tea and creamer were also available and it did feel like home

Anthony (8/5): Overall, I would recommend this place, and would stay again, if I was in the area. - Common areas are well provisioned and kept very clean. Bed was comfortable. Instructions on how to access the property were pretty good. Ensuited room (as expected). Everything was well organised. Walk-able or short bus trip to the city. Sound insulation wasn't as good as hoped, and a little traffic noise from a nearby road was audible. Not terrible, but not great. Neighbouring rooms could also be heard but fortunately they were polite and quiet. Only an issue for those sensitive to such things.

Best is bus stop no 11 is right outside so to go to city centre or to uni of warwick is super convenient. I was in the top floor room. Since there are no elevator, i had to pick up heavy suitcases 2 floors up.

Eleanor (8/5): A decent stay, adequate for the price - It was a perfectly decent stay. Adequately furnished. I found all formalities checking in and out ran very smoothly. The host was polite and available to message with any queries. It was nice to be so near Earlsdon. There is traffic noise that begins fairly early and lasts until 10/11pmish. But it is just cars passing through so didn't bother me too much. The sound of other guests coming and going is very audible though if they are inconsiderate folk.

Emmanuela (10/5): Lovely home away from home. - Lovely, bright, newly refurbished kitchen area with granite tops and everything one needs, including washing machine and dryer. Outdoor patio for sunning oneself and enjoying a glass of wine. Clean and comfortable ensuite rooms with everything one needs for a short (or even longer) stay. Respectful and interesting fellow travellers, clearly inspired by the lovely facilities and keen to keep them in the same way. I can't think of anything.
Lucy (10/5): Exceptional - The bed was cosy, and the bathroom was clean. We only stayed for a weekend, so we didn't spend much time in the communal area, but it looked very cosy and practical, very well stocked up. Having a kitchen is always really helpful. Our hosts gave us all the information we needed and were very polite and friendly. For the price of the stay, it was perfect, and I would definitely book again if we end up back in Coventry.

Jack (9/5): Small room good for a quick visit to the uni - Reasonable room well located for a visit to the university. The property is right next to a bus stop for a service which serves the university, has a (shared) kitchen with tea/coffee facilities and the wifi seemed to work fine. Check-in was easy with room key found in a lockbox outside and the price was good for what you get. The room was small and didn't seem to cope well with the heat as the window could barely be opened, otherwise no real complaints.

After twenty years in the hospitality industry, the greatest compliment I could say is that the owner is compassionate and would go above and beyond to support and help you with your needs. In today's world, it is uncommon to find. He is a wonderful gentleman with a pure heart. Being here, in a warm, welcoming placing that makes me feel like I'm at home, is a blessing in disguise. Cheerleaders and a red carpet were absent when the visitors arrived. I'm kidding. Nothing that I could say would be lacking. People who claim they didn't enjoy anything about this place are suffering from depression of the mind.

Trudie (4/5): It was ok but would not stay again. - Parking was 2 streets away and at night 2 ladies not what we wanted we need to park at the property needs to state it is street parking as we would have gone else where, also why is there a kettle in the room? no cups or anything for tea/coffee. I basically took all my birthday pictures in the lovely kitchen/ room. I don’t like the part where the check out time is 10am, I think the apartment manager could review the check out to like 12 or so( my view).

Parking space is limited due to residential area.
