- Metabolight (2/5): Decent place, lack of deposit return has really soured my experience. - Great location, very comfortable place with great amenities. Generally quite clean. Communication is quite slow, in the run-up I was waiting a while for booking.com messages. The wifi was horrible, 2-3mbps even at off-peak times with no one else on it, it was faster to use mobile data. Early check-in was quite expensive, and they still have not returned to me my security deposit or sent any justifications for refusing to do so. It's coming up to a month now of radio silence.
Any issues would be forgivable if I didn't have to effectively pay 1.3x the price due to them keeping my deposit.
